Online story: "Johnson's library is trying to change the focus of future
conversations and scholarly work surrounding his time in office by shifting
toward the landmark civil rights legislation Johnson signed into law. * The LBJ
Presidential Library at the University of Texas is hosting a three-day Civil
Rights Summit this week to mark the 50th anniversary of the passage of the Civil
Rights Act, which banned widespread discrimination against racial and ethnic
minorities and against women." -- "change the focus of future conversations"? In
America's history, no physical wars our military have been engaged in has lasted
near as long the Democrats' "War on Poverty". None of our physical military wars
have been as devoid of wins as the Democrats' "War on Poverty". All the physical
military wars combined haven't spent as much money as the Democrats' "War on
Poverty". Fact is, there will be peace in the Mid-East between the Muslims and
Judeo-Christian peoples and countries, than before even a battle against poverty
will be solved by Democrats' entitlement programs and educational efforts.

If the DOJ wants to eliminate as much voter fraud (I know, it's a stretch
to even assume that Pric Holder is even interested in slowing down voter fraud)
as possible, the DOJ would insist that National Election Day return to just
that.. one day of voting. Sure, absentee ballots, for valid reasons, would
remain, but eliminating weeks of "early" voting would pretty much eliminate
voters from going to multiple states/counties to vote illegally. One other new
rule would help as well.. no ballots count from any precinct where monitors of
any registered political party are barred or ousted from such precincts.

Online headline: "Boehner says House to press DOJ for criminal case against
ex-IRS official" -- Good grief.. The DOJ and Judas 00-Barnum have pretty much
cleared the IRS from criminal activities. What Boehner needs to be doing is
going after IRS officials to testify based on their "innocence" claims and DOJ
opinion mean they have no right to evoke the 5th Amendment.

Online story: "The Rev. Al Sharpton was an F.B.I. informer who had
extensive dealings with Mafia figures in New York in the 1980s and secretly
recorded their conversations using a briefcase modified with hidden electronic
equipment, a report said on Monday." -- If you do nothing else today, pass this
tidbit along to every person on your e-mail list plus "share" it with the
"Public" on your social media sites, Let's make sure no one in the Mafia, past
of present misses this story.

WTVM9 story: "COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - Columbus police have made an arrest in
a 2004 cold case that was initially ruled a suicide when John Roberson was found
shot to death inside his home. * The position of the body near the door led me
to believe that whoever came through that door, was somebody he knew." *
(Muscogee County Deputy Coroner Freeman) Worley also says the victim was shot in
the head...not once, but twice. * "It's rare that someone would shoot themselves
twice in the head." * And there is this bombshell: "There was no gun found near
him, there may have been one found, but it wasn't near him," explained Worley. *
Worley also said when he brought the body to the Morgue in north Columbus, the
next day he sent it to Atlanta for an autopsy and the within two days, the
autopsy revealed it was a homicide. * "I'm not sure how it came out initially
that it was a suicide...I knew all along that it was a homicide." --Yet
recently, a death ruled "accidental asphyxiation", and a driver ruled to have
had a heart attack on a wreck site were not sent to have autopsies....Paul
Harvey would probably have wanted to know "the rest of the story"...

Did you know there is a website for reporting job losses? Well, there is...
www.dailyjobcuts.com/. A fellow BCer
sent the link about company layoff announcements. The weird thing was the number
and type of ads on the website.. I can't imagine the wanderers going to this
site are in the market to buy a new car or gold as an investment.

Some 24 year old "millennial" politician in Pennsylvania has shucked his
Republican affiliation and is trying to run as a third party independent. Sorry,
but that's not the way to get change.. in fact, it'll pretty much assure the
Democrat will win or at least be in a run-off election which will cost the tax
payers even more money. The way our system is set up, conservative ideals will
be split. Government will not, cannot, thrive under plurality rule. Coalitions
between factions will guarantee more and more compromised entitlement earmarks
as Congresspersons jockey for personal legislative support.

Online story: " Americans will hear about a woman joining a male’s sports
team, which usually grabs headlines. The divide is usually based on the notion
that women and men have different physical capabilities. However, one group in
New Jersey is breaking down these walls by creating a professional basketball
league that is intermixed with both male and female players. * The league is
called the MGBA, which stands for the Mixed Gender Basketball Association.
Headed by James Scott and Tamia Colon, the league presents itself as an unbiased
alternative for players who wish to compete against other genders in a robust
game that keeps physical capabilities in check by the games rules and
regulations. * the game pits players against each other by separating the amount
of men and women on the court per period. * James Scott spoke about these simple
guidelines and why he believes the MGBA is a great alternative to all
pre-conceived notions about basketball. * “They should have been playing a long
time ago. The game starts like this. First quarter there is three men and two
women, second quarter there is three women and two men, and it goes back and
forth. It’s an awesome concept," Scott explained." -- Well, at least they keep
score... now what do they do for interest once the initial novelty wears off,
advertise games as "shirts vs skins"?

The CEO of Mozilla is said to have resigned because gay protesters were
upset that the CEO had supported Prop 8 in CA 6 years ago. I think he just
decided to tell'em he was tired of taking their crap, and since he's financially
secure, is joining the "Atlas Shrugged, John Galt" movement...

Latest from the DNC: "Add your name: Extend unemployment insurance" --
Not.. "get a job"; not... "look for a job"; not... "we're trying to find you a
job", but sign a petition (online at that) to extend/get more non-working
benefits.

A student at Dartmouth is protesting that the president of Dartmouth has
more power than she does because the president is white. Good grief! I guess
next she'll demand all students become unionized and be paid (versus paying) for
their education , and earn whatever the school president makes. After all,
students go to college "feeling" they already know it all.

Online story: Jeb Bush says, "On immigration.... those who come into the
country illegally generally do so because they had no other means to provide for
their family, and what they did is "not a felony." -- Wait a minute.. Being in
this country illegally is a crime. I'm not sure every case is considered a
felony, but they should be. How can breaking the law to gain personally show you
are interested/willing to obey other laws?

Online story: "Former President Jimmy Carter yesterday said he is
supportive of letting a known member of a terrorist group, Hamid Aboutalebi,
into the United States as Iran’s newest ambassador to the United Nations. *
Aboutalebi was a member of the Muslim student group who held 52 Americans
hostage at the U.S. Embassy in Tehran for more than a year beginning in 1979
during Carter’s presidency.
When asked in an interview if the United States should block Aboutalebi’s entrance to U.N. headquarters in New York, Carter told radio station WTOP: “You know, those were college students at that time, and I think that they have matured. …I think it would be inappropriate for the United States to try to block someone that Iran wanted to choose." -- The only reason I can think of for Carter to say this would be to assure that historians look back and confirm Judas 00-Barnum as the worst president ever. Of course, one thing that does need to be spread is that "a seed" of Carter wants to be Governor of GA.

What do the organizers for unionization of football players at Northwestern
want people to believe... that being fronted an education in exchange for an
opportunity to show the NFL that you're good enough to make football a career
after you graduate is not enough? Why not ask the non-athletes asked whether or
not they will be willing to pay higher ticket prices to see their fellow
students play, or whether they would give up their seats to non-students who
would pay the face value (or more) for a ticket?

Online story: "Although microchip implantation might be introduced as a
voluntary procedure, in time, there will be pressure to make it mandatory. A
national identification system via microchip implants could be achieved in two
stages. Upon introduction as a voluntary system, the microchip implantation will
appear to be palatable. After there is a familiarity with the procedure and a
knowledge of its benefits, implantation would be mandatory." – Dr. Elaine M.
Ramesh, patent attorney for Franklin Pierce Law Center " -- You know, this
already goes on. in a number of foreign countries, the wealthy started have
microchip implants put into their children to aid recovery in a kidnapping
situation. Kidnappers figured early on to scan their "prey", and perform crude
surgical removal of such chips. The same goes for dognapping in this country as
well. "Lost" dogs get ransomed, or worse yet, the dog fighting element will
round up "sparring partners", "training aids" for their Pit Bulls and
scan/butcher dogs to get rid of tracking chips. This is pure Big
Brotherism.

Fix kills me! Fox had a Judas 00-Barnum spinmeister defending the sign up
of released prisoners for the OObamaCRAP "Medicaid" option. She blew it when she
said she was from Boston and that they were expecting rates to go down this year
or next. Wait a minute! Massachusetts is the model for OObamaCRAP, and should
have the kinks worked out, and the lowest costs already.

White House make staffers earn 12% more than female staffers. Since Judas

Online story: "U.S. Senate Republican candidate Matt Bevin is drawing some
controversy for speaking at a pro-cockfighting rally last weekend, despite the
Tea Party favorite denying he knew the event had anything to do with the brutal
sport." -- "pro-cockfighting"? Good grief.. does this idiot think mainstream
media will give him the same naivety that it grants Judas 00-Barnum for excuses?
Now if he said he thought it was a meeting of gay pugilists... he might have
gotten the 'matador pass'...

Online story: "Black people are the fathers and mothers of civilization,
white men are the devil, the Christian god is nothing more than a ghost and only
a small percentage of people understand the world.
These are just some of the beliefs behind the bling — the gaudy Five Percent Nation medallions worn by Jay Z and Carmelo Anthony. * "Five Percent Nation" was founded in 1964 in Harlem by Clarence Smith, who later changed his name to Allah, a former student of Malcolm X who disagreed with the Nation of Islam over the nature of God. * “The rationale is that the black man is God and created the universe, and is physically stronger and intellectually stronger and more righteous naturally,” says Michael Muhammad Knight, an author of two books on the radical group. * “Whiteness is weak and wicked and inferior — basically just an errant child who needs to be corrected.” -- Is this about as racist as it gets? But wait.. it gets worse.. the "Five Percent Nation" also believes " all black men had God in them and that black women were “earths” who took on a complementary yet subordinate role to their gods." The members believe women should be slaves to them as well.

LIV's L-E "soundoff": "After going into the donut hole and out on my part
“D” Medicare, I received over $1,500 in aid from ObamaCare. Ask John Boehner to

out the writers lack of real knowledge, and for that matter, probable lack of
participation, but, in any case, this is not how Medicare works.

L-E story: "ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — The U.S. Supreme Court rejected an appeal
Monday from a studio that refused to photograph a lesbian couple’s commitment
ceremony, letting stand a New Mexico high court ruling that helped spur a
national debate over gay rights and religious freedom. * The justices left in
place a unanimous state Supreme Court ruling last year that said Elane
Photography violated New Mexico’s Human Rights Act by refusing to photograph the
same-sex ceremony “in the same way as if it had refused to photograph a wedding
between people of different races.” -- What BS! Now if the photographer signed a
contract and just didn't show up, that's a legitimate ''breach of contract" law
suit. Since obviously the plaintiffs knew the position of the defendants, why
didn't they just hire a photographer who would take the job as it was? On the
other hand, the plantiffs should be grateful the defendants did not come to "the
commitment ceremony" and just take intentionally bad pictures.

L-E story: "WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court on Monday turned down a request
that it consider lifting a long-standing ban on corporations making direct
contributions to political candidates" -- Hmmm, now, why don't some corporations
file a class action suit against the IRS and the government against corporations
being charged income taxes? The Supreme Court has just confirmed that people can
give unlimited amounts (overall) in donations, and you can only tax people, so
the Supreme Court has basically said that corporations aren't people.

It's not just amazing.. it's sad, no, it's pathetic, that Martin Luther
