I tell you what... conflicting ideas about the future of the Liberty District and proposals of revamping Martin Luther King  Blvd are refreshing. In the past, one-directed-direction by the black bloc vote has crippled politics and growth in Columbus, so maybe the black community is relooking at how discussing growth openly and civilly is to the good of the community we all live in.

In many cases, such access also includes state health care benefits." -- GA is not one of the 20, but Alabama is. Most of the 20 states are looking into this practice, but don't hold your breath.. not much will change as it means fgoing against the teachers' unions.
