With all the exposures of Congressional dalliances and taxpayer funded payoffs/hush money, I think it's time for President Trump yo order 5-year forensic audits of EVERY Representative and Senators office budgets, and if anything is questionable in any budget, the extend the audit to every year they have served.

If you want to point a finger at any one person for Kim Jong Ooooops having ICBM missiles, point it directly at former president Slick Willie Clinton.. Remember Yah Lin "Charlie" Trie.. and Chinagate? Yah Lin "Charlie" Trie was a restaurant owner in Little Rock, and raised some $600,000.00 for the DNC for Clinton's re-election from Chinese sources..How about Johnny Chung... partner with Liu Chaoying who was a Lt. Colonel in the People’s Liberation Army... another $401,000.00 to the DNC for Clinton.. ($35K directly from the Chinese government and $366K from Chung). and how about John Huang.. Huang would serve as a fundraiser for Clinton’s 1992 campaign. He became an expert in fundraising among different Asian-American communities. In late 1993, Clinton appointed Huang to serve as deputy assistant secretary for international economic affairs at the Commerce Department. Huang got a severance package of $750,000 from the Lippo Group (below). In 1995, Clinton recommended him to work at the DNC. In 1996, approximately $1 million in donations to the Democrats were from people with close ties to the Lippo Group. One of them was Hashim Ning who was a business partner with the Riady family. Hashim sent $500,000 to his daughter Soraya and his son-in-law Arief Wiriadinata. From November 1995 to July 1996, they donated $450,000 to the DNC. In 1996, John Huang would raise $3.4 million for the Democratic Party. More than half of this money was returned because some of these donations were foreign. There were several more such "contributors", but let's move on to 1999... As president, Bill Clinton essentially wiped out any strategic advantage the U.S. had by selling advanced U.S. missile technology to our enemy, the People’s Republic of China. “One of the key technological breaks China received, without having to spy to get it, was the deliverance of supercomputers once banned from export for security reasons,” writes Horowitz. * “Supercomputers underpin the technology of nuclear and missile warfare, and not only for firing and controlling the missiles. A supercomputer can simulate a nuclear test and is thus crucial to the development of nuclear warheads." -- This info was from WaPo, NYT and Capital Research Center articles (

Since it's been in the news recently, I'm going to recall a comment I made back in March of 2014 about Mayor Tom-LYING-son's "high speed train": "Mayor Tomlinson's claim of a 60 minute ride to the Atlanta airport now includes a stop in Newnan for passenger pick up. * Not only does a planned stop shoot holes in her "60 minute" claim, it also pretty much reveals that there will not be enough Columbus passengers going to-fro Atlanta to justify a high speed rail to be built here.. Newnan will probably have more passenger interest than Columbus to begin with as it's a "bedroom community" of Atlanta. So, if most passengers on the return trips get off in Newnan, that would mean ongoing passengers loads to Columbus would me minimal" .. and it doesn't appear that anything has changed in the last 3-and-a-half years...other than it looks like the "60 Minutes" has changed to about "71 minutes"

You know.. now that the "covers have been thrown back" in Congress and Hollywood exposing the sexual predators.. maybe now would be a good time to go after Roman Polanski...with earnest effort.

Online story: "Linda Tripp -- who helped bring President Bill Clinton's relationship with Monica Lewinsky to light -- has come forward with new allegations of sexual misconduct against the former president. *Before being sent to the Pentagon, the former White House staffer alleges the housekeeping staff were afraid to bend over in front of the President in fear of his supposedly lewd impulses." -- And we now know Clinton's "lewd impulses" were far from "supposed"..

I touched on it yesterday, but after thinking more about it more, why is the MCSD "hush hush" on the 3 possible locations on the CHS campus for building the new "wrestling/weight, and later added, cheerleader practice room? You would think that the MCSD administration would welcome input from the CHS staff as to what effect such location would have.. good and bad.

From the "is there any illegal drug that mainscream media won't try to protect" department - Online headline/story: "U.S. Coast Guard reportedly turning boats into floating prisons for drug smugglers * Seth Freed Wessler reported on this for the New York Times and told PRI that, when these drug smugglers are captured, they are taken aboard and sometimes chained to the deck until they can be transported to the U.S. for trial. * However, this waiting period on board can last weeks or even months and the coast guard can do this under the caveat that the smugglers aren't really under arrest until they reach U.S. shores. * Wessler says that, because of transport delays, the suspected drug smugglers are being carted around for an average of 18 days." -- Good grief.. when the Coast Guard ship is deployed "on mission", it prepares for a specific length of time before it returns to base.. the Coast Guard has no reason to return every time it picks up one drug smuggler as leaving it's assigned area of patrol every time it catches one would allow 2 or more other drug smugglers to get through without any Coast Guard ships being in that area.

I listened in to the last MCSD meeting portion on SPLOST project construction.. One thing really blew my mind is when the head of construction commented to questions about adding theater lighting to the Hardaway stage/auditorium improvements.. The chair asked if he knew the cost of such and whether or not it would come back to the MCSB for approval.. The speaker said, he hoped it would not come back, but he wouldn't know whether it could be done until the drawings were presented to the contractor, and the contractor came back with a GUARANTEED maximum price for the already approved construction.. Good grief.. if someone asked me to give a quote for the MAXIMUM I could ever get in payment, my "quote" would be as high as I could make it and still be under the MAXIMUM approved project costs because I'd know I had the job, and would be dealing with government people breathing over my shoulder. How about giving the drawings to three (or more) firms and see how LOW they will do the job for.

UpChuck Schmoozer is the epitome of the Washington swamp creatures. When he has a chance and sit down with Trump to talk about an economy-boosting-middle-class-tax-cut, Schmoozer opts out to rant from the floor of the out-of-session Senate. And then he's more concerned about spending more on DACA and OObamaCRAP than putting money in Americans' pockets.
---
Speaking of UpChuck Schmoozer.. he and Queen Pelosi decided not to attend the Congressional leaders meeting with President Trump at the White House yesterday..Trump made sure media knew it, too.. he had empty chairs on either side of him with their names in front of them.. Reminds me of another "empty chair debate".. the Eastwood-Obama one.. How can the Democrat Congressional members allow Schmoozer and Pelosi to continue their positions of "leadership".. are the other Democrats like the lemming the Pied Piper sent over the cliff?
---
Oh.. and how canSen UpChuck Schmoozer talk about a bipartisan tax bill when he says there is nothing of value in it that the Republicans have proposed, while skipping the opportunity to express his thoughts and ideas.. My guess is that the only thoughts and ideas Schmoozer has are one that protect the deductions his wealthy New York donors get.
---
Good grief..Senator UpChuck Schmoozer says he can't vote for a tax bill that may change after variables change. Can Schmoozer name any bill he's ever voted for that accomplished good things for the future of America?

Soapbox Moment: Once again.. we still have another year of John Pezold's personal interests to live with as the GA House District 133 Representative.. I hope we survive. Last year, he co-lead the onslaught of our Constitutionally upheld Tax Freeze with Mayor Tom-LYING-son. This year, he's decided to back Buzz Brockway for GA Secretary of State in spite of Columbus' own Josh McKoon running for the same post. Pezold's "excuse" is that he made a promise BEFORE he knew McKoon would join in running for the position. I ask.. does this not reek of what "backroom political promise"" have done over the years? The Republicans do need to get their candidate elected as the Secretary of State's office is in control of keeping our voting lists "fraud free". Buzz Brockway may be a very good choice..and if he should get the call, I'll probably vote for him.. (I'll go so far as to promise now to send his campaign a donation should he win the primary).. but.. winning is the key for GA's future, and if Brockway wins, there is little chance that Columbus's Democrat leaning voter populace will help. Now, if Josh McKoon is the Republican choice, Columbus and Georgia both win.. (and I cannot name another Columbus patron who has held a GA state-wide office since I started voting in 1965) Having the Secretary of State from Columbus will be a plum for us.. and.. if Josh McKoon is the Republican choice, even the L-E will have to consider that what's best is having a local citizen in office rather than endorsing whomever the Democrats nominate. I have one question to ask Pezold.. what did he get in return for making a promise to support Brockway.. surely Brockway would understand if he broke away to support Josh McKoon. And I'm pretty sure if an elected Representative of of Brockway's hometown of Lawrenceville were in the same predicament because he/she committed to an out-of-towner before knowing about Brockway's intentions, the other candidate would understand.

Well the FBS rankings are out.. Clemson, Auburn, Oklahoma, and Wisconsin in the Top 4 slots with Alabama 5th and UGA 6th (and 7th Miami and 8th Ohio State being coached by rather recent ex-SEC head coaches) Wow.. six of the top 8 teams are either SEC teams or coached by SEC tempered coaches.. Now.. what happens if .. when.. UGA beats Auburn in the SEC Championship.. will Auburn, which played 3 number 1 ranked teams this year *(winning 2 in the last 3 weeks) be bumped out, and will number 5 Alabama move in or will UGA jump Alabama. Maybe the FBS should demand that every conference winner must have played at least one winning-record SEC team to be considered for a Top 4 position for the Championship series.

From the "once again, it's our jury system that fails justice. not law enforcement or DAs" department - Online headline/story: "US jury acquits accused Benghazi attack organizer of most serious charges * A U.S. jury on Tuesday acquitted accused Islamic militant Ahmed Abu Khatallah of the most serious charges he faced in connection with a 2012 attack on a U.S. diplomatic compound in Benghazi, Libya that killed U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three other Americans. * The jury in U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia found Khatallah guilty on only four of the 18 counts he faced and acquitted him on murder and other charges, according to the Justice Department. * He was convicted on one count of conspiracy to provide material support to terrorists, one count of providing material support to terrorists, one count of maliciously destroying property and one count of using and carrying a semiautomatic weapon during a violent crime, according to a spokesman for the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia." -- How can a person be convicted of providing "material support to terrorists" and "carrying a semiautomatic weapon during a violent crime" and not be guilty of murders committed during that crime? Reminds me of a recent local Columbus, GA jury acquittal of gang members who plotted the death of another, and the jury cleared them of "Felony Gang Activity".. presumably because the jury had to feel that it must be "normal gang activity".
