From the 'he shoulda listened to his mama' department - Online story: "ONONDAGA, N.Y. -- Police say a motorcyclist participating in a protest ride against helmet laws in upstate New York died after he flipped over the bike's handlebars and hit his head on the pavement." -- Had to be a DUMB&DUMBERat.

Online headline: "Joe Biden Joins Twitter: Vice President's Office Will Tweet From @VP" -- Great.. now we'll not only have to think..'did he just say what I heard him say', but we'll have the transcript as well.

From L-E story: "A federal appellate court ruling that Atlanta legally can tap water from Lake Lanier came as good news last week to that growing metropolitan area in the tri-state water war, but the impact of the opinion was murkier downstream in Columbus, local experts said. * The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals threw out a lower court’s ruling that would have curtailed Atlanta’s access to the reservoir beginning next year, and gave the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers a year to reassess Georgia’s request for more water before releasing a new water control plan." -- The suit could have been a win-win for all Georgians, Alabamians, and Floridians if the suit waqs to cut access to Lake Lanier UNTIL Atlanta complied with earlier court orders to clean up it's sewer system. No Appeals Court would have overturned that case because the Court would have sounded 'anti-green', and none of the judges would ever have a chance at being nominated to the US Supreme Court.

I wish the Casey Anthony Trial would end! I've missed having Fox News as a constant source of real news.
