I've about had it with "phone menus"! One yesterday was the proverbial "back-breaking straw"... I got a robo-call from a doctor's office to confirm an upcoming appointment.. the first thing it asked was "if you want to continue in English, Press 1. I am tired of crap like that.. I am an American.. descendant of immigrants from 17th Century America.. I don't NEED to be asked if I speak "English"... that should be assumed. Now, if companies do "feel" a need to offer a menu list, they should be this:

 

If you only speak another language, Press 1 for a list of other languages available.

 

If you are an American citizen who doesn't speak English, Press 2 for a list of options for schools/organizations that will TEACH you English.

 

The second option should also be the first question asked in order to register to vote, and to actually vote.

Now.. the "good part"..The second whistleblower is actually the source of the 1st whistleblower's info, so the 2nd whistleblower actually provided the info to the 1st whistleblower, so, in actuality, the original source of the info is now considered the confirmation as well. We really should be scared with what we've learned about the teams Obama had in place at the FBI, the NSA, and now the CIA...
