Another, now attributed to ISIS, truck attack of pedestrians/bikers happened in NYC yesterday. There was a time this could not have happened, but NYC has built so many bicycle/pedestrian lanes by forbidding cars et al that now there are no traffic jams to block suicide drivers from getting at people.

You know, the basic crimes Mueller got Grand Jury verdicts on were built around "lying  to the FBI"..I'm guessing to get the Grand Jury to bring back "True Bills" for lying, then Mueller must have presented  evidence via video or documented interview transcripts.  Doesn't that make Comey's assertion ludicrous that no such procedure was followed when Hellary was questioned?

With regard to that issue, you should never look at Recorder’s Court as a revenue source, but rather a place where people can come to present their case.”" -- Judge Hunter is right.. but that does not change the dangers of those who run red-lights..One of the reasons this is a problem is the inconsistency of the timing sequences of traffic signal lights.. Perhaps a "strobe" light flashing in the last 2-seconds of a "green light" would prepare drivers to be anticipating an upcoming stop. perhaps varying the length of time the "yellow" command based on the posted speed limit at the light, and one of the obvious aids would be with the "walk/don't walk" signals.. some hit "zero", and the light change is initiated immediately, and some "walk/don't walk" signals hit "zero" and there is a variable delay before the light sequence is initiated. The Traffic Engineer should be responsible for making out multi-million dollar traffic signal system consistent everywhere in town.

Because of this historic number of appeals, we directed and dedicated all of our resources to processing and reviewing those appeals,” said Deputy Chief Appraiser John Williams, addressing councilors during a consent agenda/work session. “... As you would imagine, that four months of allocating all our resources to appeals has caused our normal workload not to be accomplished." -- Good grief! The Tax Assessors could have avoided this "snafu" simply by adopting the 2016 assessment values which would have given them and home/business owners more time to prepare/research the chaos presented on short notice (June 1st - August 14th).. Now the real question is whether "more" or "BETTER" employees is the answer.
