I need to make a correction about a local story I mentioned/commented on this past Friday.. Vivian Creighton Bishop was not.. repeat.. WAS NOT.. the Clerk of Superior Court.. she was the Clerk of Municipal Court, and Willie Demps did not work under her as stated by me. A fellow BCer.. and former City Official reminded me .. glad we can get this "corrected".. but there is plenty to remember about Vivian Creighton Bishop situations in the past we need not forget.

I vividly remember that White House statement when President, his voice trembling and fist clenched, declared: "I did not have sexual relations with that woman..... Miss Lewinsky." Personally, I thought he was talking directly TO Monica Lewinski ABOUT Hellary, but tripped himself up by his word tenses.. If he'd said, " "I AM NOT HAVING sexual relations with that woman, Miss Lewinsky." instead of "I DID NOT HAVE"...... no purgery charges could have been brought forth...

I understand TTY telephones for the deaf/hard of hearing..I understand closed caption option on TV's... but why do politicians use "sign language people" at press conferences?
