Ilhan Omar.. a.k.a. Ilhan Ohmygod....is no more than a cowardly bully with a microphone. She feels she can say what she wants about anyone.. especially President Trump.. just because she a female and "of color". ... yet she folds when she's punched in the nose.. and that's about the only effective way to handle a bully! You know.. one of the oldest adages always applies to men.. and women of courage.. "Sticks and stones can break my bones, but words can never hurt me." Yes we find Ilhan Omar well described in the Bible.. open to and read  1  Corinthians 13:1... she's one of those "clanging cymbals" .

I keep getting Democratic Party e-mails asking if I got an e=mail from Barack Obama asking me to donate to the Democratic Party Unity Fund.. First, I'm offended that neither the Democratic Party, nor Barack Obama himself, acknowledge Obama as President Obama.. but the biggest joke is name the campaign chest the "Unity Fund".. Outside the Democratic Party's hate for a great America, there is NO UNITY in the Democratic Party.

Said goodbye to an old friend last night... Seaside, FL. For the last 20 years, Seaside has been a favorite spot of ours.. to stay in or visit if we've booked elsewhere.. but that changed Wednesday night. Our favorite restaurant is there.. Great Southern.. and with all the different aspects/needs of our growing family, it took 3 cars to get everyone there. When we pull into the area, and tried to park.. all the available public parking outside the "circle" were blocked off and reserved for "Valet Parking". We succumbed to the "Valet Parking" and when we got to the registration area, we were hit with a $15.00 Per Vehicle" charge. I begrudgingly paid it, but when we left Great Southern, I left the owner a note saying we've always enjoyed his food and warmth all these years, but valet parking... FORCED valet parking... added $45.00 to our meal, and we won't be back.

 

As a retired retailer, the situation at Seaside showed me that many of those stores will be dying soon.. besides the outrageous valet parking fees, the other available public parking on "the circle: now has signs proclaiming "2 Hour Parking" and there's a reserved parking space for a parking ticket writer.

There should be no holes in the roof..and if there were holes, why haven't those who knew about it spoken up from the early stages.. What's needed first is a forensic audit of the funds given in grants and donations as well as the people who have been in charge of such.
