From the "if you ever wondered why high school diplomas have lost their reverence in the workplace" department -- Running what should have been a superfluous errand Tuesday AM, I ran across this newspaper front page article.. it involved distribution of a proclamation for a scholarship program.. "don't like" when you catch it, too.

One of the biggest detriments to most students being able to get a diploma worthy education is too much concern about funding.. Our school district is too willing to give into "rowdy. disruptive students" by "allowing" them to remain in schools. on campuses. of r he sake of keeping the "body count" as high as possible. Emphasis should be on providing the students truly interested in their education an atmosphere of decorum. The teachers would benefit as well.

Santa brought our 4 year old granddaughter a "F150 Truck" for Christmas.. Yesterday, I was taken aback by a Chevy Spark that passed me...I saw it coming into my rearview mirror but lost it when it pulled alongside me and saw it again as it pulled by. Amazing..it's smaller than the F150 my granddaughter has.

Through Christmas, there have been 785 homicides in Chicago.. 705 have been shootings.. Looks like 800 is a foregone conclusion with New Year's Eve on still on the horizon. One of the most depressing figures in the Chicago statistics review is that 24 kids under 12 have been shot.. 12 of those killed. What is it with Democrats that don't correct this atrocity? Oh..BTW.. and Chicago banned handguns back in 1982.

I'm not sue the walls of the Civic Center would have survived if he had..this was one of the top tunes I wanted to hear.. be a part of, but with Elton, the concert would have had to be 6-8 hours long to just touch on songs everyone wanted to hear. Where were you, Chuck?

L-E headline: "What will 2017 hold for downtown Columbus?" -- Yes what is
in store? One hing for sure is that it should NOT be based on expansion of CSU
for economic reasons.. Face it, college students do not have much disposable
income.. that's part of being a college student... and the main beneficiary
of college students is CSU.. all the dorm and food and tuition income go into a
non-taxed organization, and expansion of their properties not only
removes property taxes for the City, but add additional pressure on our streets,
the CPD, and CFD.

As of today.. Obama is insignificant... in America today, and it's future..
Therefore, we will celebrate the coming of Trump rather than even noticing
Obama.. While there will be petty irritants spewing from him in the next three
weeks, nothing he does can't be undone. America's suffering is about to end..

For info sake.. recently, viewer numbers have eclipsed 29,000 on six continents (all but Antarctica).
