The defense attorney has tried to inject aspects of the jury pool is unfair because no black males were called in the 48 person jury pool. Earlier he tried to inject the possibility that the baby's father could be an alternate suspect. Even worse was the Secretary of the local NAACP tried to float the second theory on FaceBook.
