Online headline: 'GOP: Probe into Benghazi is not targeted at Clinton * The Republican head of the investigation into the Benghazi attack said Sunday he is not seeking to take down the Democratic front-runner." -- Hmmm... he's right.. HILLsbury DOUGHgirl has already taken herself down...the GOP just wants to make sure she is held accountable..

Online story: "A federal probe into allegations of corruption at Wal-Mart Stores Inc's (WMT.N) Mexico operations has found few major offenses, and is likely to result in a much smaller case than investigators expected, the Wall Street Journal reported, citing people familiar with the situation.
The three-year investigation is mostly complete and the case could be resolved with a fine and without any criminal charges * a paper trail of suspect payments totaling more than $24 million was found" -- Good grief.. the DOJ tried to hammer Walmart for trying to expedite its business plan in the standard Mexican manner by sending 24 Million dollars, yet the DOJ seems to turn a deaf ear and blind eye on Mexico sending upwards of 24 Million of its problem population to the US..

Online headline: "Double shark attacks rattle Hawaii island" -- Oooops, my bad...just thought I  ha missed the article on Obamageddon and Michele arriving at the same vacation site at the same time.

---
Online story: "Hawaii saw a 23 percent increase in its unsheltered homeless population between 2014 and 2015, and a 46 percent increase in the number of unsheltered families, said Scott Morishige, state homelessness coordinator. * There were 7,260 homeless people in Hawaii at the latest count, meaning Hawaii has the highest rate of homelessness per-capita of any state in the nation. * The state has identified $1.3 million to expand services to homeless individuals and families," -- $1,3 Million for 7260 people.. what's that.. $179.00 a head? I imagine most of that is for hiring a staff to count them.

In a list compiling the first to worst consumer satisfaction levels of car manufacturers.. the bottom 3.. numbers 25, 26, and 27, are Jeep, Chrysler, and Fiat.. the team put together by Obamageddon via "bailout" at the expense of the American taxpayers. Figures doesn't it..

---
Hey Moon beam Brown.. just sign a bill making mudslides illegal and you've solved that problem, too.

---
HuffPOOPOO headline: "Poor Branding is not Pakistan's Biggest Problem" -- "branding"? HuffPOOPOO considers "branding" a Pakistani issue? HuffPOOPOO must have an ex+HILLsbury DOUGHgirl strategist as its International Editor..

---
Online headline/story: "Canceled California wedding leads to feast for homeless * After a California couple called off their wedding, the bride-to-be's family decided to turn the $35,000 extravagant event into a feast for the homeless. * rather than cancel (you guessed it.. non-refundable) the reception, they invited Sacramento's homeless for a once in a lifetime meal Saturday at the Citizen Hotel, one of the city's finest venues *  About 90 homeless single people, grandparents and whole families with newborns showed up and enjoyed a meal that included appetizers, salad, gnocchi, salmon, and even tri-tip." -- And I'm sure the Citizen Hotel staff was thrilled at the situation... NOT! This sorta reminds me of the French Revolution.. when Marie Antoinette, learning the peasants had no bread, is said too have said, "Let them eat cake"...only in thois case, it was "let'em eat hors d'oeuvres"...

---
Online headline: "Kerry calls for end to 'senseless' Mideast violence after latest Israel attack" -- Good grief.. isn't this the same Kerry who just put Iran on the path to nuclear weaponry?

---
We drove over to Birmingham yesterday on some family business.. Bought gas for the return trip I didn't even need because regular gas was priced at $1.839 per gallon.. Thank you legislators for all thos extra taxes you added to our gas in GA....NOT!

---
L-E headline: "2015 International Sniper Competition kicks off today" -- If you get a chance to break away from your daily humdrum..this is open to the public (get passes/directions at I-885 visitor's center) , and well worth your time and effort to go see first hand.. I was fortunate to be asked to be the "official photographer" for the first two competition (2007-08) and was truly impressed at the skills and dedication of these men. It's a memory I'll never forget...

---
The camouflage suits (ghillies) are truly remarkable.. the soldiers add area indigenous grasses to their basic covers, and they truly "disappear" in the surrounding environment. I stood still trying to spot one during one competition, and it was until I heard the "pfft" as he fired at his target that I spotted him.. though if I had stepped 8" sideways, I would have stepped on him.

---
The Democratic Debate reminded me of a police line-up.. filled with the usual suspects, and the viewers are suppose to pick one as the winner...

---
Jonathan Gruber stupid LIV's L-E "soundoff": " Being a good debater should not be a prerequisite for being president." -- Yeah but being a leader and good deal maker is.. and DNC sent neither to their debate, and only Trumps has stood out in the Republican ones.

---
From the L-S's "Today in history" feature: " Ten years ago, a defiant Saddam Hussein pleaded innocent to charges of premeditated murder and torture as his trial opened in Baghdad." -- Hmmm.. after seeing a jury find a person guilty of assault but not guilty of killing he man, I'd lay odds that if Saddam Hussein had gotten his trial assigned to Columbus, his lawyers could have picked a jury that would have acquitted him.

---
L-E headline: "House Republicans return to face leadership mess" -- Well, what did the mainscream media expect.. Obamageddon is still in the White House.

---
L-E guest Commentary headline: St. Louis Post-Dispatch * Inflation may mean hikes in medical costs" -- Good grief.. can't liberals get anything right? Since healthcare is 1/6th of our economy, it's medical cost hikes that will fuel inflation!

---
L-E story: "The Muscogee County School Board will vote on a property tax assessment freeze resolution at its meeting tonight." -- Good grief.. "will vote on....tonight"?  How about "rubber stamping" it...There's already an MCSD "resolution drawn and printed agreeing to do this and the vote tonight is a sham at a minimum.. We know it will get at least 7-2 vote "for".. (though possibly a 6-3 vote and an outside chance at a 5-4 vote) but there is hope some of the other members will look at the support Myers and Thomas have from their districts and remember there are re-elections scheduled in a little more than 6 months.

---
You know.. tonight's Monday.. and now ABC has "Monday Night Dancing" rtaher than Monday NIght Football on its schedule.. nah.. ABC hasn't become more  liberal over the years... That's my story and it's sticking like molasses..

---
Good grief.. with a whole weekend of news available, the L-E could only put out an 18-page edition.. pathetic.
