I remember Obama's swearing in ceremony in 2009, and the "flub" by Chief Justice Roberts, but just learned that Obama made his own "flub" in the ceremonial edition of his second term.. You know, the sworn oath is neither long nor complicated.. not even complex...the incoming president swears: ""I, -----------------------, do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States." Hmmm.. is there anyone who doesn't see the irony of Obama not being impeached ... on either of two aspects... first, his charge to " preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States", or secondly, failure to give America the "best of my Ability"? Of course, he could plea that ineptness IS the best of his ability..

Democrats on Tom Price's confirmation hearing panel want to know how the Republican health plans would work..
