I bring this up as Albany is represented by Congressman Sanford Bishop.. who also represents a lot of Columbus, and Columbus seems to be in the same economic woes of Albany. Why are Muscogee County voters still voting to support Bishop? Are DIMocrats in Columbus satisfied with the stagnation Bishop brings? You know.. I'm not asking Columbus DIMocrats to vote against DIMocrats, but at least change "{the diapers".. Bishop's smell has made local DIMocrats "nose blind"..

Well, it looks like it may be another month before we find out where the MCSD will erect the Wrestling building at Columbus High... maybe.. seems I was right.. there are no obvious locations.. other than the existing parking lot... to build one that's appropriately convenient or use for wrestlers and cheerleader practices.. The one area "close" to be considered has numerous pitfalls and probably would need code variations.. I just got e-mail changing the preliminary Jan 11 2015 Citizens SPLOST Committee meeting date until February. The main question, though, is... Why is the MCSD keeping the campus locations option "secret"? The MCSD OWNS the property, and, in my opinion, it would be of benefit if the school and public had input for potential spots.

This was the original intent, and not only more feasible, but less expensive as well.

From above story: "... wants the interstate to run along JR Allen Parkway, a road that’s already built to interstate standards." -- Excuse me, but I do not agree that J R Allen Parkway is built to interstate standards.. if you polled people's responses to which exits/entries are "the best" and "the worst", you'd probably get the same answer for both! Ingress/egress at at all ramps are like the results of a horse being designed by a committee.. and the committee gave us the camel.
