Virginia has 133 counties/cities as voting districts. Cuccinelli is ahead or won about 100 of those. Terry McAuliffe is going to win with about 48% of the vote. The 7% who voted for a 3rd party candidate just let a Democrat become the governor of Virginia by winning the entitlement inner city vote.
