"Trump disapproval rating hits new record high" -- Hmmm ... in other words, a
"new record high.. low"? Maybe among politicians.. but when someone is making
much needed and drastic changes, some feathers are going to be ruffled.. On the
other hand, yesterday, the stock market reached an ALL TIME HIGH.. and believe
me, this is what history will celebrate.

From the "Well , here's another nice mess you've gotten me into " department - Online headline: "Defense Secretary Jim Mattis says US is 'not winning' in Afghanistan" -- Hmmm.. let's look.. in 2009, Obama raise troop deployment there to 100,000.. and when he left office, he had reduced troops down to 8,400..(and his plan was to get it down to 5,500).. do the math.. of course we aren't "winning"!

Another from the "Well , here's another nice mess you've gotten me into " department - Online story: "Texas resident and non-violent drug offender Carol Denise Richardson was one of the lucky inmates to have their sentences commuted by former President Barack Obama. * Richardson was sentenced to serve time in prison for theft of $60 worth of laundry detergent as well as violating the terms of her release, reports the Houston Chronicle. She was said to have stolen the detergent with an intention to sell it in order to buy crack cocaine. * "This defendant was literally given a second chance to become a productive member of society and has wasted it," said Assistant U.S. Attorney Ted Imperato. * "She has clearly shown a willful disregard for the law and must face the consequences for her crimes and actions." * Richardson will spend 14 months in federal prison and five years on supervised release." -- Hmmm.. the fallacy of labeling drug crimes as "non-violent".. there is always an "upheaval".
