Online headline/story: "Keith Olbermann Sues Current TV * The lawsuit also states that "Olbermann was disheartened to discover Al Gore, Joel Hyatt, and the management of Current are no more than dilettantes portraying entertainment industry executives." -- Olbermann just blew his case.....he had to know going in that Gore was a career dilettante executive.

potUS O'Blather could help the country's finances just by refusing to allow any Californian from serving as his Secretary of Defense (or as the House Speaker). Leon Panetta is 'required' to fly in a military jet wherever he goes so when he commutes back and forth to California and DC. Panetta pays the equivalency of $630.00 per round trip on flights that cost the military $32,000.00 each week. Since July when he took over, he's repeated this 27 times. He's paid about $17,000.00 out of pocket for flights costing taxpayers about $864,000.00. I just ran a search for the lowest roundtrip fares between Washington and LA and came up with $788.22 as the lowest. That's a $158.22 more than Panetta is being charged, so Panetta should at least repay US an additional $4271.94 for the 27 trips so far.

The guy that walked off a work detail the other day because he couldn't stand serving another 4 years in jail.... guess what...he got caught in Atlanta yesterday, and now faces another 20 years on top of the 4 he has left. DOH!
---
potUS O'Blather really doesn't have a leg to stand on when he claims his mandatory HELL-thScare bill should be considered under the commerce clause of the Constitution. His 'bull' requires every one to have insurance, but doesn't make every individual responsible for paying for his or hers policy.

McClatchy headline/story: "S.C. Rep. Clyburn compares voter ID laws to Jim Crow era * The congressman compared the voter photo ID law that Gov. Nikki Haley signed last month and similar laws in other states with the post-Reconstruction Jim Crow laws that Southern states enacted, imposing poll taxes, literacy tests and other hurdles to prevent blacks from voting." -- What a racist act of fanning the flames of hatred! Any American citizen can get a photo ID for little or no cost, and having one actually protects, insures your vote won't be cast by someone else using your namely falsely. One more step needs to be taken...making it mandatory to show such ID when voting absentee.

potUS O'Blather says Augusta National needs to take in a woman member based on previous IBM heads being offered membership. Does that mean Augusta National has to extend potUS O'Blather a membership because President Eisenhower was a member?
---
Mayor Obamalinson says she wants to hire more felons...why? Does she think the city will save more money, or does she want more department heads she'll be able to flush out?
---
potUS O'Blather must not think much of the US Supreme Court. He's chastised members in a State of the Union speech, and now is trying to impugned the courts Constitutional rights and duties.

The GSA appointee who got fired for arranging the "training' sessions in Las Vegas, also arranged for a "mind reader' at a cost of thousands as part of those "training" sessions. Must have been con job because the "mind reader" couldn't read the future.
---
How many presidential sycophants and appointees will potUS O'Blather send out to cover his (_@_) for his criticism of the US Supreme Court's job?

I love Lee Greenwood's "God Bless the USA", BUT apparently a Massachusett's school felt it was better serving to replace God with "We love". Parent objections made the school officials change plans, but not by putting God back into the song, but by not letting the children sing it. Parents should have stood and sang it themselves.
* Follow up: The school superintendent stated it would be fine for the children to sing it the "Greenwood" way, BUT children who objected could sing "we love" when it calls for "God Bless" or mouth it. How courageous.... NOT!

There's a fire engaged at 1815 Wildwood.. It's a duplex and has a H1 homestead exemption. Something's wrong with this..or at least should be.

L-E headline/story: "Young Americans less likely to drive * About 69 percent of 17 year olds had a driver’ license in 1983. By 2008, that had dropped to 50 percent * One possible explanation: Virtual contact through the Internet and other electronic means is reducing the need for face-to-face visits among young people, researchers say." -- Did someone actually pay these people to come up with the idea that Facebook is why there are fewer teens driving? More than likely, it's because of the costs associated with teens getting a license. To get one at 16 in GA, the teen must get school permission and take a nearly $500.00 driving class, and that's just the beginning of the costs. Wait until your insurance company recalculates your bill when you buy your child a car or just add your child on as a driver for you and your spouses cars. Then you may have to add in the impact of costs of insurance for divorced marriages. Gas, we haven't even gotten to the cost of a teen driving around at $4.00 a gallon. Some researchers....NOT!

L-E's "Quotable": "If stupidity got us into this mess, then why can't it get us out?" - Will Rogers, American Humorists (1879-1935) -- This must be the mission statement of potUS O'Blather's White House, only he didn't realize Will Rogers' was making a joke out of the situation.
