From the "why is this news?" department - Online story: "The U.S. House of Representatives voted on Tuesday to revoke Donald Trump's declaration of a national emergency to build a wall on the border with Mexico, handing the president a stinging rebuke on his signature issue." -- Seriously? MSM-13 felt the House voting against our National Security is news? The most telling news was the 13 Republicans who voted "YES", and the 2 Republicans/3 Democrats who did not vote at all.

Personal update: My granddaughter Sophia did well with her tonsillectomy yesterday, and is spending the day with us. As you can guess, she's already taking advantage of the situation.. and we are happy!

You know.. after all the dust has settled, the DEMentiacrats did not win the 240 seats they were celebrating earlier.. even if they acquire to two unsettled vacancies, they will still be short of the number and as 2020 gets closer, some of those PeLOUSY-clones will start running for their own re-elections which will probably aid America... and Trump..
The real interesting event would happen if the bill passes the Senate and Trump vetoes it as promised.. In the House, 245 (including 13 RINOs) voted "Yes" -- To override a Presidential veto, PeLOUSY would have to gather up 290 votes.. does anyone seriously think.. even "feel"... that 45 more Republicans will vote to do so?

Hmmm...the following link takes you to see various birds and animals during gestation. My question is: Would DEMentiacrats vote for animal abortions as well?

From the "absurdity personified" department - Online headline/story: "Tom Brady rookie card sells for $400,000 * Only 100 copies of the card were produced, and only two, including the one just sold, have been graded at 9 or higher. * “The offered BGS 9 is the highest graded example in the books, matched by only one other copy,” PWCC said in its listing. “Arguably the single finest example in the world and boasting many attributes of a GEM MINT card. While we see faint wisps of corner wear, the overall presentation is undeniably pack fresh.” * PWCC’s description dubbed it “certainly the most important modern football card ever auctioned publicly" -- You know, I cannot see the value of a sports card of a still playing athlete being worth $401,000.00. If I owned one of the 98 that weren't rated a "BGS 9" status, I think I would sue the maker of the ultra-rare 2000 Playoff Contenders Championship Ticket for . hmm.. "breach of contract"? Besides, in my youth. the true value of a sports cards was how much noise it made when you clothes-pinned it to your bicycle so the spokes fanned it as you peddled.

From the "maybe MSM-13 will give some credit for Trump getting Kim Jong Oooops into the same room with him" department -- The White House Press Corps got kicked out of it's Hanoi Hotel accommodations. I guess Kim Jong Oooops remembered most of them are holdovers from the Obama Administration days when Obama sent only Slick Willie and Dennis Rodman to talk with him..

Last week, a U of California Berkeley student harassed and punched a conservative on the campus.. the incident was well documented with videos and the attacker was clearly seen... yet.. yet there still hasn't been an arrest by the Campus Police. There is no justice for all until there IS justice for all.

Online headline: "HHS docs show thousands of alleged incidents of sexual abuse against unaccompanied minors in custody" -- Wow! I just figured this out..The only conclusion left is that DEMentiacrats are for this! Just look at how DEMentiacrats have "overlooked" the indiscretions of Epstein, Clinton, and Senator Bob Menendez...

Online headline/story: "Bernie Sanders’ campaign sees major shakeup, just one week after launch * Three of the top advisers who helped propel the senator's 2016 White House bid -- Tad Devine, Julian Mulvey and Mark Longabaugh -- are parting ways with Sanders, the campaign confirmed Tuesday. * Devine, a veteran political strategist who was a top adviser to the presidential campaigns of then-Vice President Al Gore in 2000 and then-Sen. John Kerry in 2004, served as Sanders’ chief strategist and leading surrogate in 2016. Longabaugh steered the campaign’s game plan for winning delegates and negotiating with the Democratic National Committee. Mulvey played a large role in creating the campaign’s television and digital ads." -- Previously worked for Gore, Kerry, and Bernie in 2016? If Bernie were as smart as he feels he is, not only should he not have hired them, he should have fired them before they quit.

Excuse me...hosted by Central High...of Phenix City? There's no way Columbus taxpayers got a fair shake out of this!

Hmmm..ironically, Michael Cohen is going to jail soon for lying to Congress. Why would DEMentiacrats Hmmm..ironically, Michael Cohen is going to jail soon for lying to Congress. Why would even DEMentiacrats want to ask him more questions... unless they've fed him more lies to contribute?

From the "enigma .. or oxymoron" department: How can DEMentiacrats fund children's healthcare programs, fund DFCS programs to remove children from dangerous homes/circumstances, then turn around and pass legislation to allow post-delivery infanticide?

From the "poll bias? What poll bias?" department - Online headline/story: "Amazon's Virginia HQ2 faces some New York-style pushback * Inspired in part by the success of community activists and elected officials like New York Democratic Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, a group of advocates calling themselves "For Us, Not Amazon" is demanding that Northern Virginia reject the tech giant's plans for a second headquarters in Arlington. * A December poll showed 68 percent of Virginians approve of the Amazon deal, while 30 percent disapprove. * The "For Us, Not Amazon" coalition has spent weeks canvassing in those communities and has found the overwhelming majority of residents they've spoken to do not support the Amazon deal." -- Good grief "For US, Not Amazon" must have gotten CNN to conduct its poll. Now you can see why I put very little confidence in polls. Especially egregious for the "For Us, Not Amazon" poll is that 2020 Elections are gearing up, and VA Dems will not want to be on Bezos' shi*t list. Even Senator Mark Warner did not get 50% of the vote in Virginia in 2014.

M/C L-E headline/story: "MCSD offers up $5.5M plan to improve special education:

•(1) Interrelated Special Education Supports, which provides targeted student and teacher support in a co-taught general education setting.
•(2) Specialized Hybrid Transitional Class, designed to integrate students back into a co-taught classroom.
•(3) Therapeutic Day School, a separate facility for students who aren’t succeeding in the other options.
-- You know, options number 2 and 3 should be removed as we speak.. Can any MCSD Administrator or MCSB member state that students in the general education classes would not be hindered by slowing down THEIR education needs to meet the wants/needs for Special Ed children?

Online headline/story: "Bill would lower Georgia voting age * Bill sponsor Rep. (D-McDonough) said that teenagers are underrepresented in policy that directly affects their lives. * House Resolution 345 proposes an amendment to Georgia’s constitution that would lower the registration and voting age to 17-years-old for federal, state and local elections. Currently, citizens must be at least 17-and-a-half to register and be 18 years old to vote in all state and federal elections." -- Good grief.. how about just hanging out our students to dry! This "representative" has been on the job less than 2 months, and feels :qualified" to talk about our students needs...If the state recognizes 17 year olds as "adults", these same students will be .. basically.. open season or predator teachers, and the potential for illegal aliens getting on the voting lists are exponential as many 17 years now do not get their drivers' licenses until 18 or older. The only thing positive about 17 year olds voting would be those class officer races promising steak for lunch, ice cream on every plate, shorter school days, less classroom time for non-electives, mandatory "A" test scores, and automatic diplomas would come true.. wait a minute... Columbus already has the mandatory diploma section..

To boot, the 27th Amendment prohibits any state to change the law of age of voting.

Online "headLIE": Could Georgia Be the 38th State to Ratify the ERA?" -- Good grief.. the 7 year window to ratify the "ERA" Amendment closed in 1979.. GA's ratification is moot.. basically, a waste of time, money, and effort of our legislators.

From the "conflicted interest" department - M/C L-E headline: "UAW sues GM to stop plant closings in 3 states" Good grief.. Government Motors GAVE the UAW 17.5% of its shares in the re-organizational process following the Obama bailout.. and while still the largest shareholder, the UAW sold off more shares that they could to keep a member of their choice on the GM board, and now UAW is basically suing itself. And GM wonders why sales are down.... Hey UAW, Fiasco-Chrysler is coming back to town!
