The L-E just printed an MCSD report on the current SPLOST projects.. Just
curious, but how can original estimates be higher that the projected costs of
SPLOST voted-on projects? I mean,, some of the projects were for metal shed
buildings on slabs and projected at $312.00 a square foot.. and that was just a
figure pulled out of the air because NO bid-estimates were ever put out.
