There's another of those mainscream media polls out that claims Mark Cuban leads Trump by a 42-38 lead. The fact that a mainscream media pollster had 38% of its respondents supporting Trump had to be a big surprise, but not being able to get but 42% for "the anti-Trump" should be very disheartening to the Democrats going into 2018.

We got our garbage pick-up at 9:34 AM Wednesday.. now, why didn't we get it picked up on Monday since this is the usual time frame we get and the garbage trucks were supposed to work until noon? You know.. Tom-LYING-son took away our "twice-a-week" pick-ups, but this week I had to put out the trash TWICE and got only ONE pick-up.

Those absent were Lawton Grantham Jr., Daniel Hill and Pat Bettis Hunter" -- You know, if any other City Department made decisions that had a 55% adjustment rate made, the Mayor and Council would be looking for a new Department Head. The Taz Assessments were literally "dropped like bombshells: in June and property owners were give only to mid-August to research and file an appeal.. It make so much more sense.. and much fairer, for the Board of Tax Assessors to rescind such until January of 2018 so proper responses can be filed and appealed in the following Fiscal Year. Let's face it, Mayor Tom-LYING-son's budget did not include increased property tax revenues, so the budget will not be hurt using the previous assessments, but I do wonder since Tom-LYING-son has been hands-on with the new tax assessment software implementation as to whether she knew what was coming and purposefully decided to use the old figures in her budget to cover up her knowledge.

One property owner on Smith Road with about 8.5 acres of undeveloped acres .. in last year's assessment, the land was valued at $10,000.00 per acre.. while a contiguous property belonging to a well-know local lawyer (not Tom-LYING-son) has 142 acres but were only assessed at $1,500.00 per acre. This year, the 8.5 acre owners' property has been assessed at nearly $28,000.00 per acre, while the property of the well-know local lawyer (not Tom-LYING-son) acreage has been assessed at $1,578.00 per acre..... and Chester Randolph "feels" he's done a great job..

The Board of Assessors should be immediately dismissed and Council issue a

In a follow up to yesterday's item about Kennedy heirs being arrested.. more specifics were released - Online story: "The son and granddaughter of Robert Kennedy, who were arrested after a rowdy party Sunday night at the illustrious family's Cape Cod home, were belligerent when confronted by police officers, breaking household items, sticking a tongue out at cops and inciting a mob that screamed, "You don't know who you're messing with," a police report revealed on Wednesday." -- "you don't know who you're messing with"? I think the police knew very well who they were "messing with:.. unfortunately, the :being messed with" people don't realize Uncle Ted isn't around to buy off the police and politicians anymore.
