From the "brilliant" deparment - Online story: "Attorney General Loretta Lynch said Sunday that the FBI is looking into whether the mother of one of the San Bernardino attackers knew anything about the shooting in advance. * "Obviously it's something that we're looking at very, very closely," Lynch told NBC's "Meet the Press," when asked about what the woman may or may have not known before the massacre." -- Let's see.. what are the options...1 - with the home being booby trapped, and she and the baby were there.. the mom knew...2 - if the mom wasn't there in the booby trapped home... she knew..So, if there's any question in Lynch's mind.. "brilliant"...NOT!

---
Another from the "brilliant" department - Online headline: "Iran's latest move mocks Obama's nuke agreement * U.S. officials said Monday the nation allegedly tested a new missile in a breach of U.N. sanctions, which are in place until a nuclear deal is finalized." -- Good grief..  Obamageddon and Kerry are so use to lying, neither can fault another liar.. Obamageddon and Kerry... "brilliant"... NOT!

---
Online headline: "As many as 200 sickened in Seattle" -- Ooooops, my bad.. thought this was a poll on how many in Seattle were sickened by G.I. JILLary's stance on Islamic terrorism that they have decided not to vote for her.

---
You see all the polls about whether some...or if any.. of the Republicans can beat G.I. JILLary next November, but why do any mainscream media polls even assume she can beat any of the Republicans? Good grief.. she's having a tough time even getting 50% of the Democrats vote against. "anyone but JILLary: and Bernie.

You know.. there's more talk about the origin on "Stonehenge".. that it may have been in Wales, them dismantled and moved to Wiltshire, England. I'm just curious as to why there is still "marvel" at a manmade object.. if you want "marvel" just look at a newborn baby or a towering mountain that God created.

Online headline: "World’s Worst Airline for Customer Service" -- Answer... ..drum roll please... (fill in the blank).

From the "what the ____" department: Friday, I made an online purchase, and got same day confirmation the product was picked up by FedEX..Saturday Morning, I got a FedEX tracking number and it re-confirmed it was in the FedEX system. Yesterday I entered the tracking number and it didn't show any "update" as to where the package "is", so I sent a "feedback" e-mail asking why my delivery info wasn't showing any updates. I got a response a few hours later.. only it was from FedEX Canada telling me they have no clue about what's being shipped in the US. It's TUesday AM.. still know change in the FedEX info, and no e-mail response from FedEX USA..

---
Got another e-mail from the G.I. JILLary campaign camp.. This time it's from Huma Abedin reminding us that she's a "proud Muslim" and she's "Vice Chair of Hillary for America". Hmm.. Does anyone recall any other "proud Muslims" who are married to a Jew, and what's her job as "Vice Chair" for G.I. JILary.. keeping Bill entertained?

Note on above item: Huma Abedin's message was about Trump's stance on Muslim's being banned or screened closer. Even says Trump "goes far enough to damage our country's reputation and could even threaten our national security". She doesn't mention any of the other Republican candidates at all.. This really sorta shows, perhaps fully illuminates, where JILLary's fears are.. that Trump will be the Republican nominee.

---
In response to Trump's outrage and passion for making America "great ..again", Ohio Gov. John Kasich (R) said that Trump's statement about temporarily barring more Muslims from coming into America yet again proved that the real-estate mogul is unfit for higher office.  Huh? What America needs to do is stop feeling/thinking politically correct, career politicians can.. or will.. run this country well. It's a lack of resolve and passion in the White House that have undermined the respect even 3rd World counties have for America.

Online headline/story: "Whispers persist that FDR knew about Pearl Harbor  *  On the 74th anniversary of Pearl Harbor, rumors resurge that the president allowed the attacks to occur so Congress would join the war. *  Some claim there is evidence to suggest that President Franklin Roosevelt knew about plans for the attack in advance, and allowed it to happen specifically to justify entering the war. *  Within 24 hours, Congress had reversed its position of neutrality in World War II, declaring war on Japan and starting the chain of events that led to the U.S. forces joining the full war."  --  "Within 24 hours, Congress had reversed its position of neutrality in World War II"? Hmm.. guess what.. the Senate and the House were also Democrat majorities.. sorta remind you of the first two years of Obamageddon's and Clinton's reigns? And how Clinton failed to take out Osama bin Laden in the mid 1990s when he had the chance,, and how Obamageddon pulled American troops out of the mid-east which has allowed ISIS to emerge..

You know.. it's not the "beautiful" passages of the Quran that bother me.. it's the ones that demand death to non-Muslims that get my current attention...

There's a ratings list of the best/worst places to retire. There were 4 considerations, but the one comcerning healthcare costs is probably the most telling one. The bottom 15 out of the list of 150 cities, including their rank in healthcare costs, is:

136 Fontana, CA                                   135
137 Buffalo, NY                                     127
138 Washington, DC                              123
139 San Bernardino, CA                         119
140 Philadelphia, PA                              105
141 Detroit, MI                                       148
142 Worcester, MA                                132
143 Boston, MA                                      99
144 Chicago, IL                                      143
145 Yonkers, NY                                    138
146 New York, NY                                  147
147 Aurora, IL                                         145
148 Providence, RI                                  146
149 Jersey City, NJ                                 149
150 Newark, NJ                                       150

What's really condemning is that all these states voted for Obamageddon and, providing 169 of the necessary 270 Electoral votes to elect him in 2008, and provided 98 of the 218 votes Nancy Pelosi asked to pass OObamaCRAP without reading it.

Now for solely interest sake, Columbus only ranked 69th worst in healthcare costs, but that's somewhat tainted as we have so many veterans retired here that have to seek treatments elsewhere at VA Clinics.

Oh.. did you see the interview of G.I. JILLary by ABC's George Stephanopoulos?  Softball questions aside.. did you see any disclaimers that he donated $75,000.00 to the Clinton Foundations? Me.neither,,, of course it may have come after the first two questions, but I was about to gag so I switched to another channel.

Online NYT's story: "Calling for all Muslims to be barred from entering the United States, Mr. Trump cited a poll released in June by an organization called the Center for Security Policy. The group said that an online survey of 600 Muslims living in the United States found that 25 percent agreed with the statement that “violence against Americans here in the United States can be justified as part of the global jihad.” Mr. Trump vouched for the group at a rally on Monday night. But the poll — conducted by the Polling Company, a Republican firm — is in no way truly representative of all Muslim Americans because of its methodology. In addition, some of the questions were leading and biased." --

Online headline: "Demand for 1 job increased over 300 percent in 3 years" -- Oooops, my first guess was IRS agent, and my second was OObamaCRAP interpreter, but I guess I should have guessed "Physician's Assistant (PA) as since there aren't enough doctors to go around as it is.

From the "whoever would have thought we'd ever see this from HuffPOOPOO" department - HuffPOOPOO story: "In 2014, under the slogan "Energy access simplified", Greenpeace supplied Dharnai with a solar powered "micro-grid" - an electric grid that's not connected to India's central grid.  *  Greenpeace writes that "Dharnai refused to give into the trap of the fossil fuel industry." That is a somewhat loose paraphrasing of what the people who lived there wanted for themselves.  *  You see, back in 2010, Dharnai's inhabitants had collected $680 in the hope of buying their way into the power grid, which in the majority of India is supplied by coal-fired power plants. Four years later, still with no electricity, Greenpeace swooped in to the rescue with a solar system.  *  Today, power from the solar system costs up to three times as much as power from the central power grid, and it also requires the use of energy-efficient light bulbs, which cost 66 times more than normal light bulbs." -- Ha-ha-ha! Even the HuffPOOPOO is poopooing Greenpeace.. and solar energy!

HuffPOOPOO headline: "Judge Grants Bail To Oscar Pistorius Pending Sentencing For Murder" -- Good grief.. bet the judge ordered his to wear a GPS anklet... around his removable and interchangeable prosthetic legs, too. Wanna bet when he leaves the country?

HuffPOOPOO "headlie": "Former Drone Pilots Denounce 'Morally Outrageous' Program" -- Drone PILOTS"?  Can anybody "see" Randy Quaid strapping on a saddle and riding the drone in for a kill?

Online headline/story: "Supreme Court From Itself * The biggest voting rights case of the year may depend on a few sentences that never saw the light of day -- until now.  *  Some 50 years ago, a Supreme Court footnote disappeared from the annals of history.  *  But as the Supreme Court gears up to tackle Evenwel v. Abbott, a politically charged voting rights case, this long-lost footnote from 1966 becomes more prescient than ever.  *  At the core of Evenwel, which the court hears on Tuesday, is the 14th Amendment's "one person, one vote" principle -- a tenet Americans understand to be fundamental as a matter of civics, even though few truly grasp what it means or where it came from  *  Maybe the Constitution is to blame. "One person, one vote" is nowhere in its text. Yet the Supreme Court allowed it to creep in, little by little, starting with the landmark Baker v. Carr in 1962 -- a case Chief Justice Earl Warren came to regard as more important than even Brown v. Board of Education  *  Or as the court put it in Baker, the 14th Amendment requires that a person's right to vote be "free of arbitrary impairment by state action."  *  That sounds like a laudable result. But not so for Pepperdine University law professor Derek Muller, the discoverer of the lost footnote. His research has led him to conclude that Baker and the cases that followed it -- including 1964's Reynolds v. Sims, which cemented "one person, on vote" as a constitutional maxim -- were all a big mistake.  *  Evenwel is a dangerous case because the challengers -- two Republican voters from Texas  *
They want the justices to read the "one person, one vote" principle to prohibit states from drawing legislative districts based on total population, currently the most popular method. Instead, they argue the principle compels the creation of equal districts based on the total number of eligible voters in the state. All as a matter of constitutional law.  *   a problem with such a sweeping result, as many election experts have observed, is that those hit hardest would include Latino immigrants and their families, children, people behind bars and those with mental illness. All stand to lose political clout if the Supreme Court blesses a rubric where only eligible voters count for map-drawing purposes." -- "Problem"? Why is "only eligible voters" a problem? Eligible voters are the ones with a stake and paying for the responsibilities of their states.

I'm for concealed carry on college campuses.. why shouldn't law abiding citizen/students be able to protect themselves from rampant shooters and annoying liberals..

---
Incredibly dumb and stupid LIV's L-E "soundoff" (and 40 lashes with a wet noodle for Dusty Nix for printing it):  " Republicans in Congress have voted to let terrorists and the mentally ill buy guns. Insanity!" Reagn was so under informed about how ignorant libs would become are compared to when he said, "libs know so much about what isn't so".

---
L-E's " Thought for Today": “War does not determine who is right — only who is left.” — Author unknown (although this sentiment is sometimes attributed to Bertrand Russell). -- Now. let your president and Comgressiona, representatives, especially if they Democrats, that you want to be one of the people left!

A recap of Obamageddon's trip to the G20 shows he took 200 Secret Service personnel with him.. I guess he fugres that having Biden as his VEEP is no longer insurance that he is safe in office.

Add Drew Barrymore to the list of my Hollywood disappointments.. There's a "Hillary " endorsement supposedly with Barrymore's name attached.

Online story: "The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday rejected a challenge by gun rights activists to a Chicago suburb's ordinance banning assault weapons and large-capacity magazines, handing a victory to gun control advocates amid a fierce debate over the nation's firearms laws. * The Highland Park measure bans various semi-automatic weapons, including well-known guns such as the AR-15 and AK-47, in addition to magazines holding more than 10 rounds of bullets." -- You know, can any Supreme Court Justice show where any criminal will obey the Highland Park law? Can any Supreme Court Justice show why law abiding citizens cannot be as well equipped to defend their own and their families' lives?

Hillary Clinton leads the Republican presidential field in hypothetical general-election match-ups, with Ben Carson and Marco Rubio running the closest to her, according to a new national MSNBC/Telemundo/Marist poll.

And with just one exception, the margin of Clinton's lead among Latino voters determines just how competitive each match-up is. * Clinton's biggest lead is against current GOP frontrunner Donald Trump: She's ahead of him by 11 points among all voters, 52 percent to 41 percent, and a whopping 42 points among Latino voters, 69 percent to 27 percent. -- What BS.. just mainscream media trying to get Trump off the ballot and keep the RNC preoccupied with helping it.

Good grief...the officials of San Bernardino spoke yesterday about their grief...in a grieving demeanor.. Where's the rage about what happened and what hasn't happened by Obamageddon"s lack of grasp of Islamic terrorism? Where's the leadership from elected and government officials of San Bernardino? The wimpy responses just have to strengthen the resolve of other Islamic terrorists in the US.

Remember yesterday's mention of how the Venezuelan president would use a military-civil government to keep his power, but wouldn't violate the Constoitution as he believes it to be? Well, yesterdayAG Loretta Lynch sounded a lot like the president of Venezuela in her promise to  honor the Constitution as she purges the 1st Amendment as she and Obamageddon believe to be. LOck and load!
