DEAL'S EDUCATION PANEL" -- I have one very important.. very pertinent question to ask before any further questions or discussions begin: How is funding determined to be a cut from the prebvious year by our universities and colleges? One of the biggest extra fees charged per semester is the "university fee".. an undedicated use "fee" that, by law, cannot happen except when funding is cut from the previous year. According to my children's tuition bill for the past 6 years, the state has cut college funding every year, but none of my representatives habe gotten back with me to verify this,
