Random thought: You know, one of the biggest differences in the Trump transition period is the complaints...with Trump appointments, even the process of his choices, it's liberal/Rino politicians and mainscream media that are complaining.. when Obama was doing the same, it was the American people.

Every Columbus taxpayer needs to understand that the revenue Columbus gets from the T-SPLOST tax costs us more than if it was raised by the LOST or SPLOST tax or came out of the City budget. Columbus only gets 85 cents for each $1.00 in taxes we pay. In other words, when the GA DOT pays $80K and we "match" with $20K, we are really paying closer to $115,000.00 tax wise. Sorta like the City Manager buying a $24,000.00 car and adding $3,200.00 worth of add-ons like alloy wheels and deluxe sound system.

Super-low-informed-voter's L-E "soundoff": "Rumor has it: The Donalds’s nominee for Treasury Secretary is going to do away with the mortgage interest tax exemption. That is going to hurt this middle income homeowner, and I expect, millions like me." -- Good grief.. there is "talk" about changing the personal exemptions on taxes to $15,000 ($30,000.00 for married couples) which would make it easier for more families to file taxes without itemizing their deductions, and this under informed "analyst" doesn't realize that he/she would still have the choice to itemize his mortgage interest on his/her taxes if it was of more benefit to him/her. Chances are the writer already takes his 1040-EZ forms to a tax prepare as it is.

L-E headline: "Obama orders review of Russia’s role in election" -- Good grief.. Obama just cannot get over his narcissism.. Besides, combined  Hellary's scandals and lies, voters just didn't want nor could ill afford a third term based on Obamaism.. Sadder is that even IF the Russians could hack into all our security, isn't that Obama's fault for appointing hacks to offices that could do something to prevent such, and for firing competent military officers who disagreed with his policies?
