Online "headLIE"/story: "Obama readies plans to sidestep Congress on guns  * President Barack Obama, frustrated by Congress' inaction on gun control, will meet with U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch on Monday to discuss ways of reducing gun violence unilaterally through measures that do not require congressional approval.  * Obama, in his weekly recorded address, said on Friday he has received "too many letters from parents, and teachers, and kids, to sit around and do nothing."" --  "too many letters from parents, and teachers, and kids, to sit around and do nothing"? For a former associate Constitutional law professor, NERO-bamageddon doesn't seem to know that even Congress has to obey the US Constitution, but this "letters" comment.. he doesn't have a 143,000,000 of them which would be the number of votes he'd need to get the 2nd Amendment repealed.

---
You know.. NERO-bamageddon says he is "frustrated by Congress"... he's not only a liar, but dead wrong! Those Congressperson are there at the insistence of the American voters.. if NERO-bamageddon had wanted to get "things done", he had a 2-year-window of a majority of Democrats in both Houses to do that, but even most Democrats knew it was a "term limitation" to support him.

---
Online headline: "Defiant Iran pledges to ramp up missile program, in challenge for Obama" -- "in challenge for Obama"? Good grief.. it's a direct slap in NERO-bamageddon's face! It's a challenge only if someone or some country has fear of being "called on it" and having to suffer the consequences of one's actions!

You know.. in the past, networks have pretty much tried to conceal the empty seats at bowl games, but not this year.. I guess the TV money has become so great for colleges and ad revenues for the networks is overflowing for anyone to "care"  what the TV audience sees. My guess is between the "way to many bowls" scheduled, and with the playoff system making even former major bowls insignificant as to the final rankings, the economy just has people not willing to spend money on meaningless frivolity.

Yesterday, news laws went into effect around the country.. two of the stupidest ones are in Illinois.. NERO-bamageddon's home.. (well at least when he got elected).. "Illinois is giving financial incentives to pharmacies that dispense painkillers in bottles with combination locks. They're aimed at preventing drug abuse and drug-related deaths. Also in Illinois, you'd better keep those pets out of the car. During extreme cold or heat, leaving a pet in your vehicle could get you a year in jail or a $2,500 fine." -- Good grief.. the only thing "combination locks" on painkillers will do is keep people with arthritis  from accessing their medicine when they really need it.. I imagine most people who need painkiller medicines will just transfer the pills to an easy access container..but even stupider is the law about leaving all pets in allcars.. what's going to happen when a homeless person/family living in their car has to park in front of a convenience store to run in to go to the bathroom?

Online headline: "Jeb Bush releases viral, sarcastic ad aimed at Trump" -- Good grief.. another qualifying "stupid Jeb tricks" that might have gotten him on Letterman's Show in years passed... Think about it.. why run ads that aren'r aimed at telling voters why you are a better choice than everyone else?

Online story: "TCU quarterback Trevone Boykin has been suspended for Saturday’s Alamo Bowl after he was arrested following a bar fight early Thursday morning, head coach Gary Patterson announced. *  Around 2 a.m., Boykin reportedly attempted to start a physical altercation with patrons of the bar after they recognized him and began heckling him. He took a swing at one of the patrons, but missed and hit an employee, which led to he and his friends being thrown out of the bar.  * When San Antonio police arrived to break up the fight, Boykin was being held back by his friends when he swung at an officer, police said, according to NBC Dallas-Fort Worth.  * Boykin became so belligerent, police had to hold him down on the ground as he continued to struggle. Police threatened to use a stun gun on him before he ultimately calmed down.  * San Antonio Police Chief William McManus said the officer Boykin struck was not severely injured but was treated for bruises and abrasions after Boykin hit him in the face" -- You know.. Boykin is a victim of :Black Lives Matter"..unfortunately, there's no support group for "Stupidity Matters", and swinging at a police officer is "stupidity" that "matters".

Hmmm.. you know, if the owners of American Pharoah had pulled a "Jenner", American Pharoah could have won the won "Woman of the Year", too.

HuffPOOPOO story: "More U.S. military personnel have been sent to Iraq and Syria. Trainers, Special Forces, and airstrikes haven't been enough. The administration continues its slow progression to renewed ground combat. President Barack Obama's Nobel Peace Prize grows more tarnished by the day" -- Good grief.. NERO-bamabgeddon's "Nobel" was tarnished the day it was given him...

---
HuffPOOPOO headline: "Donald Trump Featured In Jihadist Terror Recruitment Video" -- Hmmm.. wonder how much the Clinton Foundation paid to have this made?

---
HuffPOOPOO headline: "It's No Surprise That Turkey's Erdogan Likes Adolf Hitler's Government" -- Hmmm.. Sharia law on steroids...

Caveat for shoppers in Watercolor Resort area of 30A in Florida. While in Seaside shopping, one of my daughters heard tale that a store in the Watercolor resort community a couple of miles away might have a certain jacket she'd been searching for. Being the "wrapped around my daughters' fingers kind of dad", I loaded her and her 3 year-old niece (my granddaughter into my SUV and went looking for that store. My daughter spotted the sign for "Old Florida Outfitters" and I dropped her off while I went searching for a parking spot. Found one, and texted her where my granddaughter and I were parked so she could find us when she came out. Of course, about the time I sent the text, my precious granddaughter announced, "I've got to go potty... really bad."  Being a former merchant, I knew the store my daughter was in would have a bathroom facilit, so I took Sophia inside, My daughter had found her prize and made her purchase, so I said I would hold her bag while she took Sophia to the bathroom. Daughter returned moments later saying the owner said hey didn't have a public bathroom. Since when does a store's bathroom facility policy overturn a 3-year-olds need to "go potty.. really bad" plea?  Saw the owner as we left, and he said he hoped we'd come back soon.. I told him.. "not a chance...who refuses to let a 3-year-old needing to go potty real bad use the facility?" Needless to say, my daughter was "embarrassed' that I spoke, but I told her the only reason 3-year-old Sophia was denied the facility was because the owner was not a good person, and doesn't warrant any future business from us .. anybody else for that matter as far as I'm concerned.

After leaving Old  Florida Outfitters, I took my daughter and my granddaughter next door to a wine restaurant/sports bar, so my daughter could take her niece "to go potty". Sophia was desperate (was doing the "potty dance") after being denied from doing so at Old Florida Outfitters. I waited in the bar area where two TVs were playing bowl games. I really didn't know Northwestern was playing...  Combination wine drinking and football watchers conversations are just different at a wine bar.

L-E op-ed opinion: "You don't venture far into the world of adoption before you hear the word "triad." Picture a triangle with the adoptee at one corner, adoptive parents at another and the biological, or birth, mother at the third. But, wait - someone's missing ... *  The birth father.  *  Too often, the birth father dangles from the birth mother's corner. Sometimes he doesn't even know she's pregnant." -- "Too often, the birth father dangles from the birth mother's corner. Sometimes he doesn't even know she's pregnant."? Well, he should have called her back! Or either done right by her and the baby, or... OR said "NO" to having unprotected sex to begin with! "baby daddies" have 9 months to do the right thing; make their pleas... if they don't, then they do not need any "custody rights". Give the baby a chance in life!

Sadly, the L-E's Front Page story today is celebrating the birth of a beautiful baby girl, the first of 2016 in the Columbus area.... with her unwed mother, and there's not even a mention of the "baby daddy".. How can the L-E run both of these elements in the same paper?  No. why does the L-E support both elements?
