Online story: " A federal judge temporarily blocked Florida's new law that requires welfare applicants to pass a drug test before receiving benefits on Monday, saying it may violate the Constitution's ban on unreasonable searches and seizures. * Judge Mary Scriven ruled in response to a lawsuit filed on behalf of a 35-year-old Navy veteran and single father who sought the benefits while finishing his college degree, but refused to take the test." -- This is why the average citizen, no, the average taxpayer is suspect of the federal government (and why the 9th & 10th Amendments were constructed by our forefathers). When a person applies for taxpayer funded benefits, the taxpayers deserve to know that there is a more than reasonable chance that the recipient of such benefits is not supporting a drug habit.

Online story: "White House economic adviser Gene Sperling said the president considered including an expansion of mortgage refinancing in his jobs bill, but felt the changes could be implemented more quickly through executive action. * The changes to the so-called HARP program will be implemented by the independent Federal Housing Finance Agency. At its core, the initiative will relax eligibility standards, allowing those who are 25 percent of more underwater on their mortgages to take advantage of loans with lower interest rates." -- Excuse me, but how does this help the economy? All of a sudden, 25% of value is up in smoke, and the original mortgage company (or the investment purchaser) is left holding the bag for that money, which means everyone who is paying their mortgages responsibly are getting shafted by paying off their mortgage which will be worth less when its paid off. Impeach Barney Frank!

Bestiality, anal sex, oral, sex, phone sex, porn and more, WSBT reports." -- We understand when seniors retire and move south for the weather...that's OK, but we need to forget the border fences at Mexico, and raise them at the Mason-Dixon Line before next SpringBreak to keep those perverts away from our Southern Beaches.

It's sorta two-faced for potUS O'Blather to be going to Las Vegas for campaign fund-raising. He 'crapped out' Las Vegas in his first year so I guess he's going back to suck any CHANGE left out of the slot machines.

Ohhhhhh, ohhhhh, oh. Occupy Wall Street now has a bank account of over $500,000.00 in donations, and the guys responsible for it are in no hurry to redistribute the wealth. Now, they are part of the 1%.

Last week, potUS O'Blather couldn't move fast enough or yell loud enough that he was involved with the death of Gadhafi. Now that the Muslim Brotherhood has declared Libya to be under Sharia Law, we might get to see how good he is at back-pedaling. Hope he's better at this than bowling.

Some NJ schools are banning "Halloween" because it's disruptive and distracting. Well, if schools want to stop things they consider disruptive and distracting, how about eliminating the 'early dismissals' and 'teacher planning days', and non-holiday extended vacation days. They may be 'great' for the teachers and administrators, but they are disruptive and distracting to parents and students.
