Yesterday. I commented on a subsidy that was in Mayor TomLYINGson's budget proposal for New Horizons in the amount of $145.000.00. This morning, I looked into "New Horizons". I want to know why the City has been spending tax dollars on what New Horizons calls a "public nonprofit organization of community-based behavioral health care,". New Horizons primarily serves eight counties in Western Georgia with an aggregate population of over 325,000.
