NYC Mayor de Bl(_*_)sio stood up in front of cameras and said, "It’s important to note that there is no credible and specific threat against New York City.” -- "no credible....threat"?  Hmm.. you know.. it's not very assuring when a non-credible liberal cop-basher says, "What, me worry?". This is about as credible as Obamageddon's reassurance last Friday that "ISIL is contained".

---
Oh, be sure to tune into your preferred news source this morning.. G.I. Jillary has announced she will give us her plan to "take out ISIS". Hmmm.. how.. by taking out Obama like Vince Foster or Ron Brown? Or, maybe she'll just pay off Josh Earnest to tell the truth when making his daily Press Conference exchanges.

---
Online headline: "Obama threatens to veto House GOP bill on Syrian refugee screening" -- Good grief.. it's going to be tough to screen these refugees as it is simply because ISOIS is well funded and equipped to provide "authentic" papers for its jihadist army, but for Obamageddon to weaken any such screenings should get him arrested for aiding & abetting the enemy!

---
HuffPOOPOO headline: "Honduras Detains Syrians Bound For U.S. With Doctored Greek Passports" -- Thank goodness.. even the HuffPOOPOO recognizes Obamageddon needs to close off the US border with Mexico. Foe those who learned geography in public schools, Honduras is in Central America, just south of Mexico...
--
Oh! Has anyone put a security detail around Farrakhan's "Nation of Islam"? I do not know how this organization slips under the coverage of our media or Homeland Security...

---
Online headline: "New York City invests $2.6B to combat homelessness * The mayor of one of the largest cities in the U.S. unveiled a massive housing project on Wednesday designed to help its 58,000 impoverished." -- Good grief.. that's almost $45,000.00 a person. NYC taxpayers would be better off to offer the 58,000 $20,000.00 (or say$25,000.00 if they can clear up an unsolved crime or two) each and a one way bus ticket to a California  sanctuary city, and the taxpayers will save over a Billion dollars to boot!

---
Online headline: "Porn star slaps Josh Duggar with a big lawsuit * The reality star is currently seeking treatment for his sex addiction, but someone he paid for sex with is saying he assaulted her." -- Good grief.. this is a copycat situation for what must be the first ever reality star.. Bill Clinton!

---
Online headline: " Responding to boisterous student protests, the head of Yale University vowed on Tuesday to build a more inclusive school, in part by expanding financial aid to low-income students and creating a center for the study of race, ethnicity and "social identity." -- "exp financial aid to low-income students"? Hmmm.. Looks like the end of Yale is not too far away.. Rich liberal parents will shut off the donations when "Junior" or "Muffy" get rejected from admission for having too much money.

---
According to the US Census, there are about 777,000 same-sex couples living together in the entire 50 states.... think about that... out of 300,000,000 people in the US only about 1,500,000 are same sex cohabiting people.. that's... what .. about .005% that traditional valued people are having to kowtow to via oppressive legislation and court rulings? All I can figure out  is that the majority of those involved in same-sex cohabitation are working in mainscream media or the legal/judicial system.

Online story: "Two convicted felons intent on breaking into a Ladson, South Carolina, home last week were met with surprise when they came face to face with 13-year-old armed with a gun. * The boy saw the men breaking into the back of his home, “at which time he feared for his safety” and grabbed his mother’s gun, the document states. He began firing at them, and the Sheriff’s office reported that they returned fire. * The boy chased the suspects out of the home and continued to fire as they fled in their vehicle. The boy, who was uninjured, then called his mother, who instructed him to call the police. *  A short time later, one of the suspects, who was later identified as L*m*r *nthw*n B***n, 31, was dropped off outside the emergency room of a nearby hospital. B***n, who was shot three times, died at the medical facility. The second suspect, IrA B*****t, 28, later turned himself in to authorities. He was charged with first-degree burglary and possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime." --  Hmmm... wonder what the charges will be... against the mother... for leaving a gun where her child could access it? What about the young man (contrary to being referred to as a "boy").. will he be charged with a minor in possession of a handgun or discharging such in a neighborhood? Will the yung South Carolina man be harassed by "Black Lives Matter"? Will the local school system ban him for knowing how to handle a gun? You know what, the his mother should be given Caitlyn's award as "Woman of the Year" for teaching her child how to handle a gun properrly. Better yet, the NEA should give her a "Parent of the Year Award" for completing her child's education at home.

Oh! Wanna bet Obamageddon doesn't invite the young man to the White House?

Based on this weeks crime stories in the Columbus L-E, the 4th quarter crime results for Columbus will break a record!

How can we elect any Democrat for Senate?...None of them will vote to convict another Democrat if impeachment charges are brought. It's bad enough that Obamageddon has sent Gitmo prisoners back to their "briar patch" but now he wants to bring the rest to the US where they can be released by liberal judges and take leadership roles for the 100,000 Syrian "refugees" that Obamageddon wants to let in.

L-E story: This is the link to individual MCSD elementary school GA Milestone test results:

http://www.ledger-enquirer.com/news/local/education/article45376596.html

The real horror story is not that 75% of our elementary schools were below thw state average of 35 poits, but when you take those 24 schools and average their scores, their average is but 16.75! That means 75% of our elementary schools average less than one-half of the state average (and we know what "average" means). Even worse is that 6 of the 24 elementary schools scores less than 10 points.. one even scored only 5 points. The Ladies and Gentlemen (Thomas and Myers excepted) of the current school board should be subjected to a recall election for extending Lewis' contract.

What's sad is that the Columbus Ledger -Enquirer reporter assigned to school news will try to "spin" this as a positive.. We need to make sure all media reporters' and school personnel's  children are assigned to the bottom 6 schools so they will report the truth on the severity of the problems.
Even more discouraging is that the Title 1 Schools, which have extra federal funds (OUR tax dollars spent by bureaucrats), so their scores reflect even worse on the public education system.

OK.. this is what McDonald's response is going to be for $15.00 minimum wage protesters..

And McDonald's is working on perfecting the robo-cooks as well

Online headline: "Georgia Democrats: Brian Kemp’s ‘incompetence’ led to voter data breach" -- Oooooops, I guess the Democrats are upset that now voter records can be compared to death certificates registered in Atlanta.
---
Online headline: "Judicial Watch: Email Reveals Top Aide Huma Abedin Warning State Department Staffer That Hillary Clinton Is “Often Confused” -- Hmm... guess Huma Abedin saw that G.I. Jillary was going to reveal her plan to defeat ISIS.

Anybody know  canned tomato soup that is as good/better than Campbell's? My bride uses Campbell's Tomato  and Chicken with Rice soups in her fabulous vegetable/beef soup and she'll need a substitute.  Campbell's ad featuring two men spoon feeding some soup to a young boy while trying to mimic Darth Vader's classic line of "I am your father" has stepped over the boundaries of family values.

From the "only in California" department - Online story: "It may offer the best political science course on campus, but the lessons are lost on bureaucrats: UC-San Diego's fabled "Che Cafe" is awash in red ink and in need of a bailout. * Students have run the restaurant, named for Cuban revolutionary Che Guevara, for 34 years, but they've steered it into the ground. Boasting of "exorbitantly low" prices, the vegan co-op and concert venue that once hosted an up-and-coming Nirvana has cost the student body nearly $1 million over the years, and isn’t kept up to fire or safety codes." -- Excuse me, but what's the difference in this commie cafe and the Democratic Party platform?
---
Online story: "The White House was on the defense Wednesday morning for statements made by President Obama - who labeled Friday's Paris massacre that left 129 dead a "setback" -- and Secretary of State John Kerry's claim that the terrorists who in January attacked Charlie Hebdo had a "rationale."" -- Good grief.. the Democratic Party foreign policy wonks are even worse than the Democratic Party domestic policy wonks!

Unbelievable! I saw an ad on TV yesterday aimed at seniors for Medicare support.. Halfway through the ad, the spokesperson slightly mentioned the website is not affiliated with the government.. Guess the name of the website.. www.Medicare.com.. wh hasn't the government already shut down this site.. it has to be a scam and directs seniors away from www.medicare.gov...

I am shocked to learn that our local government has a Columbus (GA) Homeland Security Department.. and a director of such with a $91,495.30 salary (that's more than the Public Safety Officer (the Mayor) and almost as much as the Chiefs of Police and Fire Departments).. I've have e-mailed him rfutrell@columbusga.org and asked how many employees work for the department?

A L-E "soundoff": "It’s amazing how one stuffed turkey on the table can turn everyone sitting around it into the same thing." -- My bad.. forgot we are close to Thanksgiving and thought this was about an Obamageddon Foreign Policy  meeting with Kerry.
---
L-E editorial commentary: "Criminal justice reform has been a high priority in Georgia over the past few years, with some impressive results. Common-sense alternative sentencing policies have begun to ease the strain on overpopulated prisons and court caseloads. *  Columbus has done just that. Back in the spring, a group attorneys, judges and others advocating something called the Rapid Resolution Initiative approached Columbus Council with the prediction that the program would not only help ease the population of the Muscogee County Jail, but could come close to paying for itself in the process. A yearly investment of $458,000, they estimated, would save about $440,000 in jail costs. *  The early results -- early as in less than half the year for which the city put up the money -- are beyond the most optimistic predictions. Council was told at this week's regular meeting that Rapid Resolution has already saved about $406,000 in direct jail costs, and an amount in jail medical costs to zero out the rest of what the city budgeted for the program." -- Hmmm... Two important figures are missing here.. It's great news about the savings, but what are the costs expended so far, and what are the recidivism rates of the criminals already processed.. Hopefully, they will complement the savings figures.
---
L-E headline: "SOA Watch broadens protest * More focus put on closing Stewart Detention Center" -- Good grief.. the "SOA Watch" lost all it's pertinence when that was scrapped for WHIINSEC, and now wants to expand into the illegal alien issues? I know.. let's put the Syrian Refugees into the homes of this years' SOA protesters...and see if any come back next year.

It hasn't made the newspaper yet, but last Friday saw the passing of  Etta Gordon here in a local nursing home. Miss Etta as many knew her, came to Columbus in 2005 as a refugee from the destruction of Hurricane Katrina. She found a home in First Baptist Church and the hearts of many members. Our family was one of the ones blessed with her presence. We already miss Miss Etta. You could not have "problems" in her presence.. she countered them all.
