If students flunk four out of five parts of the test, the problem has to be with the test. * Will the state analyze these results and change the test, or continue to pummel students, administrators and teachers? When will the people start demanding a reform of the testing procedures used in this state? " -- The problem is not the test... dumbing down tests to raise scores is not a long term solution.
