Dueling liberal online stories: " The Justice Department is preparing to announce a civil rights investigation into the practices of the Baltimore police department following a request from that city's mayor, a person familiar with the matter said Thursday." --&-- "Online story: "The Baltimore police investigation into the death of a black man from injuries sustained in police custody fails to support some charges filed by the city prosecutor, CNN reported on Thursday. * Citing officials briefed on the separate probes by prosecutor Marilyn Mosby and police into the death of Freddie Gray, the television news network said the lack of support for charges from the police findings could allow lawyers representing the officers to undercut the prosecution. * Lawyers for two officers have challenged a key part of Mosby's case, that a knife found on Gray was legal in Maryland and thus officers did not have a right to arrest him. The police investigation found that the knife was illegal under the city code." --
Well, well, well.. how about that.. when due process is allowed to happen.. discrimination is exposed to then light.. The US Attorney General needs to come down on both Baltimore's Mayor for encouraging a lynch mob mentality to destroy private citizens' lives, and on the Baltimore prosecutor for undermining police integrity.

Online story: "The Conservative Party surged to a surprisingly commanding lead in Britain's parliamentary election, with early returns Friday backing an exit poll's prediction that Prime Minister David Cameron would remain in his office at 10 Downing Street. The opposition Labour Party took a beating, mostly from energized Scottish nationalists who pulled off a landslide in Scotland." -- "a surprisingly commanding lead "? Why is it that mainstream media is shocked that most people, most voters have morals and are conservative?

Do you think Southern Democrat voters really understand that when they vote for a Democratic campaign promise of more entitlement programs, they are voting also for partial birth abortions, unisex bathrooms for school children, reinforcing the use of campaign promise lies to buy votes, and continued erosion of our public education system?
---
Last night, Fairfax County, VA school district was discussing a completely "nondiscriminatory" policy that would allow transgender teachers in all grades of public schools and make all bathrooms non-gendered. I can see next year's discussion being focused on whether transgender students/teachers needing to be trained as to whether to lift and/or lower toilet seats during and after using the facility.

Why do Republicans get bent so out of shape about Hillewinsky's pro-abortions stance.. ignore her, and let women decide for themselves on ALL the women's issues rather than getting boxed in to guiding women to supporting this one issue.
---
Random thought: Republicans running for office need to take a look at their stances on "women's issues".. one in particular... abortion.. It's not as though women support abortion -on-demand as a birth control method, but it is an issue of government controlling personal choices. Republicans, for that matter ..everyone.. should respect life personally, but legislating trying it as a crime, returning abortion to the 'back alley" conditions of the past does scare the women voters. Let women work with God on this.

Online story: "The Senate muscled its way into President Barack Obama's talks to curb Iran's nuclear program, overwhelmingly backing legislation Thursday that would let Congress review and possibly reject any final deal with Tehran. * The vote was 98-1 for the bipartisan bill that would give Congress a say on what could be a historic accord that the United States and five other nations are trying to finalize with Iran. Under the agreement, Iran would roll back its nuclear program in exchange for relief from crippling economy penalties. * The lone "no" vote came from freshman Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Ark., who wants the administration to submit any agreement to the Senate as a treaty. Under the Constitution, that would require approval of two-thirds of the Senate." -- Scam Alert! Senator Cotton is correct! The other Republicans should rrealize that when all the Democrats were willing to vote "yes" on this issue.. Br'er Obamageddon was laffing from the Briar Patch..
---
Online story: "Tom Brady declined to discuss his thoughts about the 243-page report that said that he was likely at least aware two team employees were breaking rules by deflating footballs for him." -- Good grief.. a 243 page report on a moot matter... there are way too many lawyers in this world...

Graduation time... moving on... student pranks.. principal suspended and security guards getting fired for aiding and abetting vandalism.....??? Yep.. 100 students of Sequoyah High in Monroe County Tennessee will not be allowed to "graduate", a principal has been suspended and guards dismissed for a "senior prank" that turned into extreme vandalism. Students will be students, but principals and guards must not be a part of such. Just another failure of public education where political correctness to be the students' "friend" is nurtured.

HuffPOOPOO headline: "Brian Peffly, Openly Gay Eagle Scout, Says Boy Scouts Kicked Him Out Over Sexual Orientation" -- You know.. there's more than one issue here.. one's sexual orientation is one thing.. being openly and publicly demonstrative of ones sexual orientation, whether homo- or heterosexual is another.
---
Online story: "The Secret Service is adding a second layer of steel spikes to the top of the White House fence to keep would-be intruders at bay * The steel "pencil point" spikes will be snapped into place at the top of the fence and protrude outward" -- So much for "transparency and openess" for the Obamageddons.. American taxpayers would be better served if the spikes were pointed inward to keep the Obamageddons from venturing out for apology or vacation tours.
---
Online headline: "Assad using chemical weapons again? US eyes new allegations, consequences unclear" -- Good grief.. this is what happens when you draw a line in the sand for an (_*_) like ASSwad, and didn't respond when he first crossed it..
---
It must be tough being a Clinton...imagine listening to your spouse or parent explain a scandal/situation, then think about the last time either one said nice things about you.
---
After watching mainstream media tiptoe around isolated lone-wolf ISIS terrorist attacks, I think mainstream media would have blamed Bush if Timothy McVea had said he was an Islamist victim of Christian harassment.
---
After Al Sharlaton, rumor had it that the IRS is going to investigate the Clinton's Foundations. I think I hear Slick Willie and Hillewinsky laffing all the way to the Briar Patch Street campaign headquarters.
---
Where's Algore? Seriously... Ever since the "climate change" conversations have started talking about changing the climate in the White House, mainstream media has ignored Algore.
---
L-E headline: "NAACP asks citizens to stand against alleged injustices at jail" -- Good grief! Talk about closing the barn door AFTER..... The NAACP would do the whole community a gift if it campaigned on accountability of its members to stop crime from being acceptable within its membership.. Encouraging cooperation with the police would be a great start in curbing crime.
---
L-E story: "The wife and office manager of a Columbus attorney who has admitted her roll in a scheme that left more than $2 million missing from his trust account is apparently the target of a federal criminal investigation." -- The L-E calls her a "target"? Good grief.. she was thrown under the bus by her husband at the time (only after "she" got caught), and suddenly she's "the victim" of a criminal investigation? I hope she rats out her ex as well!
---
L-E story: "The Columbus Area Habitat for Humanity will hold its inaugural Walk of Faith May 16. The event will take place at Rotary Park and is intended to raise awareness and understanding of the CAHFH’s faith-based efforts in the Columbus area. The route will start at Rotary Park, going north along the Columbus RiverWalk to the Columbus Trade Center, where walkers will turn around and head back to Rotary Park — about a six mile walk." -- Wait a minute.. why doesn't the CAHFH stage its "walk" through the neighborhoods it has made cleaner and safer? If their efforts are working, then showing off the results would be good for the whole community.
---
Jonathan Gruber double-extra stupid LIV's L-E "soundoff": "What would the pretend Christians be saying if it had been Islamic followers sponsoring a contest for the best cartoon of Jesus?" -- "pretend Christians"? You know, the issue is what mainstream media would be saying about Christianity as has been the case when "artists" have exhibitions of Christ and Christian symbols swimming in urine or covered in excrement and the 1st Amendment "right" for artists to be (_*_)s.
---
You know.. it's an absolute shame that local Presbyterians standing up for what's right are having to abandon their downtown church and leaving it in the hands of such a minority.. everyone pray for both sides...
---
For curiosity sake.. since he makes himself an object of public aid.. did you you know that J. Aleem Hud's first name is "Jihad"?
---
You know.. I really don't object to Harris County high school aged residents playing sports for Muscogee County schools, but I do object for Muscogee County School District knowing about them and not charging out-of-county fees as determined by law..
---

L-E story: " McDonald’s may be developing a taste for a new ingredient as it fights to reinvent itself: Kale.
The world’s biggest burger chain says it’s testing two breakfast bowls in Southern California, one of which includes the leafy green as an ingredient." -- SELL! SELL! SELL! If you own McDonald's stock and think adding kale to breakfast is going to revive sales.. good luck with that! You would think the old Star_kist Tuna ads would register to Mickey D's board.. People don't want food with "good taste, they want food that "tastes good".
