July 1st... today I retire my second Schick Hydro 5 razor cartridge of 2013, and put in the third one. If you haven't switched for value, do so for comfort. This is an unsolicited testimony.

When I hear the word "beach' mentioned, my thoughts head to the Gulf of Mexico. When I hear the words "beach" and "polluted", I think about a couple of weeks in March-April also known as Spring Break. Apparently, though, we have an agency, the Natural Resources Defense Council, who has a rating system for a different kind of 'polluted beaches'. The Top 11 are in California, Indiana, New Jersey, Ohio, New York and Wisconsin. Pollution must be a political/cultural thing.

Online headline: "Rare dinosaur skeleton heading to Smithsonian" -- Ooops, my bad. Thought the casket pf one of the Founding Fathers, Constitution penner James Madison, was being moved.

---

Online story: "CAIRO, June 30 (Reuters) - Egypt's ruling Muslim Brotherhood said its Cairo headquarters came under attack on Sunday from scores of anti-government protesters firing shotguns and throwing petrol bombs and rocks." -- Hmmm, we no longer have to wonder which Muslim terrorist group is Judas 00-bama going to side with.. the first Muslim rebels overthrowing the government or the Muslim rebels now in office?

---

Online story: " Mohamed Morsi, member of the Muslim Brotherhood and the current President of Egypt, sparked intense controversy around the world by openly usurping the Egyptian constitution and issuing a decree that will more than likely lead to the retrial of former President Hosni Mubarak and his aides. In addition the decree from Morsi shielded a largely Islamist-dominated assembly, which is writing Egypt’s new constitution," -- "sparked controversy around the world by openly usurping the Egyptian constitution"? Hmmm, wonder what Judas 00-bama "sparked" trying to usurp our Constitution?

I heard that the Florida Court system doesn't think "creepy ass cracker" is racist enough.

---

Was that another gay-slurist (_*_) B*ldwin Crapital One ad I saw last night?

---

I have one soul-searching question to ask mainstream media: Why is Alex Baldwins' apology accepted, why was the "creepy ass cracker" comment a non-event, but Paula Deen's apology is conse=idered her last words before she is drawn & quartered?

The NFL marketing department must be ecstatic about the (_*_) Hernandez arrest... Group sales of Patriot #81 jerseys should see a substantial rise in its group/gang sales.

---

Online story: "OAKLAND, Calif. (AP) -- Two of San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit's largest unions went on strike after weekend talks with management failed to produce a new contract, ensuring a nightmarish journey ahead for Monday commuters." -- Hmmm, and our mayor wants to spend billions on high speed rails to Atlanta, when a walk-out can bring high-speed to a screeching halt.

---

Online headline: "D.H. Lee flips off the crowd at the AT&T National" -- Bet Korea claims he thought it was the American wave taught to them by Ambassador Dennis Rodman.

---

STARKE, Fla. — A group of atheists unveiled a monument to their nonbelief in God on Saturday to sit alongside a granite slab that lists the Ten Commandments in front of the Bradford County courthouse.

Hmmm, is "nonbelief" considered a 'belief'? Anyway, the group that gathers around the 10 Commandments will protect their butts until God calls on them.

---

Random question... When you look at that Made in China label in your 100% natural fiber clothing, do you really believe that?

---

Online story: "The NFL marketing department must be ecstatic about the (_*_) Hernandez arrest... Group sales of Patriot #81 jerseys should see a substantial rise in its group/gang sales.

---

Online story: " President Barack Obama is expressing his condolences to the families of the 19 firefighters who died battling an Arizona wildfire. * Obama says the firefighters were heroes and highly skilled professionals who quote -- "put themselves in harm's way to protect the lives and property of fellow citizens they would never meet." -- Hmm, "to put themselves in harm's way to protect the lives and property of fellow citizens"? Too bad Judas 00-bama doesn't feel the same way about US Border Guards doing the same thing.

---

Online story: "Lady Gaga sang “The Star-Spangled Banner” to kick off New York City’s gay pride celebration Friday night, amending some of the famous lyrics to fit the occasion on the heels of the Supreme Court’s two gay marriage rulings. * Clutching a small rainbow flag, Gaga sang at the end, “O say does that star-spangled flag of pride yet wave” and then substituted “land of the free, and the home for the gay” instead of “home of the brave.” -- Well, how about we take up a contribution to buy her a one-way ticket to sing the Iran to sing the Muslim National Anthem at the next soccer game there. Yeah, one-way ticket, because she wouldn't need a return fare following denigrating a Muslim anthem.

---

Online story: "Jennifer Lopez sang “Happy Birthday” to the leader of a country that Human Rights Watch describes as “among the most repressive in the world.” * But the pop diva’s rep said JLo wouldn’t have performed the show in Turkmenistan had she known there were human-rights issues there." -- Next, I suppose, her "rep' will be saying she wouldn't have voted for Judas 00-bama..again.. "if she'd known"/

The response to a comment in yesterday's blog has spurred this letter to the L-E:

Whether the mainstream media or the Democratic Party believe it, the U.S. Constitution is a remarkable document. Recently, some cities and several states have initiated laws adding penalty taxes to the purchasers of guns and/or ammunition. Where is the ACLU? Like voting, the right of a law abiding U.S. citizen owning guns and ammunition is also protected by this remarkable document. The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that no qualified American citizen has to pay a 'poll tax' in order to vote because this right is guaranteed by our Constitution. Now, doesn't it make just as good sense for the US Supreme Court to ban any taxes, including specialty and sales taxes, on the purchase of guns and ammunition for those guns, based on the same Constitutional right?

---

The U.S Constitution is a remarkable document... don't let the mainstream media or Judas 00-bama and the Democratic Party try to make it a "remakable" document.

---

L-E headline/story: "MORE SILVER THEFTS IN GREEN ISLAND * According to the police report, the Mountainbrook Court burglary happened sometime between 6 p.m. Monday and 6 p.m. Wednesday." -- This was discovered on Wednesday, and we are just being clued in on Monday? If the L-E is not going to comb the police records daily, the police department OWES it to Columbus to publish daily crime reports online so we can know what we are dealing with. Council, step up to the plate.

---

L-E story: "After nearly a decade of planning and preparation, a 280-acre mixed-use community called “Old Town” is poised to begin rising from the rocky, rolling earth near the northwest intersection of Veterans Parkway and Whitesville Road in north Columbus." -- ???? the "northwest intersection of Veterans Parkway and Whitesville Road "? Maybe my Google Maps & GPS systems are screwy, but the northwest intersection property at Whitesville & Veterans is already commercially developed. Mike's #2 Chevron & Mini-Mart already occupies that site.

---

L-E headline: "Pothole poses peril for peddlers on path"{ -- Well, welcome to 'share the road". Cars have to dodge'em too,

---

L-E's "Thought for Today": “The more we learn the more we realize how little we know.” — R. Buckminster Fuller (1895-1983). -- What would Fuller think if he knew that Judas 00-bama was president?

---

From L-E story: "Obama says fear too often prevails in nations across Africa. He cited Muslim nations like Mali and Somalia and said too often terrorism perverts the meaning of Islam. " -- "perverts the meaning of Islam"? Oh, is Judas 00-bama compring the Islam concept in Mali/Somalia with the generous peace-loving Islam concept im Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Egypt, Syria, Lebanon, Libya et al?

---

From L-E story on new development: "Woodruff will begin selling lots for homes by late this summer or early fall, with home prices ranging from $200,000 to $2 million. Pre-leasing of apartments also starts this fall, with units available by next February. But this will not be a gated community, she said. " -- $2,000,000.00 homes in a non-gated, high density neighborhood? That's incredible. Now the owners of a $2 Million dollar home can have it all... section 8 neighbors and public & school bus stops in their front yards.

---

No wonder Judas 00-bama is hiding in Africa. From an online story: "On Saturday, Vice President Joe Biden spoke at a major Virginia fundraiser, pushing himself as a possible 2016 presidential contender. “With virtually zero support from the Republicans, the president and I have moved the country from the worst recession since the Great Depression to 38 months of private-sector growth,” -- Yeah they "moved it"... and like all the other BS they "move", it's in the toilet and being flushed down the tube,

---

L-E's "Late laughs": " PRESIDENT OBAMA gave a big speech on climate change. He believes global warming is getting worse because apparently he’s sweating a lot more during his second term. — Jay Leno" -- Leno nails it again..may start staying up to watch him again.
