Our presidents do not even have line item veto on the budget, so how does 00-bama feel/think he can do this to a law?  Even our Supreme Court will only override a law if it is defies our Constitution. When Zimmerman's lawyer asked the witness to explain exactly what he taught Zimmerman, the judge said she would explain Florida's law when she charged the jury.
