Well, it's about time the Democrats met to do something about hyper-inflation, soaring gas prices, violent crime, and the Southern Border illegal immigration/drug smuggling chaos..... Huh? What's that? They didn't meet to discuss inflation, gas prices, crime, or the Southern Border? They what! They met to talk about Trump and January 6, 2021! Who are these people! Why... no... HOW... did these Jackasses (Donkeys if their are children present) get elected?

Thank goodness to only two American golf events worth watching... The Masters and The US Open...... ARE NOT RUN BY THE PGA (Politically Greedy ASSociation) so I can boycott the other events and not miss anything important. I'd curtailed watching most PGA run events since they pulled the 2022 PGA Championship from Trump's golf facility... Now I won't watch any of the future PGA Events.

This is a warning to a number of my favorite restaurants here in Columbus. I sympathize with y'all for the difficulty in finding.. and retaining.. good wait-staff workers, but expecting me to pad my tip based on the exorbitant charge for sales taxes will only result in me seeking other restaurants to patronize. Sales taxes now already amount to what use to be considered a standard tipping amount.. so I do not want your wait-staff personnel feeling the sales taxes added to base cost for food and beverages should influence their tip expectations!

Whew.. I can breathe again! A story about the "Lowest Earning Counties in Georgia" popped up on my computer... and showed a Worst 50 (of 159) Counties.. I held my breath as I scrolled through the list until I saw that Muscogee County wasn't one of them... One thing that WAS OBVIOUS though, was how many of the worst counties were in Congressman Bishop's District 2... District 2 cover all or most of 29 counties.. and 16 of the worst 50 are in Bishop's District.. that sounds pretty bad on its own, but when you look closer, 11 of the worst 20...are in District 2.. in fact 5 of the WORST 10 are in Bishop's District.. Think about about that! Bishop has represented District 2 for 30 years.. and has done well for himself... so the people who keep re-electing him must not know how bad they have it with him representing them...

(WTVM) - A teenager is dead after a Sunday afternoon gas station shooting. * Columbus police responded to the scene at Shell in the 5700 block of Buena Vista Road just before 3:30 p.m. The Muscogee County Coroner’s Office pronounced 17-year-old Rotravious Lofton dead about 30 minutes later." -- I can remember when the trolls only came out at night... looks like another hot summer for Columbusites!

New laws raising the age to purchase guns to 21 won't accomplish a new level of security... Criminals don't obey old laws nor will they obey new laws either.

And when you think about it.. remember when GA lowered it's alcohol buying/consumption age to 18 because soldiers could get shot but not legally buy a "shot"? Soldiers at age 18 could still get shot even if they aren't old enough to buy a gun in the civilian arena...
