L-E headline: "FALLING THROUGH THE CRACKS * Suspect in Cusseta double homicide has history of troubles, second chances" -- I think it's going to take a class action suit by area citizens against the judges and lawyers who failed to protect citizens by not enforcing the full sentences this man (et al) has avoided by poor sentencing and incarceration follow up. Some criminals do merit a second chance, but surely not third or fourth ones.

The whitewater project started out as a vision to restore the Chattahoochee to it's pre-dams state of the early years of Columbus... quite a worthy project.
