Random thought: How can we expect the Obamageddon to honor the Constitution when both the Judicial and Legislative Branches won't hold him responsible?

Online headline: " Gov't waste of natural gas costing taxpayers millions" -- Ooops, my bad.. thought they were talking about Clintonspeak.

---
Online headline: "Baltimore Police Chief Says ‘We Are Part of the Problem’" -- Yeah... you and the mayor left the law abiding citizens of Baltimore unprotected from street thugs and looters,

---
Online headline: "Bomber Brother 2's softer side emphasized in Boston trial" -- "softer side"? Good grief.. it's almost a crime this sentencing phase is still going on, but now the attorneys are trying to sell him like a Sears ad..

---
HuffPOOPOO headline: "Zoo In Japan Apologizes For Naming Baby Monkey After Princess Charlotte" -- Good grief.. maybe E.B. White's estate should make William & Kate apologize for naming their baby after his spider.. on the other hand.. glad the Japanese Zoo didn't name it after Sasha or Malia...or Michelle.

---
HuffPOOPOO story: "Undocumented immigrants living in Arizona while their deportations are deferred are lawfully residing in the state and therefore eligible to pay in-state tuition to attend state colleges, a judge has ruled." -- You know.. every state who charges very profitable out-of-state tuition should be joing Arizona in an appeal.. Once an out-of-state student establishes an apartment and signs up for a utility, technically he/she becomes a resident of that town/state and not from his/her previous home.

---
HuffPOOPOO headline: "Putting Homes In Parking Spaces Could Help Solve San Francisco's Housing Crisis" -- Hmmm.. it would also reduce the "homeless" count which generally counts people sleeping on the street in their cars as "homeless"..

---
HuffPOOPOO headline: "Bunny Ranch Sex Workers Endorse Hillary Clinton For President" -- Heh heh heh.. guess Bill promised them internships and personal tours of the Oval Office closet..

---
Online headline: "Critics Rip Hillary To Shreds For Suggesting Christians Must Change Their View On Abortion" -- Here we go again.. the number one Democratic Party play to put Republican's in an anti-women's issues defensive mode, and giving single issue women reasons to vote against logic.. Republicans need to stop trying to make this a campaign morals issue... it's an individual issue with God.. Republican iss should only be that abortions are not funded by the government, and if that's not enough to quench Republican concerns, then focus purely on the partial birth abortion. Run clips of Democrats supporting all abortions with a side-by-side clip of the murder of a baby still inside a mother.

L-E headline/story: "MAN GETS BOND IN'12 SLAYINGS OF MOM,SON * Charged with two counts of murder in the Feb. 24, 2012, slayings of his 47-year-old girlfriend and her son, Jeremy, Vince Harris had been held without bond in the Muscogee County Jail since his arrest on Dec. 22, 2014. * Having been jailed more than 90 days with no indictment, Harris by law is entitled to a bond, said Jackson, who requested a bond of $25,000 on each murder charge." -- "Having been jailed more than 90 days with no indictment, Harris by law is entitled to a bond"? You know.. Mayor TomLYINGson should be on the backs of the DA's office, not the Sheriff over mandated budget issues.

I recently had a legal eagle express disdain in the length of sentences for some minor amounts of illegal substances some prisoners are given. On the surface, he has a decent argument, but.. BUT.. a lot of those "minor amounts" are plea bargains of greater amounts to get the cases disposed of faster...Hey, Mayor TomLYINGson.. why aren't you on the back of the DA to get things done!
---
I tell you what.. I will compromise on letting my garbage sit on the street 3 or 4 days lonegr if Mayor TomLYINGson gets on the DA's office about plea bargains that allow criminal garbage back on the street months/years earlier than they should..
---
Tell you what.. I know we're not going to get any tax cut on going to once-a-week garbage pick ups, but I also know, the picayune savings will not materialize. Now, if Council goes along with Mayor TomLYINGson's plan, then Council OWES the taxpayers a promise cover all garbage collection cost increases from the regular budget and not ever not to raise garbage fees collected by the Columbus Water Works.

L-E headline: "Darr rejects call to terminate deputy accused in jail attack -- If anything, the deputies involved should receive commendations for handling a bad situation as well as they did.

L-E story: " Chicago’s leaders took a step Wednesday typically reserved for nations trying to make amends for slavery or genocide, agreeing to pay $5.5 million in reparations to the mostly black victims of the city’s notorious police torture scandal and to teach schoolchildren about one of the most shameful chapters of Chicago’s history." -- Good grief.. Chicago has over 2600+ shooting annually within the black community and Chicago leaders want to tie responding police officers's hands behind their backs?

L-E guest commentary: "Mark Smith, Pine Mountain, GA - "At the start of the recent Supreme Court session Chief Justice John Roberts, addressing attorneys arguing for same-sex marriage, said he had been unable to find a definition of marriage, said he had been unable to find a definition of marriage written before a dozen years ago that did not define it as between a man and a woman. That equates to over 99 percent of recorded history defining marriage as an opposite-sex institution. “If you succeed, that definition will not be operable,” the chief justice said. “You are not seeking to join the institution. You are seeking to change the institution.” * Justice Anthony Kennedy, considered sympathetic to gay rights, wondered if nine unelected justices had any real authority to change a concept that has existed for “millennia” on the premise that “Oh well, we know better.” * Justices Elena Kagan and Ruth Ginsburg, for their part, do not need to hear the arguments. They have already signaled their intention to vote for marriage redefinition regardless, with each having already officiated a same-gender wedding. Neither has indicated that they believe their lack of impartiality is grounds for recusal." -- You know..Justices Kagan and Ginsburg do need to recuse themselves, but if the other 7 judges do their job to protect the Constitution's stand on states' rights, Kagan and Ginsburg's votes won't matter ... other than highlight their flagrant disregard for impartiality that's so vital for a Supreme Court Justice.
