Online headline/story: "Joe Biden on 2016 decision: 'I regret it every day'  *  "We've got two good candidates," Biden said, praising Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders for engaging in a "robust debate" devoid of personal attacks. He glossed over the third candidate running for the Democratic nomination, Martin O'Malley, whose campaign has struggled to gain traction." -- "glossed over.....O'Malley, whose campaign has struggled to gain traction"? -- As yogi woulda said if he hadn't died... "it ain't over til it's over"..O
Malley isn't the only Democrat not gaining "traction".. G.I. JILLary hasn't overwhelm the party base even though she's considered a shoe-in for the nomination.. The truth is that she is so vulnerable for the DNC to reconsider Biden that she's sent Slick Willie out to lead her campaign.. not the sign of a confident/competent candidate.. especially when she literally doesn't have a serious challenger..another aspect is that Biden could still qualify in Democrat primaries that have more than enough votes to carry the Convention vote... or take JILLary into a brokered decision which will lead to Biden being drafted.

---
If nothing else, G.I. JILLary sending Slick Willie out to lead her campaign casts serious doubts as to who wears the pantsuits in her family.

FRom the "on the other hand" department - Online story: "Melania Trump's husband, Donald Trump, might be making a big splash in politics as the frontrunner in the GOP presidential race, but the former model isn't as inclined to go public with her personal views. * "I'm choosing not to go political in public because that is my husband's job,  *  'I follow from A to Z," she continued. "But I chose not to be on the campaign. I made that choice. I have my own mind. I am my own person, and I think my husband likes that about me."" --  Now this is what a marriage is about..

---
Online story: "- The U.S. Congress on Wednesday approved legislation dismantling President Barack Obama's signature health care plan, putting on his desk an election-year measure that faces a certain veto." -- Hmm... looks like more Republicans in the House and Senate are watching voter responses to Trump.. one thing for sure its that every Democrat has thoroughly read THIS bill...

---
Online headline: "Macy's to cut 4,000 jobs after disappointing 2015  * The large department store announced a series of store closures and layoffs on Wednesday after a terrible holiday season led to a sharp drop in profits." -- Hmmm... didn't Macy's "dump Trump"  and his clothing/accessories lines early on? I made it a point not to shop there.. for that matter. I didn't even watch Macy's Parade this year.. Obviously,, a lot of others chose not to as well.

---
Online story: "A transgender woman says she was detained by TSA workers at Orlando International Airport after the security scanner spotted an anatomical "anomaly." -- "anatomical anomaly"?  Good grief.. she-it coulda had a "soft pouch" of any kind of fluid concealed in she-it's panties!  What this story reveals is that TSA is taking too much interest in watching crotches...

---
Hmmm.. there's a "law" that says government workers' personal e-mauls on their own servers are not covered for the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). I feel pretty certain that G.I. JILLary was aware of and influenced by that "law" when she set up her own server.. Fortunately, there's another law that says when personal email is used, to forward copies to a State Department account so that it can be captured. * Under current law and Department policy, employees who use personal email to conduct official business are required to forward or copy email from a personal account to their respective Department accounts within 20 Days.”  -- You know.. since the Democratic Party is seeing the chinks in JILLary's "armor", and Biden is "regretful".. don't look for 100% effort by the DNC to divert attention from this.

---
Speaking of FOIA records, I asked the Columbus Police Department for a count  of the number of people who were non-fatally shot in Columbus during the commission of a crime, and I got a response that says the CPD doesn't have a record of that.. I want to know "how come"...Surely a gunshot wound victim is noted on all cases as the person shot is definitely a material witness if not a perpetrator.

Online headline: "Clinton struggles to explain difference between socialist, Democrat" -- Wow.. and it was "tingling leg" Chris Matthews who asked her! The simple answer and truthful is "there is no difference".. but that is an area that G.I. JILLary has a problem with /answering a simple question truthfully

Let's face it.. the Republican Party is getting a real boost with Trump in the race.. the establishment candidates are seeing first hand how out-of-touch they have become with real voters over the past 2+ decades, and voters are seeing someone speak for them.

---
Christie says divisiveness within the Republican Party will "guarantee a Clinton win". Hmmm, well, Christie, stop contributing to the divisiveness!

---
Let's face it... The only real fear from North Korea and nuclear weapons is them blowing their own country up and taking South Korea with them.

---
LIV's L-E "soundoff": "Ewwww, that smells. I nominate Donald Trump. He assured me he would reinstate twice a week garbage pickup." -- Good grief.. the real "smell" is the stench of another Mayor TomLYINGson "decision"..
---
Incredibly stupid and ill-informed LIV's L-E "soundoff": "To Sound Off writers who constantly state that Republicans only look out for the rich, please explain why every “poor” state in the nation is solidly Republican and every “rich” state is solidly Democrat." -- Any truth to this matter is that Democrat states became Democrat state with the surge of entitlement seekers flooding such states voting rolls. The best measure of whether a Democrat state is prospering is in the Electoral College numbers.. All one has to do is look at reductions and growth in states' Congressional representatives distribution. .

---
Incredibly confused LIV's L-E "soundoff": " There actually are rich, highly-developed countries in this world where elected officials really do listen to — and respond to — the demands of the people, rather than the wishes of the wealthy. Not the U.S.! " -- Hmmm... let's parse this a bit..  the writer did not mention a country by name...

---
This must be the L-E's "gang up on working people day".. Another incredibly blind and stupid LIV's L-E "soundoff": " The problem in the U.S. is that groups representing the wealthiest people can decisively influence the legislative process, so that public policy reflects the priorities of wealthy, and not the needs of the general population." -- Good grief.. it's not "the wealthy" that try to influence government.. it's the successful, and they just want to insure that they can continue to be successful in offering jobs for those who are either not capable or not interested in handling the rigors of running a successful business.

---

L-E's " Thought for Today":  “One cannot and must not try to erase the past merely because it does not fit the present.” — Golda Meir, Israeli prime minister (1898-1978). -- Hmmm definitely not a citing to be found in mainscream media classes or the Common CRAPO curriculum.
