For years/decades, liberal elitists in education and psychology have chastised parents for correcting, pushing, urging their children to excel, improve their skills, or become leaders because it might damage their self-esteem. Now we have a generation suffering from obesity, lack of self-confidence to take personal control of their lives, and content to vote for government nannyism. Its time to take back the education system, the government, and our grandchildren's futures.

How can an appellate court consider a judge asking the prosecutor if he is satisfied at establishing 'venue' for a case is something unfair to the defendant?
