From the ""Yes, America, there is real justice in our country". department - Online story: " Sen. Lamar Alexander, R-Tenn., announced Thursday night he will vote against calling witnesses to the Senate impeachment trial of President Trump, likely ending the last real suspense of the trial and opening the door for a speedy conclusion Friday or Saturday." -- It is sad that Senator Alexander still feels that it was inappropriate for President Trump to demand accountability from a recipient of our foreign aid, but denouncing... no TROUNCING.. the PeLOUSY/Schi**/Nadler/Schumer coup attempt is a major step in the healing process.
---
New POOL: You know, when the Democrats impeachment loss against America's best ever President happens, how long will it be before the Democrats file impeachment charges against the Senate Chaplain for praying to God, and against the Chief Justice of the US Supreme Court for leading the assembly in the Pledge of Allegiance to our flag?
---
You know.. maybe California citizens will mount a recall campaign for the removal of Governor PeLOUSY's nephew, and go back to party primaries rather than the "jungle primary" system so that CA voters will always have a "choice" in the General Election.
---
From the "there you go again" department - Good grief.. Schi** DOES HAVE "Schi** for brains"! It was bad enough that Schi** made up an imaginary phone call for a Trump-Zelensky to get this fiasco rolling, but Schi** made up another imaginary call yesterday.. this time between Trump and Putin.. Maybe we do need a "red flag system".. only not for singling out reasons to take guns away from law-abiding citizens, but to jump start identifying and removing mental cases from Congress!
---
Online story: "U.S. authorities on Wednesday announced the discovery of the longest smuggling tunnel ever found on the Southwest border, stretching more than three-quarters of a mile from an industrial site in Tijuana, Mexico, to the San Diego area." -- WoW! I think the US Supreme Court needs to put a "hold" on the US Census forms until a "CITIZENSHIP" question can be added!
---
From the "rush to judgment" department - Online "hedLIE": "Roberts declines to read Paul question on whistleblower" -- Hmmm... only afterward Sen Paul revealed the question he submitted was not about the "whistleblower". In fact, there can be no question about "the whistleblower". By law, to be considered a "whistleblower" such must have observed FIRST HAND what one considers an offense..and Schi** admission from the gitgo was that "he report" was hearsay... second hand at best...
---
Hmmm... did you see how quickly Stacey Abrams endorsed Rev Raphael Warnock in the "other" GA Senate race? Guess that popped Columbus' ex-mayor Queen TT Tom-LYING-son's hope for an early... if ever...Abrams endorsement in the Dem primary for Perdue's seat..
---
From the "welcome to Socialized Medicine" department - Online headline/story: "Friends of girl, 18, with leukemia sign her casket with loving messages in a final goodbye after she died waiting for a hospital bed during a shortage in Canada * Laura Hillier, 18, died after waiting for a bone marrow transplant during a hospital bed shortage in Canada, despite having willing donors available * An Ontario hospital said it could only do five transplants a month and there were about 30 people who were waiting to have the procedure done" -- Hmmm .. hope CNN mentions this during the next Democratic Debacle.
---
Good grief! One if the House Managers actually said that if President Trump wanted to discuss why European Countries weren't supporting Ukraine properly that the President should have sent his Ambassador to talk with them. What a warped sense House Democrats have about efficiency in government. Why would any European leader trust a Democrat endorsed Ambassador?
---
Did you hear Nadler talking about Nixon being impeached? Just another lie! Nixon was not impeached...before there was a vote by the House to bring such charges, President Nixon resigned from office before the House voted on impeachment charges.
---
From the "you know.. this actually makes sense" department - Online headline: "Warren Can’t Name Any GOP Senate Colleagues With Character" -- Yes.. this actually makes logical sense.. why shouldn't it.. after all, she only has "character models" that are Democrats to compare what she feels "character" is.
---
Since the Democrats are so concerned about how Ukraine feels about being supported against Russian aggression, let's ask the people of Ukraine whether they want another Democrat who probably would send them more blankets, or President Trump, who will send them more Javelin missiles to take out Russian tanks?
---
You know, if holding back military foreign aid to Ukraine would have sent a message to the Russians that America's support had waned, what message did Obama sending the Ukraine blankets instead of weapons to help the Ukraine send to Russia?
---
Why does the primary focus of the Democrats impeachment charges center on the possibility on foreign interference of the votes of 130,000,000 voters, yet Democrats openly attempt to get non-American citizens illegally into our country registered to vote. And did Democrats object to then President Obama openly working against the re-election of Benjamin Netanyahu as the Prime Minister of Israel?
---
I tell you what, when top Democrat spinmeister/ Fox contributor, Jessica Tarlov ramps up her diatribe against Trump to the level she's at now, the Democrats have reached a new level of desperation.
---
You know, I'll bet Justice Roberts' most oft repeated thought is when he looks down to his right at the House Impeachment Managers' table and thinks, "they gotta be Schi**ing me!"
---
I saw a video of a voter asking Biden a question Creepy Joe did not want to handle, so Biden got pretty aggressive and pushy..Biden actually grabbed and finger poked/pushed the man. You know, it's a megalomaniac act to do this knowing that if the man held his ground or defended himself, he would quickly be surrounded by a cadre of Secret Service agents.
---
Anybody seen any updates or follow-through stories about the 13 year old who reportedly killed himself playing Russian Roulette with several "close friends"?
---
Wow! 26% of the attendees to Trump's rally in New Jersey were Democrats!.....and they LIKED IT! It also means they lined up early to get in...Reports in...Reports confirm that 175,000 tickets were requested, and that 100,000 showed up knowing the facility only held 7,500 people..NJ may be on the block for Trump this year...New Jersians obviously did not support their Senator Cory Booker's attempt at being the Democrats presidential nominee.
---
You know what I haven't seen from MSM-13 polls? Popularity polls about PeLOUSY and Schi** or Schumer and Nadler in their home Districts..... How about anybody else?
---
WRBL 3 headline/story: "Developer confirms VA selects north Columbus site for new clinic" -- Yes! Much better choice..puts location in Congressman Ferguson's District 3 rather than Bishop's District 2.. Veterans will definitely fare better under Republican care than Democrats.
---
Columbus Ledger-Enquirer headline/story: "Multiple Muscogee County schools on lockdown amid police investigation. Here’s more. * Muscogee County School District communications director Mercedes Parham said in a news release at 10:47 a.m., “The District has received notification of a security measure that has been enacted as a safety precaution at three school sites: Northside High, Veterans Memorial Middle, and North Columbus Elementary schools. * “The perimeters of each school have been secured due to the sighting of two suspects, who have been involved in a non-school related incident, within the vicinity of the school locations. There have been no injuries or school-related incidents reported regarding this matter.” * Thursday afternoon, Columbus Police Department assistant chief Gil Slouchick told the L-E that three officers responded to a call about a stolen vehicle that crossed the Chattahoochee River from Phenix City. The driver of the vehicle was taken into custody after being found in the bushes at Northside High School, he said, and the passenger got away." -- Excuse me.. where was the MCSD Police Squad? It didn't make good sense to create the MCSD Police Squad to begin with, but if it's not going to take the burden off the CPD, why continue it?
---
From the "good news/bad news" department - Columbus L-E headline/story: "Georgia economists predict 2020 will be slower for growth * Both Humphreys and fellow speaker Ben Ayers, dean of the Terry College of Business, predict a slower year for growth in the state and Columbus in 2020 as the U.S. enters another year of the longest economic expansion in the nation’s history. * For Columbus, fewer new jobs are one of many economic factors Humphreys said will contribute to slower growth than the city has seen in the past few years. * In the private sector, there are two industries that really contribute much more here than they do across the rest of the state, according to Humphreys: Financial activities, and the leisure and hospitality industries. * “Loan growth, financial deregulation and tax reform all favor the financial activities industry, but due to some efficiency gains, jobs may actually be lost in that industry in 2020 * The hospitality industry is expected to do very well in 2020, though growth will be slower than in 2019, " -- Wow! Where to begin.. First.. the short-but-sweet good news.. Trump will win again, so slower growth (a natural phenomena following rapid growth) rather than "negative growth" versus if a Democrat were to win in November.. now the bad news...ironically, good news in the Financial World means Columbus will lose jobs.. go figure that.. secondly, increases in the leisure industry.. does the Council realize that revenues from Whitewater bring in no taxes and the "fee" collected is lower than what taxes would be.. and especially painful is that Columbus doesn't get those fees if the Whitewater bookings are made in Phenix City... even more painful is the fewer job growth expectations when Council wants to raise our local sales taxes by 25% (5 LOST/SPLOST 1% taxes vs 4 LOST/SPLOST sales taxes) plus the City and MCSD wanting more money for projects than they can possibly expect from the SPLOST taxes, and even with three new hotels going up in the Downtown area, hospitality growth is expected to be slower this year year than last.. Gosh, we so need some financially responsible leadership in local government and the MCSD.

Was looking at the "celebrity birthdays" noted in the Columbus L-E.. you know.. if a person's celebrity status need an explanation as to who he/she is, is that person really a celebrity?

From the "Biased BS? What biased BS?" department - Online headline/story: "Dem reveals call with Bolton that contradicts Trump * Rep. Eliot Engel pushed back on President Donald Trump's claims that John Bolton didn't complain about the president's conduct toward Ukraine as the Foreign Affairs Committee chairman revealed a September call with Bolton in which the former NSA chief told him to examine the ouster of the former U.S. ambassador to Ukraine. * "President Trump is wrong that John Bolton didn't say anything about the Trump-Ukraine scandal at the time the President fired him," Engel, D-N.Y., said in a statement. "He said something to me." * Engel said that he reached out to the former national security adviser on Sept. 19 to ask if he would speak before the Foreign Affairs Committee regarding U.S. foreign policy. Engel said the two then had a call days later, on Sept. 23, when Bolton "suggested to me — unprompted — that the committee look into the recall of Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch."" -- Good grief.. obvious question, if this HAD HAPPENED, why wasn't Rep. Engel of New York rushed to the front of the Democrat's House impeachment witness list?

---
I tell you what.. after listening to the questions posed by the Democrats for Justice Roberts to read, I think Justice Roberts should have been given censorship rights to declare impertinent, irrelevant, or ignorant questions "out of order" and toss them into the trash can.

---
What is it with Democrats? We long ago realized they aren't going to "finish" the promises they make when trying to buy votes, but now they don't want to finish the "WALL" we need to secure our border, nor for our best President ever to finish his destiny.

---
You know, if the Democrats number one goal is to "Beat Donald Trump" why not campaign on issues they feel more voters will listen to them?

---
One thing obviously "for sure" is that President Trump is getting things done.. .. he Wall is going up, trade agreements with China and Mexico/Canada are getting done, peace talks in the Middle-East, and terrorists are being taken out. Imagine what he could get done if Democrats were on board with what's best for America rather than themselves

---
Online headline/story: "Biden, Sanders lead field in new poll ahead of Monday's Iowa caucuses * Biden was the choice of 23 percent of likely caucus-goers, the Monmouth University poll shows, slightly ahead of the senator from Vermont at 21 percent. " -- Good grief! The top two choices.. even though polar opposites, combined they can't get the interest of half the Iowan Democrats polled...maybe Iowans feel that the caucus is really a bunch of "ca-ca".

---
You know... having US Senators who are, or have been 2020 Democratic presidential wannabes, Sanders, Warren, Klobuchar, Harris, Booker, Bennett, and Gillibrand sitting and voting in judgment of President Trump is more of an actual violation of election interference that anything hey have falsely accused President Trump of doing..

---
Oh, and when you think about it, having Sanders, Warren, Klobuchar, Harris, Booker, Bennett, and Gillibrand on the minds of Iowan caucus voters for trying to convict Trump after Trump has just MADE the farmers of Iowa ecstatic with the recent China and USMCA trade agreements could work out very well for Biden...

---
Good grief! Did you hear the companies and jobs created announced during the USMCA signing! And the new markets for American farmers with Canada? Why would any voter want to vote ever again for a Democrat?

---
Oh! Did you note the union presence at the USMCA trade agreement ceremonies? You know, why would any union leader push support for any Democrats this year.. With Trumps tax cuts on corporations and the soaring economy, the Unions have a great bargaining tool for contract negotiations for wages.

---
Online headline: "People wonder if Michael Bloomberg has ever pet a dog after awkward moment goes viral" -- This video of Bloomberg shaking a dog's mouth has a lot of Dems shaking their heads.. but rest assured Bloomberg has shaken worse things at Democrat campaign sites.

---
Oh! Hey Mayor Henderson... while you're seeing what's been going on behind your back at the Columbus Water Works (even though you are an Ad Hoc board member), how about checking as to why my sewer bill is more than my water bill... .. another OH! my granddaughter gave you a passing mark after her school field trip to see you yesterday... of course she did wonder why the Government Center was in such a mess and why they had to walk up 6 floors to your office rather than ride an elevator.. Maybe you can explain that to her.. I can't make her understand fully what "lack of proper maintenance is".. as close as I got was comparing the building to what would happen if she regularly left her dog chained outside without enough love, food, or water.

---
Took special note of the report of the "progress" reported to/by Council of the Virginia College property.. special note meaning that I saw the $5 Million dollar bond number used, when I understand it's going to be more like $7 Million... this sort throws off all the numbers being talked about in potential "savings"...

---
For clarity sake, when Council voted to allow special one-day Sunday sales of alcohol for businesses that already have "on premise consumption" during the week. it just allows bars that don't generally sell enough food to qualify for selling alcohol on Sundays do so on SuperBowl Sunday..Council voted for this same kind of thing last year when St Patrick's Day fell on Sunday.. ... makes it one of the better.. more realistic.. decisions Council has made... do hope the CPD will move a few of its "patrol car decoys" to visible spots near such bars...

---
You know, our Forefathers were so concerned about the rights of each individual citizen, that they stated in the Bill of Rights that every citizen is innocent until proven guilty. The House Democrats are taking away that right for President Trump. The President 's Defense Team has more than shot down the Democrats claims.

---
He's got to be kidding! Schi** that is.. claims he's never met nor knows the name of the "whistleblower". Hmmm ..let's parse this...Schi** has brought impeachment charges up based on him receiving second hand hearsay 'info' from a second hand source who may have MADE UP the "whistleblower" as far as Schi** knows.... No judge should hear this case, and the judge should have Schi** thrown in jail and disbarred.

---
Was that a joke? Congressperson Demmings, D-FL, of the House Impeachment Managers, says the US promised the Ukraine support in 2014 if gave up its nuclear weapons.. Hmmm..and how does Ms Demmings address that President Obama sent them blankets rather than weapons to protect themselves from the Russian aggression. Now, what wasn't noted during the question period of the trial was that Ms Demmings not only exposed a MAJOR "quid pro quo" deal made by Obama, but also that President Obama reneged on the deal he offered.

---
Hmmm... You know, from what I heard from House presenter Demmings from Florida during the impeachment trial, previous House Speakers John Boehner and Paul Ryan should be on trial for not filing impeachment charges against both Obama and Biden.

---
Oh, got information as to why that Carver basketball game was moved from Carver to Hardaway... seems that the Carver court floor was being refinished to honor long time Carver coach Warren Buelah by painting his name name on the floor, and it hadn't proper time to dry . I do think this celebratory reason should have been majorly highlighted in the coverage of Carver's game. Congratulations Coach Buelah!

---
I have no respect for mainstream media polls! Of the thousands of robo calls I received, I've never received one from the mainstream media polling callers..and based on the poll results we are given, I imagine not many people I know.. or would agree with have either.

---
Online headline: "Trump scorches Bolton, says ‘fired’ hawk would have started ‘World War Six’" -- You gotta love President Trump..he puts things in much needed perspective even MSM-13 SHOULD be able to understand.

---
Columbus Ledger-Enquirer headline/story: "Longtime vacant lot in midtown Columbus could soon have new life. Here are the details. * Construction could be on the horizon for a Dollar General store in midtown if a rezoning request is approved by Columbus Council next month. * The 1.4 acres of land in question are located along the east side of 13th Avenue, bordered to the north by Rhodes Street and the south by 16th Street." -- Good grief.. it's basically a "kiss of death" for proximity development happening after a freestanding "Dollar" store opens in an area..

Another MidTown issue: "Excuse me.. but why are those wooden red arrows still standing on 13th Street? MidTown tried to make them "advertising billboards" until it was pointed out the area isn't zoned for such, so now some eyesores are still eyesores... but deteriorating as we speak?

---
Columbus L-E headline/story: "Jill Biden scheduled to speak in Columbus. Here’s what you need to know. * Jill Biden, wife of presidential candidate and former Vice President Joe Biden, is scheduled to speak in Columbus next month. * She will be the keynote speaker at the 35th annual Black History Month Observance Breakfast in the Columbus Convention and Trade Center on Feb. 17, starting at 7 a.m. * Reserved tables of eight are $500 and $1,500 for sponsorship tables." -- Hmmm.. so Jill Biden is going to be in town.. sorta reminds me of when Elizabeth Dole was stumping for her husband, Bob, in 1996.. I would have preferred to vote for her than her husband...

---
You know, what's really scary about the choices the Democrats offer is Creepy Joe and Hellary are their version of "moderate", and both are sitting on REAL scandal powderkegs.

---
Today, January 30, 2020 would have been my mother's 100th birthday.. Miss you Mom!

---
Columbus L-E headline: "List: Nominees for MCSD 2020 Teacher of the Year" -- Congrats to all!

---
Columbus L-E headline: "Electric scooter ban to continue in Columbus" -- Wow! Today is pretty special.. there are two decisions Council as made that I consider "better than usual"..

---
From the "whatta a disappointment!" department - Columbus L-E headline/story: "Georgia State Patrol troopers fired, accused of cheating * The new troopers allegedly cheated on an online test for speed detection, according to Fox 5 Atlanta." -- Wow! To go through all the training, all the preliminary work, and then cheat on an exam that qualifies them to do the work needed..SMH!

---
Columbus L-E guest commentary headline: "Bernie Sanders is the Sally Field of Democrats * BY MICHAEL GRAHAM * INSIDESOURCES.COM" -- Hmmm... "is the Sally Fields of Democrats"? Well, I guess he's a lightweight that has to be careful his hair style doesn't act like wings and lift his off the ground when the other Democrats start spieling out currents of hot air in his presence...

---
Columbus L-E guest commentary headline: "Birth control should be available over the counter" -- Huh! It already is.. someone makes "an offer" and the person
"counters{" with a "no way"! and it works both ways!

What did I say about Adam Schiff having "schi** for brains"... Schi** complained about Trump's Defense Team not using all 24 hours of its allotted. Hey Schi** for brains...when you get shot between the eyes, it only takes one shot!
---
The Trump Defense Team just cleaned Schiff's clock, and true to form, in less than 30 minutes time following that, Schiff proved my earlier observation that the Democrats have "Schi** for brains"
---
Question: At this moment in time, why are we allowing commercial flights from China to land here in America?
---
I've been most impressed at how the President's Defense Team has enlightened us all on the intricacies of the Constitution; shown us the flip-flop nature of having lawyers interpreting laws depending own which side of an issue benefits them personally, and have come to a realization that if the Founding Fathers knew how politicians would turn a moment of service to our country into a personal career ( with pension, no less) they would have written in term limits in the Constitution for all. I really don't think the Founding fathers really wanted career politicians to vote how long term political party leaders told them to versus voting for the needs of the districts that sent them to Washington.

Defense Attorney Jay Sekulow nailed the FBI corruption, then nailed the Ukraine corruption. He even mentioned that the Ukraine set up a special Court of Corruption...what he couldn't say was that we have a Court of Corruption to handle the corruption we had with the FBI and DOJ under the Obama Administration.
---
Online headline: "Biden Praises ‘Profound’ Question Comparing Trump’s Border Policies to Holocaust" -- Biden's brains have an overdose of Botox absorption! Hitler was carrying out genocide, Trump is.securing our border and future!
---
From the "where are the plastic straws when Biden needs them" department - Online headline: "Joe Biden: ‘transgender equality is the civil rights issue of our time’" -- Good grief.. Biden's "grasping at straws".. only they are now made of paper and tear up as soon as he grasps them..
---
Hadn't thought about it prior to now, but I heard the publisher paid Bolton millions of dollars in advance for his book, and now, portions of that book have found their way to the New York Times ( you know. "All the News that's "sh*t" to Print").. Looks to me a rather obvious attempt by the publisher to drive pre-shipment orders before the book gets shipped in March..Early projected sales figures confirm this is happening. If Bolton doesn't step forward and either confirm or deny what the Times is printing, the Bolton needs to be held responsible for collusion.
---
Online headline: "Trump lawyer calls Bolton book 'inadmissible,' as defense team wraps impeachment arguments" -- Good grief...of course a book in inadmissible as "evidence" .. first it's not published, secondly.....it's opinion design to sell books... and thirdly... Simon & Schuster already prepaid Bolton so they want to drive sells faster, and 4th, the "leak" is through the New York Times, and when has the NYT printed the truth about anything to do with Trump?
---
Excuse me... but how does Romney, a guy who strapped his dog's cage to the top of his car, condemn anything Trump has done, is doing, or might/might not have done?
---
Another from the "it's deja re-view" all over again" department - Online headline: "Sanders supporters fume as Clinton allies named to key Dem convention committees" -- Looking more and more like a Trump-Hellary do-over for 2020..
---
Online headline: "MSNBC’s Chris Matthews suggests Bernie Sanders wouldn’t stop his car to help an injured person" -- Well, only because he might catch a Clinton causing that person's injury...
---
Good grief! Bernie isn't just a Socialist, he's a crook! Do not go any further without reading this news story

Ed Henry is not going to work out as a replacement for Bill Hemmer on the FNC AM show! Sen Chris Van Hollen , D-MD, was asked if Congress ever looked into the properness of Hunter Biden's acceptance of a Board position on Burisma, and Hollen never even attempted to address, much less answer the question, and Henry did not call him out for dodging the issue. Maybe Henry's calling would be better suited at CNN or MSNBC.

Online story: "GBI Director Vic Reynolds went to the state Capitol on Monday to tell lawmakers about Georgia’s gang problem. * Speaking to about two dozen lawmakers from the House and Senate, Reynolds said local law enforcement agencies all over the state have told the GBI that gangs are the most pressing challenge they face — “from North Georgia to South Georgia, from east Georgia to west Georgia.” -- Can yiou not see ex-Columbus Mayor Queen TT Tom-LYING-son responding, "Oh Fiddle-dee-dee.. that some boys out doing boy things.. we don't have no gangs in West Georgia"...

Columbus Ledger-Enquirer-headline/story: "Cop: Suspects in fatal home invasion are linked to gang * Some of the witnesses told officers that they recognized Foster, whom they knew from Northside High School, * Detectives were able to name some of the others through Foster’s Facebook page, said Hayes, who alleged they were associated with a homegrown gang called “FNG” that had been involved in other homicides while attempting to rob drug dealers. " -- Excuse me.. but if these GANG members had previously "been involved in other homicides while attempting to rob drug dealers", why were they out on the streets of Columbus!
---
Columbus L-E headline: "Trump unveils peace plan for Middle East" -- Wow! President Trump's plan includes establishing a set "country" for Palestine including.. not only verbal recognition, but a full-fledged US Embassy as well.. This was important enough for representatives of Saudi to be on-hand to support this plan.. and yet.. not one Democrat applauded President Trump's giant step for World Peace... This is sad... real sad! Oh.. and what should have been "Front Page, Above the Fold" was relegated to page 3A in the L-E.
---
From the "say it ain't so, Kirby" department - Columbus L-E headline/story: "Georgia mulls general public alcohol sales for 2020 season * Georgia is considering jumping into alcohol sales for the general public in time for the 2020 football season." -- Good grief..not smelling the reek of alcohol wafting over the seating has been wonderful.. not having someone inebriated trying to get by me in his/her 3rd or 4th trip to find a restroom has been wonderful...Please find another way to pad Leeburn's Georgia Crown company accounts!
---
Columbus L-E story: " U.S. consumer confidence showed a strong gain in January, bolstered by continued strength in the job market. * The Conference Board said Tuesday that its consumer confidence index rose to a reading of 131.6 this month, up from 128.2 in December. * Lynn Franco, senior director of economic indicators at the Conference Board, said that the increase, which followed a more moderate advance in December, reflected a more positive assessment of the current job market and increased optimism about future job prospects. * Consumer confidence surveys are closely followed for clues about whether households are in a buying mood. Consumer spending accounts for 70% of economic activity." -- Consumer Confidence and Spending are up.. again... no wonder the Democrats want to get Trump out of the White House by impeachment.. he's too tough an act to follow by getting elected on promises to reverse the Trump policies..

I guess my reminders that without California's 3.0 million popular vote excess for Hellary, Trump won the popular vote over Hellary in the other 49 states has hit the Democratic Party's theory that she should have won, because now, major Dem Spinmeister.. former DNC chairwoman, is out claiming Hellary won by 4 Million. Just another lie..

The chart shows that actually, in all voting states and other territories that Hellary got 65,853,510 votes and Trump got  62,984,824.. so the correct popular margin for Hellary is but 2,868,686... That means without California's actual margin of 4,269,978 more votes, that Trump actually won the US popular vote in the other 49 states and territories 1,401,292 votes.

I tell you what, if any Senator who had Professor Alan Dershowitz at Harvard votes for President Trump to be convicted on PeLOUSY's presentation should have his/her degree to practice law by Harvard revoked for failing the course of Constitutional law Dershowitz gave last night.

---
What was Fox News "thinking" last night? Following the Senate's dinner break, 6:55 to 7:55, Fox anchors prattled about whatever they wanted as Robert Ray and Alan Dershowitz defended vigorously .... and passionately.. the Constitution's authors concept of the grave nature of "mob rule" impeachment.. Fortunately, I was able to get first hand knowledge on CNN. CNN actually showed (without verbal commentary and only a banner sign dig at Trump) Ray and Dershowitz's comments in their entirety. Who'da thunk that?

---
Looks like the Democrats aren't treading water very well in the early primary states..after 6 months of heavy campaigning in Iowa, none of the Democrats can attract more than 25-30% support. Guess most Dem Primary voters will be mumbling "eenie-meenie-minee-mo" or flipping a coin as they enter the polling booths.

---
Wow! How fickle can Creepy Joe Biden be? For 36 years, he was a Senator for the people of Delaware, yet now he's touting Pennsylvania is his real home state.

Sen UpChuck Schmoozer must have been..at best...a mediocre lawyer..He claims Bolton's "unseen but leaked" book ramblings are "evidence"..

From the "I see it a little differently" department - Online story: "Fox Business host Stuart Varney said the Democratic party is facing a "huge problem" with no clear winner predicted to emerge from next week's Iowa caucuses. * "This is my prediction. One week from today, the Iowa caucuses will show no clear winner," Varney said Monday on Fox Nation's "My Take." "And that will be a big problem for the Democrats." -- Stuart Varney sees "no CLEAR winner".... I see no WINNER at all! Of the entire list, they all have the same message.. "Hate Trump.. Hate America's Greatness".

---
What an education in law and our Constitution was presented by President Trump's Defense Team. ..and it wasn't just for President Trump...it was for all US citizens. I know one local ... and quite vocal... lawyer who should be embarrassed by his defense of the actions of the House, the House Speaker, and Schi** and Nadler in their roles as Chairpersons of the House Intelligence and Judiciary Committees.

---
Online headline/story: "Supreme Court allows Trump administration to enforce ‘public charge’ immigration restriction * The Supreme Court will allow the Trump administration to enforce, for now, its "public charge" immigration restriction, lifting a pair of preliminary injunctions issued by federal judges. * The Monday order followed a 5-4 split vote that divided the court’s conservatives and liberals. * At issue is the administration’s rule issued in August that would restrict immigrants entering the United States if the government believes they will rely on public assistance, such as housing or health care benefits. Lower federal courts had blocked the policy from being implemented while the issue is being litigated." -- Good grief! This should have been a 9-0 decision! Unfortunately, we have 4 members of the Supreme Court who feel that immigrants and illegal aliens should be allowed free access to the "American CREAM" instead of an opportunity to experience the "American DREAM".

---
Columbus Ledger-Enquirer headline/story: "This pilot program at Columbus college gives students another option besides GED * A new way to earn a high school equivalency credential will be offered at Columbus Technical College, one of five institutions in the state selected for this pilot program and part of a national trend providing more options for folks who haven’t earned a high school diploma and haven’t passed the GED exam. * It’s called the Career Plus HSE, and it allows students to combine academic credits from high school and technical college with completed portions of the GED exam to earn a high school equivalency credential." -- I applaud the state trying to give students an opportunity to correct what they suffered under the K-12 curriculum state-wide, but there's one issue that will continue to be a stumbling block.. inadequate reading skills students should have learned along the way..We see it state-wide and locally.. too many of our students are allowed to advance through school without achieving reading skill standards at each grade level.

---
Columbus L-E headline/story: "Uptown Columbus Inc. president and CEO resigns * Horner declined to comment on Monday." -- Hmmm.. who could not see this coming? Guess it'll probably get back to why the ex-executive of Uptown was given a "place-holder" title of Deputy Mayor...I could be wrong... but...

---
Online headline/story: "Clarkston’s ‘millennial mayor’ drops out of Georgia Senate race * Democrat Ted Terry dropped out of the crowded race against U.S. Sen. David Perdue on Sunday to run for an open DeKalb County commission seat, leaving three top rivals competing to challenge the Republican in the nationally-watched contest." -- Hmmmm...guess this means that now there'll only be one former Mayor TT in the Democratic Party primary.

---
Bernie Sanders says he believes in God and freedom of religion in contrast to President Trump, whom he says practices discrimination by restricting immigration from a number of Muslim-majority countries. -- Hmmm seems Bernie is not well informed... it wasn't until 600 plus years after Christ that Muhammad created his anti-Christ sect who worship Allah ... and obviously Allah is not the Father of Christ, our savior, nor a god of mercy and grace as our God.

---
From the "let's not rush in too emotionally" department - Online headline: "Kobe Bryant dead: NBA urged by fans to change logo, honoring late Lakers legend" -- The current "model" is Jerry West, also a career Laker player...You know, you don't really show someone respect by disrespecting another.

---
Online headline: "What are the Democratic presidential candidates' religions?" -- You know..there is no religion allowed in Socialism...so, like anything else they say/claim...claiming a religion by any of them is just another lie.

---
From the "Welcome to Mike Bloomberg's 'Let's emulate.. NOT.. California" department - Online headline/story: "Homeowners given $20G bill to clean up former California homeless camp * Homeowners in a California subdivision have been charged $20,000 to clean up a former homeless camp near their neighborhood" -- Wait a minute... did the homeowners solicit... even offer... their property for the homeless to camp on? Did the City respect the property and civil rights of the homeowners? I think NOT! Hey, ACLU.. here's where you OUGHT to be!

---
From the "Hey, Mike Bloomberg.. is this what we should emulate?department - Online story: " According to a new study by the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC), California faces a staggering $166.5 billion in unfunded liabilities for retirement benefits it has promised to government employees. So naturally, California being California, the Legislature and Gov. Gavin Newsom are moving ahead with plans to shower illegal aliens with still more expensive benefits. * The state has recently made illegal aliens under the age of 26 eligible for Medi-Cal, the state’s version of Medicaid, and plans to expand coverage to illegal aliens over the age of 65 * Admittedly, the cost of covering illegal aliens under the Medi-Cal program pales in comparison to the $166.5 billion potentially owed to state retirees. But California doesn’t actually have the money to do either." -- Wow! The number of Californians already leaving California will pale when the retirees and soon-to-be retirees realize they are not going to receive their pension checks, and KNOW they cannot afford the California lifestyle without their pensions. Hey Supreme Court! Let's get that Citizenship Question on the Census NOW! California already has about 8.. maybe more.. House seats padded onto their allocation because of the illegal alien surge back in the late 80s.

---
Trump supporters started camping out Sunday to be able to get into the Trump rally arena in New Jersey scheduled for tonight. The arena seats ONLY 7,500 but over 100,000 tickets were applied for...

---
You know... I'm not sure why the Democrats are so worked up over "winning" in Iowa.. President Trump beat Hellary in Iowa in 2016.

---
Online headline: "Pete Buttigieg Claims Bible Says Babies Can be Aborted “Up to Their First Breath”" -- You know.. when you're "for" something you know is "wrong", you can seek and find excuses to justify your position pretty much anywhere...

---
From the "grandstand play" department - Online headline: "Schumer calls on feds to declare coronavirus outbreak a public health emergency" -- Hmmmm...and I think we should declare the Democrats a detriment to public health and wealth. Hey, UpChuck, it's not YOUR call.... President Trump will make the call on when the coronavirus IS an emergency...

---
From the "speaking of GRANDSTAND Plays!" department - Online headline/story: "Nike pulls Kobe Bryant gear from online store in wake of his death * The company confirmed the decision to pull the items with ESPN’s Nick DePaula as it reevaluates its strategy on how to handle the signature gear of the late basketball great. Part of that strategy is limiting resellers’ ability to stockpile Kobe gear for the secondary market, according to the report." -- Good grief.. Nike has pulled the Kobe gear for one reason only... to see how much it can get into the retailers before putting it back in play so it can capitalize on buyers' emotions...

---
Online story: "The campaign manager for former New York City Mayor Mike Bloomberg warned in a new interview that Democrats will be headed to an electoral disaster if they nominate Bernie Sanders to run against President Trump." -- Hmmm so says the campaign manager of the man who believes America should emulate California...give n]me Bernie any day as the Dem's candidate...Trump 2020!

Online Columbus Council headline/story: "It's only an additional $2 million... *
A $5 million price tag suddenly turned into $7 mil. * This strange discussion began with talk about an abandoned building on Veterans Parkway. The Columbus Consolidated Government bought the former Virginia College site in November with the announced intent of using it as an office building. * Key city leaders changed their mind. They began to push and prod Columbus Council to support a $5 million renovation project that would transform that building into a new home for state and local agencies that have cared for clients in the Health and Human Services Building on Comer Avenue for the past 23 years. Monday — on the eve of that important political decision — council members learned that last minute projections now indicate the cost of that $5 million scheme might be closer to $7 million. Officials on both sides of the issue now find themselves in a political quandary. " -- Hmmm..."Already over budget by $2.5 MILLION"?.. Folks.. we.. well... "THEY" are talking about spending $7 MILLION on a 45 year old metal building with a facade.. and that doesn't even include a "roundabout"! Putting this "plan" back on a "back burner" is not good enough.. maybe the building can be salvaged at our "over-capacitied " Recycling Center. Oh...and the ever-rising cost of "free transportation" from the split facilities will add a permanent budget breaking amount annually.

---
From the "unexpected consequences" department - Columbus L-E story: " General Motors is spending $2.2 billion to refurbish an underused Detroit factory so it can build a series of electric and self-driving vehicles, eventually employing 2,200 people." -- Hmmm.. little did Obama realize that Government Motors will cement Trump's 2020 victory in Michigan for a second time...

---
Columbus L-E story: "The Atlantic Coast Conference has fined Notre Dame $20,000 and publicly reprimanded Fighting Irish basketball coach Mike Brey for his comments about officiating after Saturday’s loss at Florida State. * The league announced the penalties Monday, saying Brey’s comments “were in direct violation” of the league’s sportsmanship policy that states that public criticism of officiating “is not in the best interest of intercollegiate athletics.” -- So,, criticizing .. constructive or otherwise.. referees is not good for college sports... hmmm.... well, bad or disinterested refereeing is b=not good fro sports at ANY level...

Kobe.... 24ever.....
---
There's a fatal flaw in Bernie's and Elizabeth WarHEN's logic in most things, but it's especially transparent RE: Student Loans.  That debt .. before interest... is about $1.6 TRILLION DOLLARS. Bernie and Liz want to buy votes by waving their magic wands and saying "poof".... yet that $1.6 TRILLION in loans debt is actually am asset for loan companies and "poof" " would collapse them... and probably the colleges on the receiving end of that debt...
---
Too many chefs spoil the broth.... a worthy pearl of wisdom.. it's even worse when a former president feels he's still in charge The world has two such situations active now..Maduro in Venezuela.. and Obama ... World leaders need to understand this when he calls or drops by..
---
WTVM 9 headline/story: "10 new movies set to film in Columbus * Ten new films are on the way to the Fountain City. * The Columbus Film Commission currently has members in Utah at the Sundance Film Festival to conduct appointments with filmmakers for the upcoming projects. * ”Thanks to that film commission, a local film commission, we’ve had several projects come to fruition in the film industry," said Columbus Mayor Skip Henderson. * The two movies shot in Columbus in 2019 brought $1.1 million to the city." -- Somebody should check "the numbers" .. Early stories about the Bruce Willis film indicated some $2-to-$4 Million would be spent on food and housing... and we should pray the new movies aren't going to follow suit about violent street and/or gang crimes... Now, if we can get the Kendrick Brothers to film more like "The Overcomer".. that would be another win-win for Columbus.

The "Jon Lovitz, yeah, that's the ticket... Lying Award" has been renamed for Adam Schi**.
---
In less than than 2 hours Saturday, Trump's Defense Team methodically ... factually ... took Nadler's and Schi**'s presentation completely apart at the seams. I am going to enjoy listening to MSM-13 trying to parse what was said by Trump's Defense Team to defend any of this past week's claims of Schi** and/or Nadler
---
President Trump's Defense Team basically said he did NOTHING WRONG... I agree on most everything, but he did one thing wrong... on Day ! in the White House.. he didn't fire/can/release every Obama appointed DOJ/FBI executive or Ambassador.
---
From the "try to fool me once, and I caught you" department - Online headline/story: "Warren wins coveted Iowa endorsement for Democrats' presidential nomination * Warren, the Register's choice, is a progressive who backs a single-payer healthcare system and reforms throughout the nation's economic, political and criminal justice systems. * In its endorsement, the newspaper said Warren would "push an unequal America in the right direction." * Warren, the Register's choice, is a progressive who backs a single-payer healthcare system and reforms throughout the nation's economic, political and criminal justice systems. * In its endorsement, the newspaper said Warren would "push an unequal America in the right direction." "The senior U.S. senator from Massachusetts is not the radical some perceive her to be," the newspaper said. "She was a registered Republican until 1996. She is a capitalist." --- "not a radical"? A"was a registered Republican... capitalist"? Whoa.. so was Mitt Romney!
---
From the "evolving into a Socialist government" department - Online headline/story: "VA Bill Is Latest Effort by Democrats to Change Electoral College, Taking Away Voice of Rural Americans * Instead of giving the electoral votes to the candidate who won the popular vote in Virginia, the state would give its votes to the candidate who received the most popular votes across the nation. " -- You know... this is a blatant attempt to take away Virginians free speech and voice in government, and the Supreme Court needs to squash this effort.. We already know the multiple faces of Northam..
---
The "Abolish the Electoral College Movement " operates on a LIE... and since it quantifies Hellary's existence, it's most appropriate.. They claim that because Hellary got 3,000,000 more popular votes, she should be the president now.. What they don't "mention" is that she got 3,500,000 more votes than Trump in California alone, and that the overall popular vote for Trump in the other 49 states (plus Washington DC and American territories) was won by now President Trump..
---
You know, if you didn't believe President Trump calling Washington, DC a "swamp. all you have to know is that in the 2016 election, Trump got ONLY 4.07% of the votes.
---
My life had a setback Saturday... turned into the Florida-Baylor basketball game Saturday night after returning home after a delightful meal with my bride, all our children/grandchildren.. and was met with a voice I thought was finally gone.. Dick Vitale.. I earnestly believe he was the reason TV manufacturers added the "mute" button on our remotes.
---
From the "I can see why Mike Bloomberg feels California is the state all states should emulate" department - Online headline/story: "California School Has “Condom Race” Where 10-Year-Old Girls Learn How to Put On Condom * “It’s shocking,” Rebecca Friedrichs, the founder of For Kids & Country, told The Christian Post. * She said one school had 10- and 11-year-old girls participate in a “condom race” in which they ran, in front of male classmates, to be the first to put a condom on a model of an erect adult male penis." -- Hmmmm... wonder who the "male model" was... Anthony Weiner... Jeffrey Epstein... or perhaps Bill Clinton?
---
You know, with the grave consequences of an impeachment proceeding, we citizens should be assured that the House investigation and presentation would be above board, and an accurate recount of all the facts involved. Obviously, we citizens have been lied to by the Democrats political agenda. Shame on them!
---
From the "this throws a whole new perspective on an issue" department - Columbus Ledger-Enquirer headline/story: "Man suing city over trailer parks snubbed by Fla. judge * Florida resident Caleb Walsh owns the property under the name Columbus Partners Community Trust. He claimed the city without notice demolished both the Farr Road property and another he owns at Old Cusseta Road, despite their being protected by his Chapter 11 bankruptcy filed in July 2019. * Chief Judge Caryl Delano denied the motion at a December 16 hearing in Tampa. * In an email to the Ledger-Enquirer, Walsh said Columbus’ attorneys “gave a false report in court” and his lawyer will be responding." -- "attorneys 'gave a false report in court"? - Wow! This is exactly what Comey and the FBI attorneys did in the FISA Court!
Oh, and what Schi** and Nadler just did in the Senate proceedings!
---
Columbus L-E story: "Iran is not ruling out negotiations with the United States even after an American drone strike that killed a top Iranian general, the country’s foreign minister said in an interview released Saturday. * Mohammed Javad Zarif told Germany’s Der Spiegel magazine that he would “never rule out the possibility that people will change their approach and recognize the realities,” in an interview conducted Friday in Tehran." -- Good grief... you know, you have to have something the other party WANTS before you can demand/offer "negotiation"...
---
You know..his sham of an impeachment process has revealed a procedure issue that needs prompt changes.. the first one should be that no member of Congress or the Senate can call a press session during the testimony stages to appear on "News Shows" to "explain" what he/she feels about what was said once he/she is under oath. There is nothing impartial about one's opinion... especially if it's about party agenda.
---
Congressperson Schi** wants the Supreme Court to rule on "Executive Privilege".. while Justice Robert's is at it, he should demand Schi** turn over transcripts and tapes of any conversations/discussions/connivings between him/Nadler and Pelosi. since Trump was elected.
---
You know, Congressperson Schi** has revealed the Democrats' Socialist agenda.. not only do they want to take your guns if you are a law-abiding citizen, they want to cast your vote for you.
---
So Congressperson Schi** feels President Trump has SOLD OUT America for his own benefit....I guess President Trump giving away his $400,000.00 annual salary to benefit others proves it for Schi**.
---
Think about this...President Trump gets a salary our $400K per year to run our country, our foreign policy, and our military 24/7. Senator Warren gets $175K for being a politician for 6 months a year, and another $400K for teaching one class a year at Harvard. How can she be considered to run our budget efficiently?
---
If student loans get paid off as a bribery to vote for a Democrat, why cannot I recoup what I paid for my 3 children so they wouldn't have debt when they started out as adults? And what about the semester fees I was forced to pay for scholarships for OTHER parents children?
---
I still haven't heard the answer to my question about the Billion Dollar "loan guarantee" that Obama/Biden promised Ukraine (basically co-signing) . Who was Ukraine BORROWING that $1 Billion from, and have we had to make good on it?
---
From "The Mouse That Roared" department - Online headline: "Philippine leader threatens to end U.S. military pact in expletive-laced speech" -- Good grief.. Duterte wouldn't BE president if our American military were not present...
---
Can you believe that there's a "petition" asking us to "Stand With Schiff"? Good grief.. who intentionally wants to stand with a pile of California Excrement?
---
Does anyone remember any Democrat or MSM-13 news source getting upset when Obama openly tried to interfere with Netanyahu's re-election.
---
Columbus L-E "headlie"/story: "Columbus teen arrested in homicide of 13-year-old * Jaquayvius Jones, 19, was charged with murder Thursday after turning himself in on unrelated charges to the Muscogee County Jail on Jan. 18, according to police. * Jones is charged in the fatal shooting of 13-year-old Jamareion Davis" -- Good grief.. why the sympathy ploy of referring to a 19 year old killer as a "teen" when government recognizes 18 as an adult?
---
74 year-old Neil Young .. Canadian @-hole for his song degrading "Southern Man", has become an American Citizen. In true liberal form, he registered to vote .. as a California Democrat so he can vote against Trump.. You know, it's really sad with you go to the polls to vote "AGAINST" a candidate rather than "FOR" a candidate.... you get what you get... and deserve it when you do...
---
Loved it when Bill Hemmer was selected to host Fox News Channel's 3:00 program slot, but now I'm missing his sharp mind at the 10:00-12:00 time slot. Ed Henry took his place physically but I watched in pain Friday morning as a Democrat spinmeister made an obvious misstatement of fact (intentional half-truth), and Henry missed it altogether... at least I hope Ed Henry didn't just let it slide.. I do know Hemmer would not have.
---
Online headline: "Record-breaking 100,000 people want tickets to Trump rally in New Jersey" -- Hmmm.. first, I didn't know that there were that many non-Democrats in New Jersey.... secondly, no wonder Cory Booker had a tough time getting donations...
---
It's an ironic shame that when President Trump spoke at the "March for Life" in Washington DC that so much protection for his life had to be initiated....guess the Democrat's desperate desires to remove him from office in any way possible cannot be discounted.... there are probably more Democrats who want to "abort" Trump than babies...
---
From the "Bias? What bias?" department - Good grief...a reporter at the International economic conference at Davos asked President Trump about Social Security's future, and he said " he was going to look into that" and our MSM-13 reported that while at an European Spa, President Trump said he was going to make cuts in Social Security. I wish President Trump had asked that reporter if "she/he had ever stopped abusing his/her spouse and children".. reporters should have to deal with some rumors about their personal lives to understand what intentional, unverified innuendo does to another.
---
Mayor Pete is trying to convince the Democrat voter base to pick him because he's "different" from the other still standing candidates...I wonder what he means... when I look at the remaining candidates, I see Biden, Bernie, and Steyer with wives; Warren. Klobechar, and Buttegieg with husband's, and Bloomberg still a "swingless" single.
---
I do believe the Democratic Party strategy in the Senate aspect of their impeachment assault has been to repeat the same lies as often as they can to get their voter base to accept them as "truths"..
---
From the "and we don't HAVE to wonder why crime is up in Columbus" department - Columbus Ledger-Enquirer headline/story: "Suspect in fatal home invasion faced case in 2015 * One of the six suspects charged in a fatal shooting during a home invasion Saturday in Columbus’ Upatoi area was accused in a violent home invasion in 2015. * But the 2015 case against Ceuion Marque English was dropped as two co-defendants pleaded guilty to aggravated assault, court records show. * All of the adult suspects had some previous run-in with the law. Besides English and the juvenile, a girl, the others are Anthony Nathan Foster Jr., 23; Trevonuis Tyriq Williams, 22; Laqwane Demarcus Kindred, 26; and Mercedes Kraft, 17." -- Good grief! It appears that our DA's office plea bargains (to get some sort of conviction on the books) plus too short sentences combined with early releases are responsible for the death of 21 year old Cross Henderson.
---
Columbus L-E headline: "Home for Good reports ‘slow downturn’ in 2020 survey of the homeless" -- but not one word congratulating President Trump's economy, job growth, low unemployment, and rising wages which are the primary reason for ending homeless situations...
---
Columbus L-E headline: "‘Claflin is what Columbus needs.’ Take a look inside the historic housing renovation." -- Hmmm.. what should really be looked at is the NEW construction units... the materials' quality are why we don't get long lasting public buildings..
---
Online headline/story: "Idaho Lawmakers Consider Decriminalizing Cocaine, Fentanyl, Meth & Heroin * A Democratic Idaho state lawmaker has introduced a bill seeking to decriminalize drug possession for personal use amounts of fentanyl, methamphetamine, cocaine, and heroin." -- Good grief.. too many California libs have moved to Idaho! President Trump better get a campaign crew there SOON to get out the conservative vote in November!

---
Hmmm... How come? How come we get reports from WRBL 3 and WTVM 9 about multiple shootings over the weekend, yet the Columbus L-E "don't see/say nuthin"?

Friday, January 24, 2020

Belated Happy 15th Wedding Anniversary to President and Mrs Trump.. January 22nd.. seems -MSM-13 was too occupied with its own agenda to notice.

---
From the "living up to his name... Fredo Cuomo" department - Online headline/story: "CNN's Chris Cuomo rips 'Trumpers' for attacking 'kid' Greta Thunberg, critics remind him of Sandmann settlement * CNN anchor Chris Cuomo was quick to defend climate activist Greta Thunberg from "Trumpers" who mocked her on Thursday but was quickly reminded about the settlement his network recently made with Covington Catholic High School student Nick Sandmann. * "Why do these Trumpers think it is OK to go at a kid?" Cuomo tweeted, scolding the Trump administration." -- How quickly MSM-13ers forget their own attacks on  Nick Sandmann..

---
You know..every Democrat presidential wannabe is sitting back, fingers crossed, hoping Trump will resign ... because not one feels they can actually beat President Trump in November. Trump-Pence 2020!

---
Wow! This is the best motivational speech I've ever heard.. watch and listen to Dr Rick Rigsby.. It should be mandatorily played at every high school and college graduation ceremony! Pass along to your friends you care about!

---
The more I hear about the details of moving City Health Departments to the Virginia College location, the less I'm impressed.. didn't know until Wednesday that it's a 45 year-old metal building with only a facade hiding that fact...and, overall, it's only  a couple of years "newer"  than the Government Center which has not fared well under the Council's "watch". I'm also leery of the "projected savings" given for moving  compared to info I've been given concerning the renewal contracts at the current building location. , and combined with the loss of property taxes on the Virginia College location plus the  costs of "free transportation: from Piedmont to the new location, I see a need for the City to re-run "the numbers".

---
Queen PeLOUSY has just about proven to the world that the Democratic Party has Schiff for Brains.

---
One thing is quite evident... neither Schi**/Nadler have presented legitimate charges against Trump, but they have worked hard at presenting "trumped up" charges that aren't legitimate.

---
Columbus Ledger-Enquirer headline: "Trump trial turns to abuse of power charge" -- There seems to be confusion concerning the definition of "Abuse of Power". Maybe Justice Robert's will tell the Senators to use the Webster's definition rather than the one Schi** & Nadler seem to have made up to suit their biases.

---
No response from any school officials yet as to the reason the Carver vs Westover basketball game was suddenly moved to Hardaway... was it something as simple as ceiling leakage (after all the money spent to build and recently overhaul the new buildings)or something else everyone is being tight-lipped... too tight-lipped... about..

---
From the "this guy just popped the balloon of liberals" department - WTVM 9 headline/story: "Arrest warrant issued for suspect out on bond in Columbus police chase that injured two officers * An arrest warrant has been issued for the driver of a vehicle that led police on a chase that ended in a head-on collision and left two officers injured. * The suspect, Quardarrius Strong, is currently out of jail on an own recognizance bond, which means he was released from the Muscogee County Jail without having to pay bail. As a soldier in the U.S. Army, the condition of Strong’s release was that he stay confined to Fort Benning. * Strong is charged in the murder of Ronnie Brooks Jr. that took place in February 2019. He was released on his own recognizance in July 2019." -- You know.. I can see where a "recognizance bond" would be suitable.. even good and fair for a lot of situations, but if that program includes "recognizance bonds" for felony charges, then the whole program should be scrapped... immediately!

---
From the " Hey, Stacey Abrams.. how about checking into polling fraud of he Democrats!" department - You know.. the Democratic Party leadership brags about its all inclusive attitude about races, yet when the smoke has cleared to show those who are still standing, racial diversity is completely missing.. Think about why racial balance in the Democratic Debacles have quickly dwindled and is now non-existent.. while it's about the funds they have or haven't raised, it's also about the polling numbers.. now has the Democratic Party EVER issued "diversity numbers" of whom is actually being polled? Seems to me that since over 90% of black voters vote "Democrat", that while he black population is about 13% of our national population, it should be about 25% of the Democrat base.. This being fact, if Democrat Polls were balanced, we'd see at least one.. maybe even 2 .. Democratic Party hopefuls with black ethnicity... IF the polling samples were racially balanced..

---
From the "Bias? What bias?" department - Columbus L-E headline/story: "EPA formally rolls back protections for waterways * The Trump administration lifted federal protections Thursday for some of the nation’s millions of miles of streams, arroyos and wetlands, completing one of its most far-reaching environmental rollbacks. * The changes will scale back which waterways qualify for protection against pollution and development under the half-century-old Clean Water Act. President Donald Trump has made a priority of the rollback of clean-water protections from his first weeks in office. Trump says he is targeting federal rules and regulations that impose unnecessary burdens on businesses." Good grief! President Trump has basically removed overburdening regulations that kept farmers from being able to water their crops from public water sources, and landowners from developing their properties because of water puddles on found on them.

---
Killing number 8 happened last night in Columbus. With as many killed last year, you'd think there would be fewer killers on the street this year... apparently not!

---
Columbus L-E "guest commentary" headline: "If Trump loves America, why is he so contemptuous? * BY WINDSOR MANN * LOS ANGELES TIMES" -- Good grief! "Contemptuous"? Wrong target! It's been MSM-13 and the Democrats who have shown nothing but contempt for the Office of the President since the night of the November 2016 election. President Trump is standing up for America and against the attempted media coup.

---
Columbus L-E headline: "How much do MCSD football coaches make compared others in Ga.?" -- The question should be, "Why does any football coach in GA.. or at least in the same city, make more than a similarly "yeared" teacher?

Thursday, January 23, 2020

From the "Poll truth? Actually, the TROLL truth?" department - Online headline: "Yahoo News/YouGov poll shows two-thirds of voters want the Senate to call new impeachment witnesses" -- Hmmm... Sounds to me that the questions NOT asked was, "Do you know what the Constitution says about what constitutes an impeachment process, and did you know it was the House that was responsible for discovering and presenting evidence to the Senate for jural discernment? To paraphrase Sheriff Buford P Justice, "What we have here is a failure to communicate." In other words, if a bunch of Yahoos are conducting a poll, you get a Yahoo poll.

---
Democrat hopeful Tom Steyer feels President Trump is scared of impeachment.. What I think about Steyer is that he's a Desperate Dolt looking for relevance..

---
Online headline: "Pedro Martinez rips Mike Fiers for calling out Astros' cheating: 'You're a bad teammate' -- I agree.. sign stealing has always been a part of baseball and will continue to be so.. if a coach/team doesn't protect its signal.. change them up.. then the coach should not complain.. In fact, if another team's coach feels the other team HAS "stolen" his (or his catcher's) signals, then there are ways to use it FOR his team's benefit..Last week, I mentioned a Little League game where we gave out batter a "bunt" signal feeling the other team would respond to it... and we used the situation where a 3rd baseman roared in with the pitch and left his base open and our REAL play was for a double steal, and the catcher instinctively threw the ball to 3rd before it was covered by another teammate. We ended up scoring the tying and winning runs on the play. Another time we felt our pitching signals were "stolen" so when a the other teams best hitter was at bat with the bases loaded, and 2 strikes were on the batter, we conferenced with our pitching battery and swapped the curve and fastball signals. We had the pitcher shake off two "curve ball" signals then the catcher gave him the fast ball down the middle signal.. the batter was set for it, but instead, our pitcher offered up a dinky slow curve ball.. the batter swung mightily long before the ball actually got to the plate for the 3rd strike and 3rd out of the inning..The other teams batters were confused/apprehensive the rest of the game because they had to wonder whether the pitched called for would be what they thought the signal was.

Online story: "The U.S. government is pressuring Apple to unlock two phones belonging to a Saudi air force officer who went on a deadly shooting rampage at a Pensacola, Fla., naval base in December. " -- Apple is wrong! The phones belonged to a now dead terrorist following a cowardly act of terrorism, and the dead terrorist has no rights to privacy anymore.

From the "she almost gets it, but still doesn't" department - Online story: "Democratic politician and voting rights advocate Stacey Abrams told a college crowd Wednesday that it’s time to move beyond past elections and ensure future ones are fair." -- Good grief.. Stacey Abrams lost because she had so much outside money to get her campaign message out to much, and more voters recognized the fallacy of her approach to government, and they went to the polls in record numbers to make sure she wasn't elected. If there was anything "unfair" about that election is that she got too much money from out=-of-state sources trying to influence Georgians' way of life.

Once again he media is focused on Harvey Weinstein's trial.. While I think Weinstein's coercive abuse of women is/was despicable, cross examination of most of his victims will discover that the women chose to "participate" based on what they thought would be quid pro quo for themselves..and that does make it "consensual".

After the last three months of listening to their husbands lying to everyone they see about President Trump, what do you think their wives feel when Schi** and Nadler tell their wives they are the "love of their lives"....

---
You also have to wonder what Schi** and Lord Faarquad think when they see news replays of themselves lying on the floor of the Senate in front of the Chief Justice of the house US Supreme Court?

---
Schi** says he is in awe of our Founding Fathers......LIAR! If Schi** WERE in awe of our Founding Fathers, he would respect the Constitution they created and passed on to us.

---
Excuse me, but why do the Senate Republican leaders want to shorten the Senate time? I think all the Democrats are doing is embarrassing themselves, and unifying more American voters in their support of President Trump.

---
Online story: "Former Acting Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Director Tom Homan said Wednesday that Joe Biden has "lost his mind," calling out the former vice president for saying that the United States should not deport illegal immigrants over a drunk-driving arrest. * Biden also threatened ICE with punishment if the agency were to deport illegal immigrants arrested for drunk driving, saying his administration would fire agents who arrest and deport illegal immigrants for such a crime." -- Hey, Creepy Joe.. you just admitted you will not protect and honor our Constitution and laws of the land! That's even worse than saying you want to CHANGE our laws and Constitution...

---
From the "this is gonna be as fun as it is revealing" department - Online headline: "Gabbard hits Clinton with $50 million defamation lawsuit over 'Russian asset' remarks" -- Wow! A much needed lawsuit involving two Democrat liberals that will cause turmoil within the MSM-13 because neither the Democratic Party nor MSM-13 can "blame Trump"!

---
I bet if we asked Ex-President Clinton to give us his definition of "pathological liar", he could do so in two words, " Every Democrat".

WRBL 3 headline/story: "Metro Narcotics Task Force to add gang investigations to focus *
There are major changes coming for the Metro Narcotics Task Force, which was established more than 30 years ago. * The Metro Narcotics Task Force will now be called the Metro Narcotics and Gang Task Force. The change comes as law enforcement officials say there is a connection to drug and gang activity in the Chattahoochee Valley. * The shift in focus was announced Wednesday afternoon during a news conference in the Columbus Public Safety Building. * “If you are a convicted felon, with a firearm, in Columbus, Georgia, dealing drugs and associated with gang activity, you are going to prison,” Columbus Police Chief Ricky Boren said." Two things.. thank heaven ex-mayor "Gangs.. we ain't got no stinkin' gangs in Columbus" Tom-LYING-son is losing her grip on Council...and let's hope those gang members charged are not run through the no-bail-required" or "early release for good behavior" programs.

Columbus L-E story: " The Trump administration is unveiling new visa restrictions aimed at restricting “birth tourism,” in which women travel to the U.S. to give birth so their children can have a coveted U.S. passport." -- You know,, while my personal thoughts are that the practice of granting instant American citizenship to any baby born on American soil to a non-US citizen should be banned, perhaps a more moderate aspect could be made to the mix.. let's say that such children either have to live with the birth mother in the US for 10 years, or the children be given instant citizenship only after the mother or provable birth father becomes an US Citizen via naturalization.

---
Columbus L-E headline: "Fight over Trump witnesses could go to Supreme Court" -- Good grief! This fight should have been fought in the House during the exercise in futility the Democrats have put our nation through.. Of course the real reason none of the witness requests were actually sent to the US Supreme Court is that the Democrats already KNEW the Supreme Court would side with the president (regardless WHO was president) on Executive Privilege for the calling of presidential legal advisers.

Few in Columbus, GA will actually notice the Death Notice of Ruth E Burn in today's Columbus L-E, as she left Columbus years ago and recently passed in Gastonia, NC to be with family.. Many will remember when they are reminded that Ruth Burns was our Little League District 8 Administrator for many, many years during some exciting times and growth.

Columbus L-E headline/story: "Carver makes a big statement against Westover * There was a last-minute venue change to Hardaway High School’s court that the team did not know about until the day prior. There was a slow start that resulted in a first-quarter deficit. There was also the pressure of needing a win against Westover, which it entered the night trailing in the region standings. * The Tigers, though, did not need them and rattled off a convincing 68-53 win over Westover, gaining ground on the Patriots in the region 1-4A standings" -- Congratulations to the Carver Tigers for an important win, but there's an aspect of the story left completely unaddressed... Why was the venue changed from Carver's home court to Hardaway? Surely, with all the money spent on building.. and rebuilding... the "new" Carver High School, that gym was more than adequate for this game.. unless some dubious concerns are floating about that Columbus citizens should be aware of...

---
Columbus L-E headline: "Microsoft must release tax records to IRS" -- Hmm.. Microsoft has been ordered to cough up documents concerning revenues shifted to Puerto Rico for better tax resolutions than in its home state of Washington... Excuse me, but since Puerto Rico is a territory OF the United States, and it's citizens are American citizens, why would their be different American tax rules in Puerto Rico?

Rumor has it Nancy PeLOUSY sent President Trump a Christmas Card saying, among other wishes, that she was "looking forward to kicking (Trump's) ass next year".. and the rumored response by President Trump was, "My Dearest Nancy, I see you have started your holiday celebrations much too soon. You're drunk. You misspelled kissing!

Wednesday, January 22, 2020

Two things are immensely evident concerning the impeachment proceeding orchestrated by the House Democrats... First is there is no evidence being presented and that they know that will get a conviction in the Senate, and secondly, Democrats KNOW ... and have planned, from day one, only to be trying to convict President Trump in the even more partially biased than they are Mainstream media.

It's sad news again.. about "The Krystal"... the "Krystal" is filing bankruptcy... again. Just shows that when a company abandons the principles of it's glory years to get "a quick fix" for "bottom line" issues, it's customers will slowly abandon the company.

---
From the "instant replay" department - Online headline: "Hillary Clinton kicks off the 'stop Sanders' movement" -- Hmm.. sorta "deja re-view" of the same strategy she orchestrated in 2016 via "super delegates"...

---
Online headline: "Michael Avenatti in same jail cell that held 'El Chapo'" -- Hmmm.. guess he's grateful that he hasn't been assigned Jeffrey Epstein's ...

---
What the heck does Congressman Sanford Bishop actually know about economic that he's endorsing Creepy Joe Biden based on "Biden will restore economic security and ensure that working families will be able to live with dignity and respect" ... We haven't seen or heard one idea how Biden would add a boost to Trump's soaring economy, and ability to get people earning enough money to eliminate food stamps.. Trump has RETURNED people to dignity that they lost under the last administration.

From the "we want more questions asked and answered: department - WRBL 3 story: "Investigators with the Columbus Police Department confirm the victim of a shooting on Dorsey Drive Saturday night has died. * Police confirm the victim is 13-year-old Samuel Tatum. The teen was taken to Piedmont Columbus Regional Hospital following the shooting, where he passed away from his injuries. * The shooting is accidental and happened while the victim was engaging in Russian Roulette, according to officials with CPD." -- First, there is no "accidental" shooting when it involves a loaded gun and a pulled trigger; but what are the details of who else was in the room/house, and what were their ages when this occurred ? Were any parents in the house? Who owned the gun, and was it legally owned?

There's more to the "quid pro JOE" threat to the old Ukraine president.....it wasn't just about giving the old Ukraine government a billion dollars, it was about the US basically co-signing loans up to a billion dollars. What I want to know is who was making the corrupt president those loans, and... and whether we have had to make good on paying those loans.

---
The "key words" of the Democrats yesterday were, "Fundamental Fairness".. Hmmm... Fundamental Fairness? I would love to hear how Queen PeLOUSY cal-BagLady defines this since no Democrat feels such they should apply to President Trump....well, any Republican for that matter.

---
It's embarrassing! While President Trump is abroad receiving accolades from the world's leaders who are hanging on to his every word about how they can learn to emulate his economic genius for their countries, Democrats in Washington DC are playing nanny-nanny-poo-poo and embarrassing themselves.

---
You know, if I were president of Stanford and Harvard Law School, and Adam Schi** mentioned he got a degree from my school, I do believe I would initiate any procedure I could find at my disposal to have those degrees revoked...or at a minimum, get my school's name redacted from his diplomas.

---
Online headline: "Nearly a quarter of New Hampshire primary voters still undecided: poll" -- Hmmm..I know how to solve this dilemma. Give NH Democrats two other options: 1 - None of the above, or 2- Keep Trump!

---
Online headline: "Warren vows to form task force to investigate Trump if elected" -- Hmmm... What a shallow effort at grandstanding! By what power would she..could she...do this? She won't get elected, and certainly not as a minority member of the Senate.

---
Patty Murray, Super-lib Democrat Senator from Washington state, said America should trust the Democrats without question. Excuse me, but when Democrats feel we don't have a security problem on our Southern border, and that California is a wonderful example of Democrat governmental rule that the rest of the country should adopt, then I don't feel or think Democrats are trustworthy with my grandchildren's futures.

---
Good grief! Schmoozer is chastising McConnell for starting a trial that doesn't have any evidence yet. Huh? Excuse me, but it was the House's responsibility to provide and present the evidence for the Senate to examine and pass judgment.

---
What planet is UpChuck Schmoozer from? He spends most of his time trying to undo our Constitution, yet when the spotlight of truth shines on his actions, Schmoozer tries to claim that following the Constitution is not what the Founding Fathers wanted.

---
While Congressbinaries Schi** and Faarquad already had their transgender panties in a wad, but now they're tied into a Gordian knot! McConnell has stripped them of having the first 4 days of biased, unchallenged, presentation before taking their prejudices to the weekend MSM-13 broadcast TV news shows.

---
And what planet is Creepy Joe Biden from? He's out claiming he wants to tax higher income families more, yet... says he wants families making over $400,000.00 to pay the same percentage rates as families making $50,000.00. You know, every family already making over $400,000.00 would love to pay the same rates as those making $50,000.00.

---
Geraldo just changed directions on Impeachment "midstream"...well, don't believe his motive is above board..now he says there should be a "motion to dismiss" immediately following the Democrats 2 days of presentation and Justice Robert's should grant it. What BS! What Geraldo wants is to eliminate the Democrat witnesses and accompanying corruption from being exposed, plus.. if Justice Robert's does grant a dismissal, then only the Democrat point-of-view will be discussed all weekend on the MSM-13 news cycles.

---
Amazing...after MSM-13 has raked President Trump over his claims of corruption issues in Ukraine and Puerto Rico that need to be exposed, MSM-13 has been amazingly quiet about the tape where Creepy Joe brags about his quid pro quo, and about a warehouse full of concealed Hurricane relief supplies has been uncovered and recovered.

Columbus Ledger-Enquirer headline: "Looks like Columbus' Ralston Tower will be closing as a subsidized housing center" -- Please pray for its residents for good solutions to their needs. You know, if Elizabeth Warren wants to attack the "wealthy", why doesn't she concentrate on the "wealthy" that have enriched themselves on our tax dollars and at the expense of those least able to take care of themselves.. Of course the owners of the Ralston Tower are headquartered in New Jersey so "they" will be politically off-limits, but they are not the only "tax dollar vultures" she should be turning her wrath on.. the Medicare/Medicaid system is full of similar "vultures".

Columbus Ledger-Enquirer headline: "‘Beating the Odds’ schools are named" -- Beating the odds? The goal of public education should be "winning for our kids!" - I published this item on Monday, but it's worth republishing:

Just read this off the MCSD website: Report Card: Britt David Magnet School - 96.8% of its 3rd grade students are reading at or above the grade level target." -- Wow! this is our best... and it's not good enough... In comparison, though, is Martin Luther King, Jr Elementary's Report Card:.. ... 13.9% of its 3rd grade students are reading at or above the grade level target. * Martin Luther King, Jr. Elementary School's overall
performance is higher than 3% of schools in the state and is lower than its district. * Its students' academic growth is higher than 18% of schools in the state and lower than its district." -- Less than 1-in-7 at MLK Elementary are reading at the minimum level determined to be the 3rd Grade standard! There may be worse examples, but I hope not.. We are honoring Dr King today/Monday but is the MCSD really honoring him when stats like this are in a school named for him in hopes of motivating the learning process/desires of students? We can.. we must.. do better!

https://muscogee.k12.ga.us/CMS/File/945225c9-c649-41a8-a8f9-8c0b8d6125dd

Just looking at two examples of which, despite one obviously excelling more than the other, neither should be acceptable! Both schools should have 100% grade level reading as their primary goal... even ONLY goal if necessary, as without good reading skills, students will not be able to learn the life skills they will need as adults..
