Government Motors paid for at least 6 ads in the Super Bowl. 6 ads at $3.5 Million each is a total of $21 Million paid to GE. That's the same GE that paid no - nada - zilch in corporate income taxes last year, The same GE supporting the demise of incandescent light bulbs. The same GE who's chairman was the lead advisor to potUS O'Blather's economic plan. Oh, and GM want sell anymore VOLT vehicles than idf no GM ads were run at all.

Who'da thunk it... Cee Lo Green doesn't look good in a sequined gown.

Whatta government we have! If someone else's child is underweight, our government wants to take away our money to feed it; if our child is overweight, the government wants to take away more of your money to feed it differently, AND your child, too.
---
Rick Santorum is losing it.. big time! Now he's campaigning that he's the only Republican that can beat potUS O'Blather. At this point, any of the Republican candidates (well, maybe not Ron Paul)can beat potUS O'Blather. Santorum should be campaigning on why Republican voters should elect him to be their candidate.
---
Everybody pull for Roseanne Barr to be nominated for the Green Party's candidate to be president.. that another liberal who definitely want be voting for potUS O'Blather again.

A Des Moines, Iowa high school teacher has given his students an assignment comparing Communism vs Capitalism, which would be OK if the teacher provided neutral data, but this is not the case. Even the HuffPost survey of people reading the article proved it. 39.8% of the poll respondents supported the Iowa teacher's presentation...39.8%, that's almost exactly the percentage of voters who will vote for any DIM&DUMBERat candidate in every election.
---
Online headline: "Obama: 'I Deserve A Second Term' -- Well said, but who do you think he'll vote for anyway...potUS O'Blather is one of the 39.8% leading the Occupy White House movement.
---
Online story: "CNN Host John King had his own 'oops' moment on Saturday night while covering the Nevada caucus. * While breaking down the results of the GOP contest, he referred to Mitt Romney as "Governor Mormon." * Discussing each candidate's religion, King said, "Obviously, Governor Mormon is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints." -- What's John King doing, campaigning to be Joe Biden's replacement on the potUS O'Blather team?
---
L-E story: ""Mayor Teresa Tomlinson said she is neither a supporter nor opponent of the TSPLOST. She said she has questions that need to be answered before she can take a position". -- Guess she's waiting for the right (or is it 'left') breeze to knock her off the fence? Right now it's just that she can't support the TSPLOST until after she can get the tax freeze increase into her wallet to spend.
---
It's not just about the TSPLOST, it's about a 25% state sales tax increase so the GA Legislature can fully raid the gasoline tax fund for other uses...sorta like what the Washington Congress legislatures have done to the Social Security tax fund.
---
L-E story: "Anthony Alvarado, 26, faces charges of serious injury by vehicle, no state driver’s license, no state tag and no proof of insurance, reports state. * (his infant) was taken to The Medical Center and then to Childrens at Scottish Rite in Atlanta, Walton said. " -- While our hearts hurt for him and his child, who says that illegal immigration is a victimless crime... our wallets are taking another big hit.

Yesterday around 9:45, I drove past a seeming traffic stop on 2nd Ave (near 19th Street), but there was quite a spectacle going on. There was a red SUV pulled up in a drive way, and 4, count them, 4 police vehicle pulled up behind it on the street. None of the officers had a gun pulled so I assumed it must not be an obvious danger situation. As I thought about that, I figured that for 4 police vehicles, lights-a-flashing, to be there at one time, either traffic offenders elsewhere were having a field day, or some sort of speed trap was being held on 2nd Ave to arrest the church crowd heading downtown.
