Our justice system is based on the tenet of "Justice is blind". Well, it
used to be when it worked. A plague has returned... To the mainstream media,
it's acceptable for "justice" to be "colorblind". This wasn't working 50 years
ago, and it certainly isn't working today. Liberals have determined 'racism'
and "crimes of hate' are one-way streets, and this must stop before "justice"
can right itself. It has to start at the top. Judas 00-bama is the President of
America. Trayvon Martin could have been his son; so could Christopher Lane, but
00-bama is deafeningly silent. Jesse Jackson was outraged at the death of
Trayvon Martin, but merely "frowns on" the "just for fun" murder of Christopher
Lane. Al Sharpton inflamed communities over the death of Trayvon Martin, yet Al
Sharpton hasn't even raised his hand to comment of the "just for fun" murder of
Christopher Lane. There is no one more bigoted than a victim of bigotry who
becomes a worse bigot when given the chance. Martin Luther King, Jr. would be
aiming his sermons, his passions at today's "black leaders", and begging them
to not judge people by their skin color.
---
Reported Jesse Jackson's comment yesterday. Today we have Al Sharpton's
comment: "Hey, There’s Nothing To Protest About The Christopher Lane
Killing – It Wasn’t ‘Racial’ ". Hey Al, bet Martin Luther
King, Jr. is rolling in his tomb and calling you names that end in "er" rather
than "a".. Oh, and they are proceeded by the descriptive words like "stupid" and
"idiot".

HuffPost headline: "State Of Emergency Declared For San Francisco" --
And the point? The rest of America has recognized this for years. In fact, most
of America has felt this way about most of California since Reagan was its
governor.

One of our MCSD members is floating a trial balloon on Facebook about
advertising on the sides of school buses. Says the system could generate
$500,000.00 a year form such. I say that if we sold all the buses, ended the
expenses of maintenance, drivers' salaries, and salaries & pensions of the
transportation division, we would save a lot more than that. Doing so would free
up the MCSD to sell the 44+/- acres it owns of PRIME+ real estate between
Whitesville & Veterans which, in turn would generate tons of annual tax
revenue for the city and school systems forever.
---
Another thing, the MCSD board member states that 'we' have 150 buses.
Generating $500K means each bus would have to generate $3,300+ in ad revenue.
Heck, park the buses altogether and what 'we' would save on fuel and driver
salaries alone would generate more revenue than driving them around with ads
on'em.
---
Another thing.. until the MCSD can teach its charges how to read, the ad
space being "sold' would be useless for advertisers.

Online headline/story: "Obama administration continued to fund ACORN * New
documents obtained by Judicial Watch, proves that the Obama administration
continued to fund ACORN after all funding was banned for that organization.
ACORN Housing changed their name to Affordable Housing Centers of America. All
the top officials at ACORN Housing retained the same positions at AHCOA. They
also retained the same tax number. * In 2010, AHCOA was found to have
misappropriated funds from a $3,252,399 federal grant. The Obama GAO determined
that for funding purposes, AHCOA was not a subsidiary of ACORN. * Earlier in
the year, then ranking member of the House Oversight Committee, Darrell Issa
concluded:“Committee investigators have discovered that Affordable Housing
Centers of America, Inc. maintains the same Tax Identification Number as ACORN
Housing, Inc., its predecessor. This means that, for tax purposes, Affordable
Housing Centers of America and ACORN Housing are the same.”
-- ACORN... remember ACORN.. Judas 00-bama was 'an ACORN organizer before
he found the mother lode of tax dollars to distribute. ACORN was also the worst
organization in voter registration fraud and government subsidizing. I guess
Judas 00-bama will call this another of those "phony scandals" that seem to
follow him cats following a milk truck.

Tell you what... there is chatter amongst the media and pols asking is it
time for term limits for our US Supreme Court Justices. My thoughts are opposed
to such, BUT it is time for a new standard to be declared. Supreme Court
decisions should require a 6 - to - 3 (or better) decision. Our lowest courts
require unanimous agreeance for jury verdicts. That standard would be overly
restrictive of the Supreme Court, but a super-majority agreeance would certainly
reflect the solidity of decisions; 5-4 calls leave an awful lot of doubt as to
an issue being settled. It's sorta like a 'leaner' in a game horse shoes... it
"counts" but is not definitive.

As reported yesterday, a DHS employee tasked with buying weapons has a
website dedicated to murdering white people. Has he been fired and/or arrested
yet? I think I may have already found the answer... Al and Jesse hadn't spoken
out yet.
---
Republicans should discourage conversations about impeachment trials. Get
the conversation back on target concerning Benghazi, 'fast & furious' ,
civil rights for ALL American citizens, cures for immigration problems, and turn
around the Obamarats rally call of Republicans being 'the party of "NO!"', and
establish itself as ' the party of "KNOW"!
---
Hmmm, the city of San Diego is talking about settling with Filner to step
down as mayor and taking a huge retirement package. This is wrong! The
city of San Diego should call for a recall, and until then, the other Council
members should lock Filner out of his office and Court house.
---
If the director of the FBI is concerned about Americans going to Syria (and
other radical Islamic countries), then he should just add any traveler with a
visa stamp from those countries to the "no fly" and "no-entry/re-entry "
lists.
---
I hate to see any Republicans standing on their soapboxes clamoring for
Judas 00-bama's impeachment. Even if impeachment charges were brought up and
confirmed by a Republican Congress, there'll be no Senate conviction without
Harry Reid signing onto a Senate trial.
---
Online headline: "Obama Calls Possible Syria Attack A 'Big Event Of Grave
Concern' -- Yeah, like he's gonna get buried under that line he drew in the
sand.
---
A year ago Judas 00-bama said he was drawing a line in the sand about Syria
using chemical warfare. This year he says he sees it but still wants to look
into it. I guess Judas 00-bama can both talk out of both sides of his mouth
while looking out of the sides of his eyes as well
---
How come the NSA can follow our cars by satellites but can't see people
dying from chemical weapons?
---
Yeah, since the NSA can track cars via satellites, why doesn't the NSA
track down all the "drive by" gang shootings?
---
L-E headline: "Eddings fails to attend
contempt hearing * Attorney could face arrest if he shirks next
hearing" -- So much for giving the legal system the right to clean itself
up.
---
Why is Eddings still
listed as a Committee Member on a Medical Center board?

From what I can tell, we
have 4 Delta Fights out of Columbus daily. A quick search of Orbitz for booking
for a round trip to Atlanta and back (leave this Sunday, return Tuesday) has
opening at $576.00 for the round trip. Guess Delta has to reimburse Columbus for
it's new $125K per annum airport director.
---
Update: If I want to
leave tomorrow at 5:30 PM and catch the Monday return flight from Atlanta at
1:39 PM, you can get a ticket for $826.00 round trip, but I have to hurry as
only 2 tickets remain available. Delta must also have to pay for the new
airport directors moving costs.

L-E's "Today in History": "In 1814,
during the War of 1812, British forces invaded Washington, D.C., setting fire to
the Capitol and the White House, as well as other buildings." -- Hmmm, it looks
like we may need to start a tradition for every 200 years. We have 1 year to
organize.
---
Online story: "SAN DIEGO — The California attorney general has
opened a criminal investigation of San Diego Mayor Bob Filner, who agreed to
resign after lurid sexual harassment allegations eroded his support less than
nine months on the job." -- Hmmm, maybe we should get the DNC to put pressure on
Eric Holder to investigate himself.
---
L-E
story: " A jury of high-ranking military
officers reached a unanimous guilty verdict on all 13 counts of premeditated
murder and a guilty verdict on 32 counts of attempted premeditated murder (by
Nidal Hasan). Hasan is now eligible for the death penalty. " --
"Eligible"? Why is this "man" still breathing!
---
Even
with knowledge that only students in MCSD school who are planning to go to
out-of-state schools, and already know that their GPAs are high enough take the
ACT tests, and most of those will be magnet students (or athletes), it's very
discouraging that the average score in Muscogee county is almost 10% lower that
the state average.

L-E
headline/story: "Ben Affleck to play Batman in
‘Man of Steel’ sequel * In a statement,
director Zack Snyder expressed his excitement about the casting of A›eck,
noting, “Ben provides an interesting counter-balance to Henry’s Superman. He has
the acting chops to create a layered portrayal of a man who is older and wiser
than Clark Kent and bears the scars of a seasoned crime fighter, but retain the
charm that the world sees in billionaire Bruce Wayne. I can’t wait to work with
him.” -- Good grief.. Batman is a comic character.. not a President of a
country. Why can't Snyder examine Judas 00-bama and Hillary Clinton and expose
them for who they really are under their masks &
costumes.
---
Why does the L-E
publish out-of-state liberal columnists? The L-E staff has enough to do that
daily at no additional costs.

Hey all you 60's
football fans and other CHS Blue Devil alums: Joe Lee Dunn has come home with
his bride.

The Rasmus
brothers must not know how to play the game... the inside baseball game that
is.. one mouthed off about the St Louis manager and got traded to Toronto as St
Louis went on to win the World Series, and another
has end up in the Angels organization after being traded by the Braves. St Louis
and Atlanta look like playoff shoo-ins... Toronto and the Angels.. not so
much.

Microsoft stock "soared" 7+% yesterday as the CEO announced his retirement
sometime within the next year. That's gratitude.... not! Wonder why Gates didn't
say something earlier?
