Stupid voter's L-E "soundoff": " Name one Republican president who has eliminated or reduced abortion." -- Let's see.. the abortion rate under Reagan leveled off during his two terms, and under Bush 41, abortions declined, and under Bush 43, abortions declined.. hey, the abortion rate had it's biggest decline during the Clinton years.. guess that happened when Newt & Co became the majority and rewrote the welfare system.
