Online headline: " Trump campaign manager will not be prosecuted on battery
charge" -- Remember this? Well... finally.. a little bit of sanity and reality.
It involved a reporter who the Secret Service agents assigned to Trump let get
too close to begin with and actually touch Trump, and she was the one that should
have been charged with assault.

That Canadian, Bryan Adams (_*_) who canceled his concert in Mississippi because of a bathroom issue...yeah, that one. You know he played in Egypt where being gay is ILLEGAL!

From the "where's Hillary when she's right" department. I went to River Road Pharmacy's neighborhood Post Office to buy a couple of books of stamps They were out. They had a memo from the PO saying no more would be shipped until after the price cut was completed (Sunday). Huh? They are "FOREVER" stamps and have no prices on them! What Difference Does It Make!!!!!

Online headline/story: "Several high-profile Republicans might skip GOP National Convention * Both former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush and New Hampshire Sen. Kelly Ayotte told the outlet they do not intend to attend the convention in Cleveland." -- OK.. who? Seems the primaries pretty much dismissed Bush and Ayotte as "high-profile in the future.

From the "one bad Apple can spoil the whole barrel" department - Online story: " the Israeli digital forensics firm Cellebrite was not, as widely suspected, involved in the cracking of the phone. Instead, the FBI seems to have turned to what some call “gray-hat” hackers, who find vulnerabilities and sell them for exploitation by the authorities. * The FBI previously went to court to force Apple to help it bypass the security features of the device by creating a special version of the iPhone firmware. The resulting standoff caused an international debate, but the FBI dropped its case after finding another way into the device. * The agency said last week that the technique used in this case was specific to the iPhone 5c running iOS version 9, meaning it cannot be used to access the vast majority of Apple’s smartphones." , -- Now all Apple and its user base, have to worry about is more hackers seeing the challenge .notoriety, and publicity.. oh .. and MONEY that will be dangled in their faces for hacking the 6 series and beyond.. Apple should have patriotically participated!

L-E story: " After burning through millions of dollars in a mostly failed attempt to sway Republican primary voters, big-money outside groups opposing Donald Trump have turned to a far smaller target audience: the delegates who will actually choose the presidential nominee. * Our Principles, which is devoted to keeping Trump from winning, and super PACs backing Ted Cruz and John Kasich are spending their time and money researching the complex process of delegate selection and reaching out to those party insiders. * Compared to earlier primary states like Florida, there have been few ads by outside groups on the air in New York, which holds its election Tuesday." -- "Our Principles"? it sort of bothers me that a group dedicated to its own principles would call itself "Our Principles".. but what's the most upsetting aspect of the primaries is how mainscream media ignores the travesty of how the Democratic Party neuters its voters by the purported "super delegates" who vote based on what the DNC dictates versus what Democrat Party voters want.

L-E headline: "Fundraising efforts to decide if shuttle is horizontal or vertical" -- You know, it seems to me that whichever display position allows the public to better enjoy it should be the determining factor.. To me, I'd have a hard time looking upward at a 5-story object. Though it is unstated in this story, if it is to be enjoyed by people actually getting to walk through it, then it's a no-brainer to display it horizontally as well.

On above item: After looking at concept pictures of the "vertical" display
option, its apparent that the A.D.A. lobbyist would be on this life a yellow
jacket swarm, and by time approved ramps and elevators were added, there's not
enough space on the grounds to accommodate such configuration...

L-E headline malfunction: "House Speaker Ryan set to blow budget deadline"
-- Hmmm .. how come I feel there's am extra word added on to this headline.. it
seems "House Speaker Ryan set to blow budget" is more realistic.

From the "enigmatic liberal logic (a.k.a. "Fantasy World)" department --- L-E story: "Carnival Corp.’s maiden voyage to Cuba next month will be filled with almost 700 cruisers looking to spend time assisting in economic, environmental and community development there. The one thing the boat won’t be carrying, however, is any Cubans. * Raul Castro’s government prohibits native-born Cubans from returning by sea, and makes other forms of travel difficult for them as well, a remnant of discord that remains unaltered by President Barack Obama’s recent visit. Into the middle of this now comes the U.S. cruise industry. * Faced with the choice of waiting for Castro to lift the prohibition or gaining access to Cuba immediately, companies such as Carnival have chosen the latter. The argument is that engagement may help facilitate change — but not everyone is happy with that calculus. * “Something precious is lost when a foreign government dictates what kinds of U.S. citizens can sail out of the Port of Miami,” Miami Herald columnist Fabiola Santiago, who is Cuban-American, wrote after she was denied a ticket for Carnival’s new Fathom cruise to Cuba." -- "Castro’s government prohibits native-born Cubans from returning by sea, and makes other forms of travel difficult for them as well"? Good grief.. Cuba feels more threatened by ex-patriots than ZERO-bama...probably because the ex-patriots aren't communist oriented like ZERO-bama.

L-E headline: "Women-only car services fill a niche, but are they legal? *
Massachusetts company to launch service featuring female drivers picking up only
women and children Owners believe service protects fundamental liberties" --
"are they legal"? Of course not! ..but, if women use them exclusively, no men
will file a suit! Now, Can we get our all male sports bars and bathrooms
back?
