Scandal after scandal seem to popping up concerning city departments answering to the City Manager and his ACMs. Claiming lack of knowledge not only doesn't cut it, maybe there should be an investigation of the City Manager's capability of running that office. Maybe new office wear should be distributed to the City Manager and his staff.... I suggest "It wasn't me", "I don't Know", and "It's not my job" T-shirts.
