Good grief.. According to an online story, Jeffrey Epstein was"found nearly unconscious in his New York City jail cell" ... "sprawled across the floor with injuries to his neck earlier this week following what some sources said could have been a suicide attempt. * "On Wednesday, the New York Post reported that investigators believe Epstein may have tried to hurt himself in an effort to get transferred to another jail." * Another closeby prisoner was questioned .. basically because both "had been complaining about conditions at the Metropolitan Correctional Center, where they are being held.". -- You know, if other prisoners had been involved, past history would show Epstein would have been "abused" .. possibly mutilated.. as a pedophile before being killed.. What we probably have is an attempt by him to get out of the prison and assigned to "home confinement". Besides, I'd be disappointed if none of the prisoners .. especially Epstein, DIDN'T complain about the prison conditions!

Online story: "Attorney General William Barr directed the Justice Department on Thursday to adopt a new rule for carrying out the death penalty, which would restore executions in the federal system for the first time in 16 years. * We owe it to the victims and their families to carry forward the sentence imposed by our justice system," Barr said." -- Amen..and it's not just owed to the victims and their families.. it's owed to future victims should any of these "people" ever get released on a technicality!

I recently mentioned a story about a horrific MS-13 gang's brutal and ritualistic murder of what is now known was a classmate of a number of the MS-13 gang members.. The school was asked/ordered by the police not to mention it to the parents of the other high school students! Hayes, the commanding officer of the Los Angeles Police Department's Robbery-Homicide Division, says the reasoning was that police “were concerned about the flight risk of suspects and the loss of critical information." -- All Americans in California should be up-at-arms about this!.. And heads should roll in the LA Police Department and that ]high schools administration! There're no excuse to excuse this kind of fiasco!

Two judges..one East Coast and one West Coast, just proved my point that no single judge should be able to override a Presidential or Executive Order. One of the judges approved Trump's asylum conditions, and the other ruled against it. My point has been that a challenge of Presidential Order should have to be heard by a panel of 3-to-5 District Court Judges, and if the majority favors the Presidential Order individual challenges can work themselves through channels without stopping the order until the US Supreme Court rules, and if the majority agrees with the challenge, then the issue be sent straight to the US Supreme Court for definitive action.

Can you believe Columbus Council wants to hire "judicial experts" to advise them on the future court room needs..at a contracted $275,000.00. Hey Council...here's my 2-cents worth ( and no bill will be sent).. how about keeping the court numbers where they are, then double the jail space..By doing so, violent and habitual felons could then serve their complete sentences rather than get early releases, commit new crimes, and clog up the court system again and again.

Council feels that by adding $200,000,000.00 more for pet projects around town, it will get community support to vote for the 10 year SPLOST which will include a new Government Center... but this is not what Columbus needs... or deserves. SPLOST money can only be spent of projects... and cannot be spent on manning them or maintaining them, and one has to only look at the current Government Center to understand that this.. nor future Councils... will have the funds to do so. What's even worse is that the increased need for finds to do so will take away more funds from what we need to fix our streets and maintain structures we already have. It seeks statewide use of hand-marked paper ballots." -- And I beg to differ with the charges in the lawsuit.. believe me, if the electronic voting stations WERE hackable, Stacey Abrams would have been elected governor! Now, what is "hackable" are paper ballots because they are easy to stuff into backroom ballot boxes!

I find it strange.. well, more than strange, that the two men killed in the plane crash in Americus, GA have not been identified (did a new Google this AM and still no new info). Surely the plane has ID numbers... maybe even a flight plan of sorts.. and surely ..if this was a routine situation, family members would be contacting officials..There's something fishy about this..
