One thing obvious about the FISA warrants signed by a judge based on the Steele Dossier is that the FBI must have "shopped" to get the specific judge Comey could cajole into signing it... I say this because if a Constitutional honoring judge had done so, he/she would be raising hell at Comey and the Democratic Party for "tampering with evidence" and "perjury under oath".
