Well, today is "tax day".. Well for most of us, any way.. those 47% Romney spoke of plus others of the underground economy will yawn at midnight. What's even scarier is that Judas 00-Barnum has tried to run 442 new/increased taxes into the mix. Only about 20 or so came to fruition (including 00bamaCRAP). Mind you, those 47+ percenters we just talked about weren't under that gun to begin with. Thank your Republican politicians for this, even if you're legitimately right resenting the other stuff they've dropped the ball on.
---
You know.. refunds on taxes is not an issue.. it's your money you overpaid for your income. Now,, these "earned" (NOT!) tax credits are another issue altogether... it's purely an income redistribution program.

Got up at 4:00 AM to see the "blood moon".. didn't see it... God was crying..

Online headline/story: "Student Loan Borrowers' Costs To Jump As Education Department Reaps Huge Profit * The U.S. Department of Education is forecast to generate $127 billion in profit over the next decade from lending to college students and their families, according to the Congressional Budget Office. * James Kvaal, a top White House official, last year dismissed the possibility that student borrowers would pay higher costs under the new law. * “This is a profit-making machine for the Education Department,” said Chris Hicks, who leads the Debt-Free Future campaign for Jobs With Justice, a Washington-based nonprofit group. “The student loan program isn’t about helping students or borrowers -- it’s about making profits for the federal government.” -- CBO vs White House? Whatcha gonna believe.. the truth or the White House spin? Another thing... it isn't about "helping" students (what's that BS phrase minds full of mush won't understand until the first bill comes in, "I'm from the giverment, and I'm here to help"), it's not even all about making profits for the
givermint.. it's more about keeping unionized teachers and voters on the hook for the Democratic Party.

Online headline/story: "Maryland Decriminalizes Marijuana Possession * In a statement, the Marijuana Policy Coalition of Maryland praised lawmakers for the decriminalization bill's success, but called on legislators to take further steps toward marijuana prohibition. * "This measure will prevent tens of thousands of Marylanders from facing life-altering criminal penalties simply for possessing a less harmful substance than alcohol. But there is still more work to be done. Although it is a step in the right direction, this legislation will not do anything to eliminate the problems associated with relegating the sales of marijuana to the underground market," the statement read." -- "will prevent tens of thousands of Marylanders from facing life-altering criminal penalties simply for possessing a less harmful substance than alcohol"? -- You know.. this must be the plank the Democrats are going to add to get the college students back on the hook now that the student loan program has been exposed.. the policy is to keep college kids smoking AND signing on the d.o.t.t.e.d line to get more loans to pay for more marijuana.
---
Hmmm, I can have one beer and know how it's going to effect me. Who can say that about one marijuana dose?
---
You know..cellphone companies must really be ripping us off. Think about it..your land lines to your house were put in at a high labor/equipment cost basis and ongoing maintenance and bad weather repairs, but your land line costs less, much less.
---
There's a real issue with the federal government claims that in Nevada that it has rights on state owned property. The Bundy family has a weak claim to use it without paying the state, but then again, the state commandeered public grazing land that had once just been available for Nevadans to use as needed. If the feds want to play hardball, how about investigating Sen Harry Reid's connection with his lobbyist son and his Chinese solar energy plans for that same state property. While the feds are at it, IRS should audit Sen Reid about his living arrangements at a very expensive Nevada hotel.
---
If good is to come out of the Nevada standoff for American rights, then Nevadans need to recall Harry Reid, and vote straight non-Democratic tickets this, and every November in the future.
---
Now there's renewed interest from Democrats for putting photos on Social Security cards. What the hell for? It use to be that Social Security cards stated on them that they were not to be used for identification except for Social Security issues. Now SS cards are required at birth, so in order to be of any value as a form of ID, parents would have to get annual picture cards for their young children, and once the kids reach 15 or so, every 5 years for the rest of their lives in order to be of value. A drivers license renewal is nuisance we "have" to abide with as it provides us with privileges that are worth the inconvenience.

Democrats are all over Fox News trying to backtrack on statements of racism by DEMOCRATS Holder, Pelosi, and Israel in the past few days. One blatant contributor, Jehmu Greene, was even trying to suggest there needs to be more open discussions on "what's racism". Tell you what.. It's racism to throw "the racist trump card" at anyone who wants open discussions about the real problem, cultural decline. Ms Greene is one of the most blatant "trump card tossers", but the blanket generalizations by Holder, Pelosi, and Israel are too big to slough off..
---
You know.. when people find "racism" in everybody else's comments, it's because that's all they are looking for.. it outs them as the racists they are.

Fox News Sunday with Chris Wallace
April 13, 2014
9:48 a.m. Eastern
CHRIS WALLACE: We asked you for questions from the panel, for the panel, rather. And we got this on Twitter from Michael Daigeaun. Why is it that if you oppose their position and you're white, you're branded a racist? Both Attorney General Holder and POTUS race bait. George is that what’s going on here?
GEORGE WILL: Sure. Look, liberalism has a kind of Tourette's Syndrome these days. It’s just constantly saying the word racism and racist. It’s an old saying in the law; if you have the law on your side, argue the law. If you have the facts on your side, argue the facts. If you have neither, pound the table. This is pounding the table. There’s a kind of intellectual poverty now. Liberalism hasn't had a new idea since the 1960s except ObamaCare and the country doesn't like it. Foreign policy is a shambles from Russia to Iran to Syria to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. And the recovery is unprecedentedly bad. So what do you do? You say anyone criticizes us is a racist. It's become a joke among young people. You go to a campus where this kind of political correctness reigns and some young person will say looks like it's going to rain. The person looks and says, you're a racist. I mean it's so inappropriate. The constant implication of this is that I think it is becoming a national mirth.

Nothing seems to be more apparent than Judas 00-Barnum's lack of transparency other than we can see straight through him and whatever new clothes he tries to put on.

Online story: "A Russian warplane made several close-range passes by an American warship in the Black Sea over the weekend, in what the Pentagon is calling a "provocative" move amid escalating tensions in the region. * The jet, a Russian Su-24, made numerous low-altitude passes on Saturday over the USS Donald Cook, a guided-missile Navy destroyer in the western Black Sea, the Pentagon confirmed. * the jet made a total of 12 passes over the course of 90 minutes. It did not once respond to multiple contacts and warnings from the USS Donald Cook, despite the fact that the U.S. Navy ship was able to reach the cockpit directly" -- Hmmm, guess Putin just "flew" his 'Red line' for Judas 00-Barnum to digest as he eats his words.
---
Online story: "The Social Security Administration announced Monday it is suspending a controversial program that goes after adult children of deceased taxpayers who the government claims were recipients of overpayments more than a decade ago. * Acting Social Security Commissioner Carolyn W. Colvin said she has directed an immediate halt to the three-year-old program while the agency does a review. The controversial program seized tax refunds in an effort to recoup the funds. * The move to halt the program came after many of the recipients and members of Congress complained to the federal agency." -- Good grief.. another either a Judas 00-Barnum "with my pen and phone" or Pelosi "we can read it after we pass it" legislation.
---
Online story: "CHICAGO – Police accuse a Chicago man of pulling out a submachine gun in a convenience store because he didn't want to pay a 22-cent tax on a two-liter bottle of soda. * A Cook County judge ordered 36-year-old Nahshon Shelton held without bail after the Sunday afternoon incident. Shelton is charged with aggravated assault, unlawful use of a weapon by a felon and having an invalid Firearm Owner's Identification card. * Prosecutors say Shelton pulled out a blue-steel Intratec .22-caliber submachine gun and threatened to kill everyone. Authorities say he told police it "is my neighborhood, I'm tax exempt." -- Hmmm... using a " .22" to protest a "$ .22" tax. I'd say that was pretty appropriate for Chicago. Wonder if he used his "invalid Firearm Owner's" ID to register to vote?

Online story: "two paroled sex offenders who authorities in Southern California believe raped and killed four women allegedly wore GPS trackers while committing their crimes, and investigators believe there may be more victims.
Anaheim police Chief Raul Quezada said Monday that F.... C(_*_)no, 27, and S.... D.... G....., 45, were wearing ankle tracking bracelets when the women were assaulted and killed last fall and earlier this year. The chief added that data from the devices "was one of the investigative tools we used to put the case together." Authorities at the news conference did not explain how C(_*_)no and G.... allegedly managed to carry out the killings while under supervision. 8 Anaheim police Lt. Bob Dunn earlier said the two were complying with a requirement to check in monthly with authorities and police had no reason to watch them more closely and hadn't received any such request from other agencies." -- Good grief! At least 4 women have been killed beginning 6 months ago... not because the law was 'looking the other way". but because the law wasn't looking at all! What's the use of putting monitoring devices on paroles, especially sex offenders, if you're not going to monitor them?
---
Online story: "RALEIGH, N.C. – Two male runners died near the finish line of the Rock ‘n’ Roll half marathon in Raleigh, N.C on Sunday. * Race organizers said the men's deaths in the 13-mile race Sunday morning appear to be from natural causes, and health experts suspect that the two men may have suffered from fatal cardiac events." -- "natural causes"? Hmmm.. guess I think differently.. I see nothing "natural" about wanting to go for a timed, 13 mile run.
---
From the "it's not one world" department - Online story: "The Tehran government has postponed Tuesday’s scheduled execution of a 26-year-old Iranian woman charged with killing a man accused of attempting to rape her. * Following last minute pleas, the regime pushed back the hanging of Rayhaneh Jabbari, who was headed to the gallows on charges that in 2007 she stabbed and killed Morteza Abdolali Sarbandi, a former employee of the Iranian Intelligence Ministry" -- No wonder women have it so tough in the Muslim world.. she'd be stoned/executed either way.. for being raped or killing the rapist.
---
Have you seen the video of Hillary "ducking" to avoid it when a shoe was thrown at her? No you didn't.. she didn't 'duck' until after the shoe was well past her.. The "sniper" just missed.. sorta like the claims she had to "duck" sniper fire in Bosnia years ago. She rsponded to this as she did to her "3:00 AM " phone call about Benghazi. The only thing she 'ducked" was her responsibility.

Follow up L-E story on teen convicted of vehicular homicide: " When arrested, Qualls had an altered Georgia driver’s license on him. A 30-pack of beer was purchased earlier the night of June 15 at the Circle K at 7730 Veterans Parkway. A bottle of vodka was bought at the Maple Mart at 8328 Veterans Parkway. * Lambertus told the court Friday that the Circle K computer kicked back the purchase because the license was not valid, but the sale was made anyway." -- There should be revocation of Circle K to sell alcohol in any of the outlets! No clerk is going to make the decision to sell alcohol when a license check reveals fraud, unless... unless the clerk has been told to sell it regardless of the license check results.
---
L-E story: "A half-dozen Columbus police officers and Muscogee County Sheriff’s deputies rushed to subdue a suspected church vandal after he began wrestling with a nearby guard during Monday morning’s Columbus Recorder’s Court hearing. * J(_*_)mes M----- faced six counts of vandalism to a place of worship during the hearing. * Burglary and Theft Detective Thomas Hill connected M----- to the crime after six south Columbus churches discovered windows shattered by 15- to 25-pound concrete boulders. The rocks were thrown between 5 p.m. April 5 and 8 a.m. April 6." -- Hmmm, glad the L-E finally published his picture.. the name was inconclusive, but sorta had figured he was black, as it he had been white, the L-E front page would have been oversaturated with "Klan" talk, and "hate crime" charges. The L-E is so predictable.
---
I'm am fed up with school board candidates running on a basis "it's for the kids"... I want a school board where the representatives are doing it for the civic responsibility of keeping the school administrators from wasting tax dollars, or using them in duplicative or other wasteful ways.
---
Dr Martin Luther King, Jr must be rolling over in his grave.. Judas 00-Barnum is president and has no appreciation of the gains initiated by Dr. King's efforts, and King's children are more interested in the value of his estate rather than the legacy of it.
---
L-E "headlie": "NCAA cannot find middle ground" -- There is no middle ground! Either the NCAA maintains control over the standards of amateur athletics in college, or the NCAA jusy=t drops out of the game.
---
Another L-E "headlie": U.S. RETAIL SALES UP STRONG 1.1 PERCENT IN MARCH" -- You know..after January and February freeze weather closed highways, and delivery of new goods, 1.1% growth is not a positive indicator .. but Judas 00-Barnum's spinmeisters' are sure going to try and convince us other wise.
