Speaker PeLOUSY is saying that President Trump is assaulting the Constitution........which Constitution is she talking about...surely not OURS which she repeatedly ignores her oath to abide by and protect it.

President Trump is going after the Pharmaceutical industry for transparency in actual costs for research and production of their drugs. I have two experiences with non-generic stage drugs. Started a blood pressure med in 2005 when a 30 pills cost me $57.00..It's now available as a generic drug for $4.00, but the original prescription for the "branded" version is still over $330.00 for a 30 pills. Recently, I was prescribed a newer blood thinner..supposedly a new generation of Warfarin.. Warfarin is now in generic availability at $4.00 for 30 days worth, while the new variation costs over $430.00 for a month's supply. What I do not know is whether the newer version is worth more than the cost of a monthly lease of a new luxury SUV....and I cannot get an objective opinion from a pharmacist.. who stands to profit more from selling the "high priced spread".

Need to make a correction of a statement I made yesterday... only a simple majority of the House judiciary Committee followed by a simple majority of the full House are needed to send an impeachment. Charge to the Senate for trial...not a 2/3rds vote. In the Senate, a 2/3rds majority is required for a conviction of House charges.

I did not watch the ABC do-overs of "All in the Family or "The Jeffersons". Mainly because I could not imagine 6'7" Jamie Foxx playing banty-hen sized George Jefferson.. I might have though, if I knew it was on, but I do not watch ABC since they took off the "Last Man Standing" so I didn't see any ads for it.
