HuffPost headline: "Chicago Lawyer Convicted In 'Largest Tax Fraud In History' -- Don't get your hopes up..... it's not about Judas 00-bama and 00bamaCare, though if he gets impeached by the House for lying to the public, Guinness will make the adjustment.

---
HuffPost story: "WEST POINT, N.Y. (AP) — Two West Point graduates were married Saturday in the military academy's first wedding between two men." -- Looks like the Army policy was incomplete to begin with.. it shoulda been "Don't Ask, Don't Tell, Don't Marry and Don't Embarrass the honor of West Ppoint"

---
FSU is smoking... two weeks ago, FSU demolished (Top 5 ranked at the time) undefeated Clemson, and yesterday demolished (Top 5 ranked at the time) undefeated Miami. Looks like another conference may get a shot at Alabama in the BCS Championship.

---
Online story: "Early Friday, Fox Sports' Alex Marvez reported that (Jonathon) Martin had been bullied by teammates since entering the NFL as a rookie last year. Dolphins coach Joe Philbin told reporters Friday afternoon that the organization would not tolerate bullying." -- Good grief... why would any one air team laundry in public.. the guy will be toast everytime he goes on a field... now, he's probably gonna find his jersey has Manti Te'o's name on the back.
---
Online headline: "Suspect charged with murder after LAX shooting" -- That's what's wrong with "gun free zones".. people aren't armed and able to save us the cost of medical services, a trial, and prison time.
---
Online story..update: "Authorities at the border have discovered a massive tunnel dug by Mexican drug cartels that extends from a Tijuana warehouse to a San Diego industrial building complex.
The tunnel is reported to be more than six football fields in length and includes lighting, ventilation and a railway system. * It's not the first such tunnel discovered. It is one of more than 75 such tunnels found since 2008. And there were others before then." -- Hmmm...75+ tunnels cross under the border into San Diego.. sounds like there's a "sink hole" in San Diego's future to go along with the DOJ 'stink hole".

Online story: "CNN reports that in September of 2010, in an attempt to let people keep their insurance plans, Senate Republicans tried to block the grandfather rule that is currently resulting in millions of Americans having their insurance policies cancelled. Democrats, including many who are facing re-election next year, unanimously voted to support the rule. The result, as we have seen, is two million already losing the insurance plan Obama repeatedly promised they could keep. * In its report, CNN points out that the whole point of the GOP efforts was to protect millions from losing their insurance. So what we have here is yet more proof that the GOP has been warning for years about this avoidable catastrophe, while the media and Democrats covered their ears and screamed happy talk. * In September 2010, Senate Republicans brought a resolution to the floor to block implementation of the grandfather rule, warning that it would result in canceled policies and violate President Barack Obama’s promise that people could keep their insurance if they liked it" -- Wonder if the CNN White House correspondent will be allowed to ask anymore questions at press conferences?
---
Latest from www.barackobama/organizingforaction.com : "We're hearing a lot of hot air out of Washington these days about some insurance plans that are changing -- for the better -- because of Obamacare. It can be pretty confusing to follow, and some people on the other side aren't making it any easier by being intentionally misleading." --
Passed on from a fellow BCer:
Limit all politicians to two terms.
One in office, One in prison.
It works: Detroit and Chicago already do this.

Passed on from another BCer - listen and pass along:

Virginia is this weeks ugly uniform..I've seen uglier but not by a hometeam.

There's a study....DOH! .... out there that implies that possessing a gun probably makes you a white male racist? Hmmm, I wonder if that applies only to those who bought one for themselves, or does it include people who possess one that was illegally attained?
---
A special thanks for the L-E story concerning former CPD officer, current MCSO deputy Alicia Davenport. The story reminds us of the many tine DA Slater did not pursue a death sentence of a murderer. Governor Deal... are you listening before you announce the new judgeships?
---
Stupid voter's L-E "soundoff": " Name one Republican president who has eliminated or reduced abortion." -- Let's see.. the abortion rate under Reagan leveled off during his two terms, and under Bush 41, abortions declined, and under Bush 43, abortions declined.. hey, the abortion rate had it's biggest decline during the Clinton years.. guess that happened when Newt & Co became the majority and rewrote the welfare system. Data for Judas 00-bama has not been finished, but wanna bet on the direction?

It's funny in a way... Ok, a sick way... that the shooter of a TSA agent at LAX did that... he just got the wrong one

You know, the City could save a lot of money just by issuing Proclamations and Awards via the Internet, and let the recipients have them mounted and/or framed.
