Haven't even seen the show since it started, but heard a rumor last week that Simon Cowell's "X Factor" has hired Britney Spears to a $15 Million dollar deal to be a 'judge' on the show. "Judge" on that show, or American Idol is quite a stretch of a job description to begin with, but why resurrect someone's career who intentionally destroyed it to begin with? This is a case of the "Buffet Rule: I would support...being 'buffeted' from having to see her if my channel surfing went to the show by mistake. --- Chris Wallace interviewed David Axelrod yesterday. The usually unflappable Axelrod, Clinton's, now potUS Arpege's campaign chief, appeared to be overly aggressive and anxious to defend the sitting president. There's certainly more to the initial polls that has Axelrod inn this mode already. --- The US Embassy in Kabul, Afghamistan suffered a Taliban assault yesterday. Can't you see potUS Arpege issuing an indignant protest saying the Taliban needs sanctions because the Embassy is 'American soil' so they cannot attack it? Of course, next week he'll send them flowers, candy, and an apology for being upset. --- Online headline: "Obama: U.S. Hasn't 'Given Away Anything' To Iran" -- Unless you consider apologies and unfettered access to potUS Arpege and the UN podium. --- Online story: "ST. LOUIS -- A top National Rifle Association official levied sharp criticism against the national media on Saturday, accusing it of sensationalizing the Trayvon Martin case and ignoring other crimes that happen across the country every day." -- Locally, one only has to look at the L-E to see the numerous black-on-black deaths and assaults that the Reverends Sharpton and Jackson yawned about. What if the Zimmerman's had given their son the name Jorge rather than George. Would there still be this trumped up racist energy in the death of Trayvon Martin? --- Online headline: "Cheney: Obama Has Been 'Unmitigated Disaster'" -- I disagree... I think potUS Arpege has been a fully calculated and fully mitigated disaster. --- Where do the DIM&DUMBERats find/recruit, or for that matter, afford to pay women to get on TV and smile while defending/promoting potUS Arpege's programs that cripple the freedom of motherhood? --- Saw an ad in the L-E where the branch of a (if not 'the') major law firm is closing in North Columbus, and re-consolidating at corporate HQ downtown. Since the 'branch' was set up primarily for home sales closures, what does this say about the local home sales market? ---
