Online headline: "Bill Clinton: 'I almost want to apologize' for clashing with Black Lives Matter protesters" -- Good grief.. what is it with Clintons that when they do speak the truth on something..anything,  they feel guilty and want to apologize for speaking truthfully? Besides. if he "did apologize", he'd both be "lying", and setting a very time consuming precedence.. he doesn't have enough time left to apologize for all the things or to all the people he should.

Online story: " A New Jersey man faces a $2,000 fine or 90 days in jail for flying a flag emblazoned with Trump's  name over his home.  * Local officials said the flag violates an ordinance prohibiting the display of political signs more than 30 days ahead of an election and issued him a summons. New Jersey's primary is on June 7. *  Despite being issued a summons on March 25 for the violation, Joseph Hornick apparently intends to keep it up. *  "The fine can be in the Millions of dollars! That flag will never come down!" he wrote in a defiant Facebook post." -- Just another reason Trump's "Make America GREAT Again" resonates across the country... our 1st Amendment rights are constantly under liberals' attack.

Online story: "The U.S. Department of Justice released thousands of subpoenaed documents about the controversial "Operation Fast and Furious" gun trafficking investigation to a congressional committee on Friday, a committee spokeswoman said. * The operation was a failed effort between 2009 and 2011 to stop gun smuggling across the United States' southwestern border by the department's Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and federal prosecutors in Arizona. * As part of the operation, the department knowingly allowed people to illegally buy guns in the United States and take them into Mexico, court documents showed." -- Wait a minute.. didn't Pric Holder deny knowledge of this operation?

Democratic Governor of Connecticut Dan Malloy  is about to end 1,000-to-2000 state jobs.. (though in the know people estimate 4,000) to curtail its $900,000.00 budget revenue shortage.. One of the things  he's cutting back on is a 1% cut on "cash assistance" program for "the needy".  HUH? What's a state doing in the "cash assistance" program business anyway? Besides, if it's big enough that a 1% cut back is "noticeable". then chances are a 100% cut back is warranted. .

---
Hmmm Governor Dan Malloy.. he certainly is a big fan of the meaningless political gesture. His showboating can be timed to distract attention from Connecticut’s imbalanced budget and crumbling economy. Last year, Malloy signed an executive order banning official travel to Indiana, which had just passed a Religious Freedom Restoration Act. Last month he leapt at another juicy opportunity to grab the mic and advertise his pristine virtue. This time it was North Carolina’s bill requiring that people use bathrooms and changing facilities according to their biological gender. Malloy signed an order banning official travel from Connecticut to North Carolina. “This law is not just wrong,” he said. “It poses a public-safety risk to Connecticut residents traveling through North Carolina. That’s right — a public-safety risk. This week Malloy also banned non-essential official travel to Mississippi, because of a law passed there under the principle known as representative democracy. What's even more comical is that Connecticut has had a RFRA of its own on the books since 1993. Turns out that Nutmeggers enjoy even sturdier religious-freedom protections than Hoosiers do.

Online headline: "Bernie Says That As President, He’d Apologize for Slavery — Then He Talked About Reparations…" -- Good grief.. and as a Democrat, he probably should.. but only because he's a Democrat..  It was Democrats who nearly voted unanimously AGAINST the 13th Amendment.. Now, if Democratic Party want to pay for their guilt so be it, BUT, it is not a debt, nor a :guilt",  that belongs on the backs of hard working average American taxpayers.

Online story: "Islamic State executed 175 of the 300 Syrian cement workers it captured near the Syrian capital of Damascus." -- Hey ZERO-bamageddon.. are they "terrorists" yet?

---
I made a mistake yesterday..but it's one I'm enjoying correcting. As marvelous as it is that Jordan Spieth had 5 straight rounds leading the field, Arnold Palmer lead the field for 6 consecutive rounds in 1960-61.  I'm also proud to mention that Jordan Spieth went on  tie Arnie's record yesterday, and whether or not he breaks it today is not important..

Speaking of the Masters.. was that a collarless shirt Rory McIlroy was wearing yesterday?  Looks like "dress codes" at golf courses are about to be shaken up.

---
You know, it's ironically "funny" that the Republican establishment now wants to support Cruz..guess this is the confirmation that the RNC/GOP leadership finally admits that it had abandoned the policies of what this country's hard working taxpayers have been needing.

Enhanced repeat of a yesterday story: "L-E headline/story: " Americans view Trump negatively across board * For Americans of nearly every race, gender, political persuasion and location, disdain for Donald Trump runs deep, saddling the Republican front-runner with unprecedented unpopularity as he tries to overcome recent campaign setbacks. * Seven in 10 people, including close to half of Republican voters, have an unfavorable view of Trump, " -- "close to half of Republican voters, have an unfavorable view of Trump"? Good grief..that means that Trump has MORE than half of the Republicans that don't feel that way.. and that can be said about any candidate in any party's primary.. That's what primaries are about!

You know.. if Trump got more than 50% favorable ratings from the Republicans polled, then he actually had to get some Democrats that think favorable of him.. That my friends is an indicator that Trump will beat any Democrat in November!

Addendum: Since Trump is getting more than 50% of Republican voters looking at him
favorably", the RNC/GOP leadership needs to acknowledge this before committing further hara kiri .

L-E headline: "COLUMBUS CHAMBER OF COMMERCE * Attorneys purchase depot from chamber" -- Hmmm... and another tax hit for Mayor TomLYINGson.. The Chamber paid about $25.000.00 annually for a building assessed at $1.5 Million, so now it will be taxed "only" at it's new $1,000.000.00 purchase price. Oh.. and isn't the Mayor's husband a personal benefactor in this?

L-E headline/story: " In the appeal filed Thursday afternoon, Brown’s attorney, J. Mark Shelnutt, recounted some of the same points he made at the elections board meeting: He wrote that Brown already had been fingerprinted and vetted when she ran for sheriff in 2012 and would have met the deadline for the coming May 24 Democratic Primary had anyone been available to collect her fingerprints on March 16." -- Excuse.. but couldn't she have been fingerprinted on March 7, 8, 9, 10,11, 14, or 15th just as well?
