Speaking of Sports' announcers bias, on Saturday, I heard an ESPN "announcer" declare it was a bad day for the SEC as Michigan beat Florida.. of course, he didn't mention that Florida was playing without 10 players who were suspended by the school.. The (_*_) also didn't mention that the SEC schools won the 10 other games they played on Saturday plus the won it won on Thursday. Hmmm.. let's see, the 11-1... I'd say the SEC opening weekend was pretty good.

Well the Championship Bowl Committee answered one of its questions Saturday night.. Alabama will be there, and all they have to do is let the rest of the teams beat each other up to see who HAS to play Bama in the finals

L-E headline/story: "MCSD special ed director: We ‘decided to start over’ * MCSD’s 32,000-student district includes approximately 4,500 with a disability, Mary Lewis said. To comply with federal law, the district must prepare an Individualized Education Plan for each special-needs student each year." -- Is it really feasible... possible.. that 14%... 1-in-7 MCSD students are classified with disabilities? What's worse, the 4,500 such is a "state" number while the MCSD uses 5.600... which makes the percentages even worse (17.5%... basically 6%).. Curious, and just asking.. could it be that there be a flaw in the determination testing?
---
You know.. how does a city which has grown from 160,000 in 1959 to 200,000 nearly 60 years later become stagnant at 32,000 students in public schools? Yes, the MCSD system hit 32,000 students in it's 1959 school year.. I guess it's because so many parents opt to pay their school taxes but send their children to private schools.. You know.. it's facts like this that make such a good argument for every family to get school vouchers and pick what schools they want to send their childen.

Online headline/story: "Senator John McCain is once again sounding off against President Trump in an attempt to stay relevant * "We must respect his authority and constitutional responsibilities. We must, where we can, cooperate with him. But we are not his subordinates. We don't answer to him. We answer to the American people," McCain wrote in a Washington Post op-ed." -- Good grief... the WaPo? ..just shows how arrogant establishment Repubs (Dems, too) are..there's been such a drought of leadership among the Republicans that they resent who the people chose last November.
---
Cologuard....You've probably caught its ad on TV... it's a do-it-yourself colon cancer home test. You get a kit, take a poop..scoop, then mail it off for lab testing.. You know..aside from it being..well, what it is, doesn't the Post Office have rules about what you can mail? I'd think this would be high on the PO's list..I mean,we know at least 1 or 2 boxes are going to end up in the Dead Letter Office, and PO guy is going to have to open it months later when it's potently "ripe".

Online story: " A lawsuit is being filed against the City of Charlottesville, the Charlottesville Chief of Police, and the Superintendent of the Virginia State Police on behalf of a man who claims he was assaulted by white supremacists and neo-Nazi protesters during the events on August 12." -- Good grief.. the (_*_) was there because he chose to be there, and what occurred would not have if the Democrats' "antifa" masked and armed storm troopers had not initiated interaction .. In fact, the whole demonstration would have been a "nothingburger" had the mainscream media/Antifa simply taken the weekend off and do something fun or productive.

You know, there's a no-cost item that would probably eliminate 99% of abortions... personal responsibility and accountability..
---
Online headline: "The Obamas are rumored to be looking at Caroline Kennedy’s property in Martha’s Vineyard, which could cost up to $27 million" -- You know what would be "poetic justice"? Trump should buy these properties and donate them for R&R facilities for recuperating military vets and their families. I'm sure a foundation would pop up immediately to cover costs for Vets and their families.

Online story: "Actor and director George Clooney says his latest film “Suburbicon” is a movie for an “angry” America, inspired by Donald Trump’s presidential campaign. * The Oscar winner, who was in Venice, Italy, for the Venice Film Festival on Saturday, said his latest directorial effort is an angry movie for an angry country – his own. * "A lot of us are angry — angry at ourselves, angry at the way that the country is going, angry at the way the world is going," -- "a lot of us are angry"? Hmmm... me thinks George is a few months late reaching out to the American people who decided WE were angry at what liberalism has done to America, and America's place of leadership in the world... AND WE DID SOMETHING ABOUT IT! And we're going to do something about the Clooneys, too... we're gonna make him ANGRIER by boycotting his films in the future
Oh, and "his angry people" aren't going to see his movie either, well. unless he gives them all free tickets.

Online story: "EMS union president Daniel Nemeth told Fox 8 Cleveland on Friday that the offer to participate in a pregame ceremony sounded great until a dozen Browns players refused to stand for the anthem, in support of free agent quarterback Colin Kaepernick.: -- You know, those NFL players who disrespect our Country in spite of the opportunities they have gotten in America that they would nt... no CANNOT, get in any other country should put their money where their mouths are.. They should walk away from the NFL and start up their own football league. We'll quickly see how long it lasts when fans can "vote" with how they spend their money on tickets,

Online headline: "Trump touts US 'nuclear capabilities' as option for dealing with North Korea in call with Japan" -- Good grief! Our Intelligence Agencies should just let Trump know when Kin Jong Oooops is meeting at his weapons facilities, then carper bomb the area with "mother pf all bombs" and just bury him and his staff with their weapons.

The world of snowflakes and millennials and mainscream media is about to take dive like lemming going over a cliff! President Trump has traded in his Samsung Galaxy S3 for.. .. (drum roll please) for... AN iPHONE!
---
Mainscream media is so gullible (nicer than calling them "stupid")... it believes whatever it wants to believe about Trump.. and usually fall like Br'er Fox and Br'er Bear do for Br'er Rabbits pleading about not throwing him into that briar patch.. One lib reporter (Kif Leswing) said in a story that, "Trump's iPhone could be configured remotely by a White House staffer through software called MDM, Apple blogger and podcaster John Gruber wrote on Sunday. * Aside from Trump's lack of familiarity with computers, the most likely reason for the restriction is security — the president's phone is a target for hackers around the world, so it needs to be completely locked-down to make it harder to hack." -- You know, Trump is my age.. and I bought my first personal computer in 1985 when I was 38,because I saw one at a Radio Shack Consumer Store, and bought it on the spot because I realized that not only were these going into private homes, but that if I did not know how to use one myself, the world would pass me by.. I believe the "computer dunce" here is Kif Leswing, not President Trump.

Online headline/story: "Madonna reveals move to Portugal, teases new music * “This will be the next Chapter in My Book! It’s time to conquer the world from a different vantage point!!”" -- Oh, no! Another Madonna book! Hope this one's not XXX-rated like her first one! On he bright side.. she's keeping.. at least temporarily keeping ... the promise she made about Trump winning.. let's keep Trump in office in 2020 as well, and maybe Madonna will be 'retired" when she feels she can come back to America.. In the mean time, maybe Congress will enact a law about Citizens who leave America losing it if they are gone for more that 24 months..

L-E headline/story: "MILITARY SERVICE * Celebration planned for 11 brothers who gave 158 years of military service * On Labor Day, the descendants of Ben and Hattie will celebrate the family’s unique contribution to the country at the National Infantry Museum, where four pavers honoring all 11 brothers are now installed on Heritage Walk. * The pavers will be dedicated at 10:30 a.m. in a special ceremony on Inouye Field, adjacent to the museum. Ten of the brothers will attend the event. Also in attendance will be their uncle, retired U.S. Marine Gunnery Sgt. L-E "soundoff": " Historic note - Those groups stating “my country,”
remember the first two men who had died for this country, Peter Salem and
Crispus Attucks, were black men.We complain about how our students seem to be
uninformed about our American history, but perhaps having them "misinformed" is
even worse... Crispus Attuck was killed in the Boston Massacre in 1770, along
with 4 other Boston citizens who were protesting a British soldier striking a
boy for complaining about a Britix=sh officer being late in paying for a rip to
a barber shop.. Attuck, who was using an assumed name because he was a runaway
slave from a Framingham. MA citizen, is listed as the fisrt colonist killed in
the Boston Massacre, but unwarranted killings of American colonist began long
before this, The Peter Salem mention didn't die until August of 1816.. hardly a
casualty of the American Revolution. Salem was a noted soldier of such and
participated in the 1775 confrontation at Concord more than a year before the
Declaration of Independenc was signed and delivered. This nby no means is to
negate the importance of Crispus Attucks nor Peter Salem, but just to not let
misinformation gravitate into "fact"( something the L-E has no interest in
doing).

L-E story: "Players watch a ball fly toward the fence on Saturday at the
South Commons softball stadium. The complex attracted 150 teams to Columbus over
the Labor Day weekend for the 10th annual Black Softball Circuit tournament." --
I'm serious.. how can the L-E support... report .. on a purposefully segregated
event, and blame social ills on whites?

From the "only in the world of liberalism does this make sense" department
- L-E headline/story: " Auburn Public Library will eliminate overdue fines *
The report says the board wishes to make the library accessible to as many
people as possible, and that approximately 15 percent of registered patrons no
longer can use the library because of the fines and fees on their accounts. Some
can’t afford to pay them. * By eliminating overdue fines, the library board
hopes to see more people using the library. * People with overdue items will not
be allowed to borrow any additional items. Once an item is 30 days overdue, the
patron will be billed for the replacement cost of the item. However, if the
patron returns the item, any replacement charges will be waived." -- Hmmm..
eliminate fines so person with overdue material will return them, but also
eliminate those persons' library privileges// hmmm.. that'll get back all that
material for sure.... NOT! Good grief.. this is even worse that asking them to
bring that stuff back then giving them borrowing privileges again...
