There's seems to have been a few nerves pinched between Bernie and Hillary.. the Clinton camp scourged Bernie for saying he didn't "feel" that the gun manufacturer which made the gun used at Sandy Hook School should be sued, and Bernie retorted that Hillary should apologize to Iraq War victims. Personally,, Bernie is right on his point about not suing the gun maker, but they both need to apologize to out military.

From the "how many tines are in Hillary's "forked tongue"" department - Online headline/story: "Sanders: Clinton is not 'qualified' to be the president  *  Just as Hillary Clinton attacked Bernie Sanders for not doing "his homework" when it comes to taking on the financial industry and its big banks, a group of former government officials — once in charge of regulating Wall Street and now working in the financial industry — are holding a fundraiser in her honor in Washington, DC. * The Intercept reports the April 6 fundraiser described as a "conversation" with "Hillary for America" financial officer Gary Gensler and Sens. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, and Carl Levin, D-Mich, is basically a who's who of Washington elites either advocating for corporate clients or advising them on how to best get around the regulations they themselves once helped write."  -- "how to best get around the regulations they themselves once helped write"?  Boty do we need TRUMP, and his promise to arrest/prosecute her when he's elected!

What an opening salvo for Masters' week. 9 holes in one, including one by Gary Player, and two consecutive ones on one group..Justin Thomas was topped by Ricky Fowler, and their third was Spieth who "only" birdied. To top it off, Jimmy Walker made one en route to a 19 (that's -8) on 9 holes.

Online headline/story: "Mexico makes big moves in response to Trump rhetoric * The Mexican government announced Wednesday it would be making major changes in response to the increasingly anti-Mexican atmosphere in the U.S.  * Mexico's government on Tuesday unexpectedly changed two of its top officials responsible for U.S. relations, citing concerns about an increasingly anti-Mexican climate across the border." -- Hmmm.. looks like Mexico has its own polls and is trying to get more concessions from ZERO-bamageddon before Trump takes over.

Online headline/story: "Ex-St. Paul's student convicted of sex assault, seeks new trial  * O*** L*****'s lawyers filed a motion for a new trial on the grounds he had an inadequate defense — because his trial team didn't pay enough attention to the computer-related seduction charge." -- For years now, I have warned about upper courts throwing cases back, especially ones using Public Defenders, on the catch all basis of "inadequate defense", but this involves a highly paid personally chosen legal team.. and from what I can tell, they are claiming themselves to have prepared an :inadequate defense"..Not going to mention any lawyer names, but if this is true, then the judge should make them state to a new jury that they "are suing themselves, and taking up court and jury time because they are bad lawyers".

Well, well, well.. our neighboring Russell County in Alabama has topped its state in number of car thefts.. over 570 per 100K vehicle thefts in 2014.. While Muscogee County wasn't the worst in GA (Fulton County with 670 per 100K got that "honor"), Muscogee County did have more per 100K vehicle thefts.. 591,   20 more per 100K than Russell County.  For perspective, there are "only" 198 vehicle thefts per 100K in the entire USA.  No. Mayor TomLYINGson... the tax freeze is not what has stagnated growth.. crime is "the  Criminal".... do something about THAT!

Online headline: "Christian saint's bones unearthed in monastery destroyed by ISIS" -- Yeah.. and Christians are expected to turn the other cheek... why, so Islamist terrorists get another free shot at killing?

---
Online headline/story: "Government seeks to limit questions in Clinton email case  *  Lawyers for the State Department have asked a federal judge to limit the scope of testimony about Hillary Clinton's use of a private email account as secretary of state." -- Wait a darn minute! This sounds like a conflict of interest... the American people's interest!

---
Trump says he will have Hillary arrested and prosecuted when he's elected. This is why we vote for Trump...it's a vote for the people! Besides, have you heard Cruz make the same promise?

---
HuffPOOPOO story: "Attackers in Bangladesh wielding machetes killed a liberal blogger, police said on Thursday, the latest in series of murders of secular activists by suspected Islamist militants." -- "suspected Islamist militants"? Good grief.. ZERO-bamageddonphobia KOOL-AID has destroyed mainscream media!

--
HuffPOOPOO headline: "The First Casualty of War Is the Truth" -- Yeah,, and HuffPOOPOO burieds the truth as soon as it exposes liberalism.

Online story: "On Tuesday, the chair of Georgia's independent commission that is in charge of removing bad judges from office quit in a tug of war with powerful legislators who want to be in charge.  And he wrote a blistering resignation letter. * Lester Tate was chair of the Judicial Qualifications Commission.  * Tate, a Cartersville attorney, quit because he says legislative leaders are trying to take over the commission, in order to protect their friends on the bench. * Of course, legislative leaders insist they're not trying to protect bad judges. * But they are trying to take over the JQC.  And that's why Tate quit, in protest." -- If all is true, then the "legislative leaders" need to be named...Of course, I do question that Tate's "quittinG' is the best route to keep the two entities separated so that justice prevails.

I have requested info from the MCSD concerning the collection of out-of-county fees by two particular students that got favorable treatment for a temporary address in Muscogee County. The family has lived at the same address in Harris County since 20-3/04 and currently do as well.  * This morning, I got an electronic latter from the MCSD legal team requesting a payment of $177.00 to get the info. *  I responded that she can bill me or let know and I'll bring a check or cash down today! I will not be bullied! The sad thing is that one of the current candidates for the May election knows the information but will not reveal it.

ZERO-bamageddon says he's concerned that tax loopholes make college education more expensive for middle-class parents. What absolute BS! No one in government actually wants to cut any costs concerned with education, because the lion's share of money goes towards government/union jobs and they vote for government officials who distribute tax dollars to pay their salaries.

I still enjoy 60s era Perry Mason episodes. Forget his winning record..but who's not envious of the cars he and Paul Drake drove...those were cars!

You know.. a good law to enact would be to ban merchandise made out of this country by businesses with 49% or more American ownership/investment from being shipped back to America. That ought to put a big dent in the "trade balance" deficit.

---
L-E headline: "FEEDING THE VALLEY * Group to break ground on $3.5M distribution facility * 31,000-square-foot food distribution facility in north Columbus to open in early 2017" -- While I'm pleased that this organization can build a facility for $112.00 a square foot )versus the MCSD building similar constructed wresting rooms for $312.00 a square foot.. I do question why it is being built in a more affluent area of Columbus.

You know, I do believe that the older building at Brown Ave and MLK Blvd recently vacated by Columbus Habitat might serve that purpose perfectly.

L-E headline/story: "Top haven for tax cheats: the U.S.  * The U.S. lambastes and strong-arms countries that help drug lords and millionaire investors hide their money from tax collectors. Critics say it should look closer to home. *  America itself is emerging as a top tax haven alongside the likes of Switzerland, the Cayman Islands and Panama, those seeking reform of the international tax system say. And states  are competing with each other to provide foreigners with the secrecy they crave. * “There’s a big neon sign saying the U.S. is open to tax cheats, *  More than 90 countries have signed on to a 2014 information-sharing agreement set up by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development; the U.S. is among the few that haven’t joined. American banks don’t even collect the kind of information foreign countries would need to identify tax dodgers. *  Individual states, including Nevada, Wyoming and South Dakota, are making things worse, critics say." -- "Nevada"?  Hmmm... maybe there should be a little more scrutiny involved in looking at Harry Reid's donor list...
