Spent last night flipping back & forth between real TV and CNN (figured it was Atlanta based and would be more involved in the District 6 race). Enjoyed immensely as results came in and watching Anderson Cooper's smile droop as the night went on..reminded me of November 8, 2016 as Trump took the lead.

---
Looks like last night's results will trigger a new sequel to the "Wizard of OZ".  The working title will be.. The Ding Dong Witch is Dead".. Pelosi is a sure bet for the lead...

---
Last night put a big $50,000,000.00 hole in the Democratic Party purse...it also was a wake up call for RINOs for the 2018 Republican primaries... Handel campaigned supporting Trump and defeated the National Democrat efforts "Handel-ly".

---
The amount of money the Democratic Party  spent on GA District 6 (or is it District 4b) Congressional special election proved but one thing, the Democrats will spend obscene amounts of money to elect people to spend other people's money on government giveaway programs.

HuffPOOPOO headline: "Ken just got a huge diversity makeover -- and we're so excited" -- Hmmm.. well, Mattel forgot a couple of aspects bit of diversity... a normal Ken...and a taller Ken.

---
Looks like Illinois may be hitting the "Perfecta".. Illinois is pretty much Morally and Fiscally Bankrupt...yet it cannot declare so for relief... by law..

I think it should be MANDATORY that Superintendent Lewis reveal the name of the person who gave him such a glowing recommendation to him about Dr Angela Vickers that he would offer her a high paying job.. sight unseen! A two year old story from the Tampa Bay Times reveals she was demoted from a principal's post  of a school with a failing history, and basically stuck in an alternative school. If this is what her resume was "built on" then the MCSD should never offer anyone a job based on his/her resume without a thorough vetting.

Online headline/story: "Rising unemployment pushes Hawaii to consider universal basic income * If you're unfamiliar with the concept, you can learn more about it here. But the gist of it is that everyone in a society receives a guaranteed income to cover the costs of needs such as shelter and food. *  The cost of living in Hawaii is higher than in any other state in the U.S., and if already low-paying service jobs disappear, Hawaii's already immense homelessness crisis may surge. The UBI would hopefully alleviate that problem." -- Good grief.. this is the ultimate goal of Democrats... their plans are fraught with "good intentions" but collapse under their own weight.. No matter what they see as a "Universal Basic Income (read minimum wage)" , the poverty level will always be higher and the number of recipients will continually.. grow exponentially. The end result will always be the same..  chaos and failure.

Online headline: "State Department probes Clinton handling of government emails, could pull her security clearance" -- "could pull her security clearance"? Good grief.. and for that matter, why does any former politician or government employee have ANY kind of security clearance?

Without a doubt, Allstate Insurance is running the best ad on TV now. I don't believe any dad cannot associate with the man driving along, basically talking to himself as his wife and children are engrossed with their smart phones.

You know, governments wanting to raise gas taxes is a real "Catch 22"..National Congresspersons have fought to make cars use less gas (therefore pay less in taxes, too) so we have ended up with more cars on the road using less gas, so states are getting less in tax revenues. Seems like what we have his is a failure for state and federal Congresses to communicate.

I read that NBC was not interested in picking up "Last Man Standing".. Seriously,, did anyone think NBC would? Of course, NBC said it was declining because it had "no room" in it's current "line up", but considering that not many people watch any of NBC's current "line up", ypou know that is not the real reason.

Random thought: If my petite wife and "big" me go to a restaurant, and order the same meal, our plates are fixed petty much identical.. and most of the time we have food left on the plate.. wish a restaurant would offer 3 different sized versions.. priced accordingly.. it would get our attention and business. Of course, if we go to one of the trendy millennial, the portions won't fill my wife, so how do you think I feel looking at what they serve me...
